Not very happy here. this was the first hotel I have stayed at in over 5 years where wi-fi was NOT included in the room fee. OK. Whatever. I will pay your fee because I have to do some work. What? The Hotel suited our needs being so closeto the Opera House.

The hotel was quiet, extremely well maintained, friendly service. The rooms were modern, spacious and comfortable. I would visit this hotel again, for buisiness stay and for a romantic getaway. It was also a great deal for the quality!

What could have been a bad experience was corrected. We had an extremely loud party on our floor. When I reported the noise I was offered a move and then very shortly the hotel security dealt with the disturbance. The remainder stay at the Hilton was a good experience. Walking distance of most must things in downtown Toronto. Affordable underground parking. Excellent service; the crew at Hilton Toronto is very polite and professional!

Great bang for the buck. Friendly service and great accommodations.

Excellent location,, everything is close, the attention is great and the rooms are very clean

This hotel was great and the room was very nice. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the room and the hotel was in a very convienent location only about a ten minute walk from the Eaton centre and various other locations nearby. Great location! Comfortable rooms with good views of the city. They have a wonderful indoor/outdoor heated pool, however it was closed for maintenance during our recent stay. It's great to swim outdoors during a snow storm, but we couldn't do that on this recent visit. We had to get a new room key 3 times. Vacuuming at 9am outside the room was very annoying. Parking is overpriced but the hotel is located closely to everything. Charged for local phone calls.. The pool was closed which was very inconvenient but we were able to use the pool at the sheraton across the street. Overall it was okay.

Clean hotel , quick service, plenty of staff, good location, nice bed

Even if I was at the hotel just for 24 hours to visit a museum,I was treated like if I would have been there for 2 weeks.

Work desk was very dusty.Was not wiped or wiped properly.

We were comfortable here. The room was dusty, however.

Great room, but the parking was a little excessive. We stayed on the 12 th floor and the street noise was fairly annoying. I understand it is the city but maybe the older building design is the cause of the issue. I would recommend the hotel but request a 20th floor room

This is a new and modern hotel where the decor, furnishings etc. are all in good taste and clean and in good condition. Judging from our check-in, and one request to housekeeping, service is excellent. The room seemed spacious for the price. Beds were comfortable. Parking is convenient and reasonable. Did not use the hotel restaurants, as there are […] many surrounding restaurants to choose from. Convenient access to much of downtown Toronto via the underground PATH system. A good hotel in a great location in the downtown. The staff was very helpful. The room was very comfortable, with a view from the 18th floor. My only complaint was the valet parking, which cost $40/day and was slow (20 minutes to bring the car).

The hotel is 2min walk from subway station and is walkable to most major attractions. It's close to queens street where all the shops and food are located at. Airport has express bus stop across fron the hotel at Sheraton hotel. Location is absolutely the beat you can imagine. The lobby is clean and the service is great. Whenever I call for room service, […] they come up in minutes. The room is clean and spacious. The elevator is very fast and you can look out the elevator glass to see the city of Toronto. Not bad, just no parking available at the hotel for our truck.. had to park overnight in an sketchy open lot a block away. Everything was still intact in the morning, however. Other than the dust bunnies and assorted crumbs under the bed, the room was well maintained, and we slept comfortably which was the main reason for our stay anyway. This hotel meets the high standard of Hilton name. The room was large and modern and well equipped with all the mod con's. The buffet breakfast was excellent and makes a great start to the day. The hotel facilities were excellent (great gym and indoor/outdoor pool). The hotel provided both free wi-fi in the foyer and 3 computers for hotel guests. My wife and I visited Toronto for a concert at Massey Theatre. The location relative to the Theatre/Yonge Street was fantastic (short walk). We did not plan to spend much time in the room so our primary concern was a clean/convenient room. The room was pretty standard and we were notified at check-in that for the King room we requested, we would hear […] the elevator. It sounded like a light rail tram but did not bother us (no worse than living in a city w/ random/intermittent street noise). We appreciated the concern upon check-in and offered to put us up in a quieter room. All in all, we experienced first class service, a standard room, and a perfect location for our purposes. It was one of the best spreads I have seen at brunches. I have eaten at quite a few venues, and this one was right up there with many others in North America.

This hotel was shocking! Rooms are small and old, toilets run heaps, housekeeping showed up said she would come back and never did! $$10 for a fridge which housekeeping didn't care to give us!!! Front desk when checking in was rude because we did early check in we got put right next to noisy elevators....... NEVER will I stay there again not worth a […] penny Lees meer

everything was great

I have stayed at this hotel at this location a number of times. I was disappointed to be given a room adjacent to the elevator. Had I known in advance I would not have accpeted the room and looked elsewhere. All you could hear all night even late was the elevator.

This hotel was a short walking distance from the CN Tower, Grey Line double decker bus for touring, shore line - great eating! Staff were all very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was included in the special we had and it was a very good buffet.

I would highly recommend the Toronto Hilton as a great place to stay downtown Toronto. I arrived at 1:30pm and check-in wasn't until 3 but my room was ready, which was bonus! Only a 10-15 min. walk to the Eaton Centre Mall, as well as many other shops and restaurants! Buffet Breakfast was included in our stay and was incredible! Not just your run-of-the-mill […] breakfast... eggs benedict, scrambled eggs, home fries, crepes, pancakes, smoked salmon etc.. All in all, a wonderful stay! Lees meer

The customer service attendants were so polite and helpful. The hotel had great ambiance. There were some great restaurants to choose from within short walking distance, we chose Elephant And Castle. It was also helpful knowing that the hotel parking only accommodates cars and small cross-over vehicles, definitely no trucks or SUV's. The price was right […] for the excellence! Lees meer
