I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is also nice. There is a very good indian restaurant just outside this hotel so it is a nice place for indian people to stay. Finally this hotel is recommended for people who are in bangkok for shopping and not for luxury tour.

We have stayed here on & off since 2003. The service has got better over the years if thats possible. Breakfast & facilities are spot on. For the price the standard of the hotel imo is unbeatable. We'll be back.

The furniture in the room is very old and there is a bad smell in the room. The location is good and close to the Zen.

Good price for quality, yet far from center. You loose time in traffic.

We stayed at this Amari Atrium Bangkok recently for 6 days. At first we book as superior room and we told them that we are on honeymoon trip. For the surprise they upgrade our room to the corner bigger room and decorate the honeymoon decoration which we were very satisfied with that. For the bed, in the first night we are unable to sleep well coz it's […] abit hard, but the second night onwards, it's nice, I think they forgot to put bed protector, That's why. but overall we satisfied with their service which is quick check in and check out. We didn't have the chance to try their restaurant (breakfast) coz we wake up quite late and go out after that. It is near to Makasan airport link station (around 10 mins walk) and Petchaburi mrt station (around 5 mins walk). Lees meer

The staff was multilingual and very very helpful & co-operative... You feel like you're in good hands & they make u feel like not to worry about any single thing. amazing experience overall !

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It's facilities are very good. We enjoyed the fitness room, pool, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The Italian restaurant by the pool was also had delicious food. The location wasn't close to public transportation or shops but the taxis are cheap so you can get to places. Very nice hotel to stay,,,helpfull staff specially always smile in their faces !!! Quality services n also near by Patunam market (main shopping place of bangkok known as INDRA MARKET !!! Amari a gud brand name ,,, must stay,,,specially indians..u all like it :-)

This is the second time that I have stayed at the Amari Atrium this year. I will also be staying here on my next trip.

This is my first time use hotel.com website to make a reservation. Last week i mad a reservation on-line from USA for my son and my niece cause it was the first time for my son in Bangkok i would like him to be impressive with it so it took me almost 2 months to find the nice hotel and then i found Amari Atrium by google so there were pretty good review […] on the website so i decided to make a reservation for 2 days. I always called and made sure that they would prepare the nice room and good service for them. By the way, if i did not forget the name of the staff i think her name is Khun Sudaporn who helped me with my document and made a convenience for me and my son to get everything we need such as fax from USA to Thailand. The hotel staff always made sure that my son and my niece got my fax so thank you so much for helping us. I am Thai lady who lives in Los Angeles, USA so i will stay there when i go back to Thailand. everything is OK. Bit too far from city center. Staff are helpful and friendly. room clean, Bath room well maintained. I would come back for next visit.

at time of check in, staff are not getting my booking but they invite me at restaurant with welcome drink and paid menu..... Its in short, Value for money. U can walkable distance to MTR and markets

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights and found it to be completly satisfactory. The internet worked well in the room and also down in the business centre.

Very good service, breakfast very excellent, hotel very quiet. Too much far from the attractions

Good value. The faclilities are fine and the staff friendly

very good hotel but location from central is quite far from any good night life or shopping place but for someone first time i'm not sure is the right place to be but is a very very good hotel very quite location but far from visiting places lotss of fare need to go any where from market to sightseeing all r far but good hotel 100% good

Great hotel , excellent service , super nice and professional staff . Inconvenience is the location you need to deal with taxis , and the area is not nice at all very roots !!!

Very friendly and helpful staff - exceptional service. Delish buffet - but very crowded/busy. Great transportation available as not in most central location. We highly recommend (: Great quality for price.

Location is 15-20min fron city centre. Hotel is OK. Probably good value for money. Good Gym & pool area. Nice Food. Overall it ticks the box but nothing special.

good ambience the atrium concept is good but during day time the lobby area will be hot during full sunshine ,I feel like the day time the Ac temperature should be brought down & the cooling should be good.

We stayed here in May 2011 for just one night, although it was busy as there was a conference on it was great. Pool area lovely where we stayed most of the day as it was at the end of our trip. Thebreakfast was amazing, so much choice, staff were very helpful & friendly, we would stay again.

Very good hotel. I strongly recommend it to others. Amazing service. Very good breakfast with a lot of vegetarian choices

This is a good hotel to stay. Has facilities for credit card, foreign money exchange though not for the NZ $. The concierge service is excellent with good transport system.

friendly staff and a coomfortable stay.

Very close to Makasan station from where you can reach Airport in 15 mts. Excellent property. Very well maintained.

Overall very good experience. Breakfast was excellent.

Staff was very friendly. Room was nice with great views but a bit older than I expected. The pool was small and the one time I wanted to use it, it was closed for a party. Free wifi in the lobby which was spotty.

New Petchburi rd a good location for shopping , main line train station, Suvarnabhumi intl airport train station, and subway. Great self service buffet barbecue just down the road.

Amazing hotel for unbelievable price! The location is a bit seedy, but you get used to it. Everything else, considering you're in Thailand is consistent with a 4 star hotel. The nearby spa and restaurant are not the best and a bit overpriced.

We stayed at this hotel on 2 visits during January 2011. On the 1st visit we were upgraded to a very nice spacious room. On the 2nd visit we were upgraded to the most beautiful room we have ever stayed in on floor 23 with a breathtaking view of the city. Though the nearest metro requires quite a walking, hotel location can still can be considered strategic especially if you're eyeing a convenient link to the airport. towards the end of our stay, we decided to transfer here for that purpose. nice place to stay in if you rather stay up late and have a laid back bangkok stay after some "roughing it" days. Truly Wonderful! The customer service is the best I have ever experienced and I have been at hotels all over the world. Front desk amazing. They upgraded our room for no reason. Great pool and workout center. Concierge...excellent, Found the nearest DHL office and arranged for transport and called the hospital to arrange for me to get a tooth filled. […] Great, super clean rooms. Great cleaning staff. Everyone was beyond polite...They were friendly. Located about a mile from the airport express skytrain station. I can't recommend this hotel enough. I am rebooking another 2 days starting tomorrow. The hotel was fine. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean especially bathroom. But, the hotel was far from Siam a lot. So when I came back to the hotel after shopping something at Paragon store, taxi needed me 200~300baht. Normally, It's 100baht or than less. Except those thing. I was pleased the hotel.

The Amari Atruim was perfect for what we wanted. Good value for money with all amenities you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The location is a little outside Bangkok centre however it is easy to get to by tuk tuk and taxi. Also the shuttle bus service they provide is great for getting to places. I chose this hotel because I had appointments at Bangkok Hospital for treatment and exams. The location was convenient. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They made my stay comfortable and pleasant.The gym was well equipped and a good place to chill out. My only gripe is that there wasn't anything close to the hotel as far as good street […] food or an array of restaurants. I ended up taking a taxi down to Sukhumvit road, which was south of the hotel. Otherwise, good hotel and I would definitely recommend it. Lees meer
