Het hotel ligt centraal, hoewel je wel even moet zoeken. De service was prima, erg aardige staff. De kamers goed, schoon en zakelijk, maar wel wat kil met alle TL-licht. Dat maakte het op zijn minst ongezellig om in de kamer te zijn. Maakt dat je niet uit dan is dit een hotel om aan te raden.

Het hotel is vlakbij het conferentiecentrum, en op loopafstand van de Prudential shopping mall, restaurants op Boylston en diverse toeristische bestemmingen (duck boat stopt voor de deur). Voor een Hilton is dit een klein hotel, wat het wel gezellig maakt. Er zijn vijf gratis computers en gratis gebruik van de printer in de Starbucks beneden, mooie service! Het decor in de lobby en kamers is vrij donker bruin, dat doet voor mij gedateerd aan ondanks de verzekering dat alles pas gerenoveerd is. Personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ik had ook een ruimte voor een vergadering en catering gereserveerd, en ook dat was allemaal prima voorbereid en afgehandeld.
Ligging.
Holiday Inn Select Boston - Woburn bevindt zich in het zakendistrict van Woburn. Plaatselijke bezienswaardigheden zijn onder andere Burlington Mall, Lexington Battle Green en National Heritage Museum. Andere bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zijn USS Constitution Museum en Fenway Park.

Holiday Inn Select Boston - Woburn heeft een binnenzwembad en een fitnesscentrum. In openbare ruimtes is een draadloze snelle internetverbinding gratis beschikbaar, terwijl de accommodatie over een werkstation beschikt. "Very disappointing"
The hotel was under construction and the rooms smelled like it. They were cold and very uncomfortable. Not happy at all and will never stay there again.

Room was comfortable and hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, Policy for use of shuttle bus is outstanding, anywhere within a 5 mile radius - pickup and return service.

I didn't know it was under construction when booked online the reason I picked this was for the indoor pool along with the fact I was heading to St patty's parade in Boston which was nice but you had to go outside to get there which loses the purpose of wanting it indoors this time of year. It smelled of chemicals in the hallway and my room desk was […] dusty but overall tidy I guess but definitely wouldn't return until construction was completed. "Stayed Over Christmas"
We stayed here because we brought the dog, which limited our choices. Overall reaction: not terrible, but not great either. I would have expected a breakfast buffet for the price, but all they offer is complimentary coffee. The hotel was undergoing a major renovation and being turned into a Choice Hotel, so there was the inconvenience of having to navigate […] around closed corridors. The elevators were also covered with construction dust. We also tried ordering a in-room movie, but the front desk could not get the system to work. "Woburn Holiday Inn"
Great location, great staff and the hotel is clean and not your typically Holiday Inn...more like a Marriott. The Scoreboard Sports Bar downstairs is amazing, great food and one of the best places to watch a game.

The hotel needs some renovation. We reserved a room with full breakfast but at the reception they gave us vouchers that could cover a certain amount and even so at the restaurant they always charge you an extra so be careful in the calculations.

It is convenient to dirve to train station and take the train downtown (around $8 per person plus parking $4.50), North Station, where trolleys pick up tourists there. Downtown parking is around $22 or $40+ per day & night.

We were very pleased with all aspects of this hotel! First, was the excellent service and politeness of the entire staff, also the cleanliness of not just the rooms but the entire hotel, the sports bar was lots of fun and seemed to be a happening place. "Location, Location, Location"
If you are not familiar with the round abouts, you may spend some time visiting the neighborhoods. If one does take an early or missed exit trying to find an overpasss in order to return in the right direction is more than challenging. Traveling in or about Boston, difficult congested driving.....Take a tour and save a marriage...

Very nice hotel in a good neighborhood, Very clean rooms, the people behind the desk were very nice and very helpful. The pool area is spacious and my son loved it. We wanted to stay outside of Boston and this was perfect. Parked at Wellington station, in Medford and took the T into the city.

Hotel is nice and clean, staff is friendly. The only thing that I expected to have and didn't was a fridge in the room. On the plus side: It was good to have a pool (Indoors) and gym as well as bar/restaurant. Driving to Boston was about 20-25mins so it's a good choice when you don't want to pay 2-300/night in Boston. I recommend this hotel.

Our door was extremely hard to open - another guest was walking by with his family and said his door was hard to open also. They charged me $50 for an 8 pound Maltese 6 yr old dog. no coffee in lobby. Unfriendly front desk people acted like we were inconveniencing them

"Good stay outside Boston"
Was a great alternative to staying in the city. Only wish their was a place to sit outside as it was a nice day and I wanted to enjoy it a little longer.

Everything about the hotel is fine. There is shuttle service to the commuter train that takes you into Boston and can hook up to the subway system. So, the trade-off for lower hotel rates outside the city is dealing with commuting.
