  A nice hotel, well located just opposite the waterbus station at the Lido Venetia. Lots of restaurants and little shops in the neighbourhood and (fortunately) a bit away from the big crowds of San Marco and Rialto. Nice to come back to the Lido in the evening. Only negative point of the hotel: make sure you don't get the Garden room; the only room downstairs, overlooking a parking place and very small. However, the staff was very friendly and the location itself perfect.

  Het hotel ligt vlakbij het station, dus ook bij het openbaar vervoer op het water en bij vele restaurants. Zeer rustige kamer, met zachte airco. Goede bedden en badkamer. Prima ontbijtbuffet. Aan te raden.

  This hotel and its staff where absolute fine. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel clean and offers just what you expect. BE AWARE that you have to take the boat (line 1 or line 41) from Piazza Roma to the Arsenal to get to the hotel. Walking will cost you more then an hour and will be hard when carrying suitcases true the streets of Venice.

  Everything was as expected, rooms are rather small but clean. Can't get any better location in Venice. 50 m of the centre. I recommend this hotel!! Very cosy. 8/10

  Mijn man en ik bezochten Venetië ter gelegenheid van mijn 60e verjaardag. Ons verblijf in hotel Ca'pisani was uitstekend: goede ligging, vriendelijk personeel, nette kamers, kleine attenties (regenschermen ter beschikking vd gasten, elke avond een pralientje op het hoofdkussen en een fles prosecco op onze kamer de avond van mijn verjaardag). Een aanrader. Gaan zeker terug !
