Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel in Irving

I was a late arrival and early leaving, but always enjoy this location when their on business in Irving, TX.

I enjoyed the hotel, it was more than I expected. The only problem I had was the wait for shuttle service.

The hotel was perfect. The room was nice and clean, the staff was always friendly and helpful. The conference rooms for the meeting I attended were clean, well maintained. The conference center staff was very accomodating and took care of all the details.

I was only staying in the hotel for about 7 hours, which was my planning, but when I called the hotel to let them know I had landed and needed a shuttle, the front desk guy said he couldn't find the driver. Then he told me that my reservation was for Friday, and I was 2 days late. I said, well, nope, I'm here now, and prepaid the room. He said that […] he would see if he could transfer my reservation. After taking a $24 cab ride to the hotel, he still said that I booked it wrong, so I showed him my confirmation email that showed that I was there at the right time. He said, well sorry. He still got me in the room and I didn't have to repay, but he seemed a little annoyed with me, even though I was clearly right. I'm not sure who dropped the ball, the hotel, or Expedia, but, at 1:00am, after a very long day of traveling, I didn't like putting up with this. Lees meer

Awesome gym facilities close to the airport food options are not great, but people are friendly convenient parking and free wifi is always welcome

This wa my first time staying at a Sheraton,& i have to say i wasn't impressed. The bed was comfy but other than that not much to brag about. The power kept going out the morning of the last day there so that was annoying. Don't know if all Sheratons are like this one but i will not be staying at one again.

It's OK for a lower class hotel, but for name and price, not worth it. Rooms are crammed, noisy, walls are paper thin, and heat controls work very poorly. Internet is extremely slow (and you have to pay for it).

Outstanding Sheraton at the DFW Airport. It allowed my wife and I to relax the night before our trip to Germany. The complementary shuttle took to us to DFW Airport in the AM. THANKS AGAIN Sheraton.

This airport was very convenient to airport for the meeting I attended, but there are no amenities at this hotel. I was surprised as it is a Sheraton; I arrived day before as mtg started so early, thought, ok, I wil just do a spa day - surprise there is no spa and there is no beauty salon. The pool is outside. Arrived at DFW in the evening after a 31hour transit from Australia, seamlessly caught the free shuttle to the hotel and had a nice late dinner there at the hotel restaurant. Very friendly service, great food. Room was perfect, shuttle back to the airport next day to pick up our rental car was equally seamless. GREAT.

I left my cell phone in my room and it was mailed to me promptly--Will stay there another time--Also the airport shuttle was very prompt.

The hotel was comfortable, however the toilitries were not replaced on daily basis. TV viewing was very limited, not many channels to choose from. There are few surrounding places to eat, however the hotel's offerings did not include vegetarian options. The hotel has no wireless connections in the rooms, but does in the lobby. Charge to use wired connection was $9.95.

Very comfortable rooms, good food service late in the evening and convenient when we flew out the next morning, shuttle service starts at 4am.

Great stay and accomodations, especially to catch an early flight. The shuttle starts service at 4 AM and the driver was very friendly for the short trip to the Delta gate. The food and bar service was excellent and reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially using the hotels.com booking site.

shuttle to / from airport reliable. Dinner in the lobby restaurant very good. Liked having the security of a card key recquired on ellevator. Front desk very good. Left somthing in room; went back next day and housekeeping came through. It's my favorite hotel north of DFW

First time I have stayed at this hotel, was there 3 nights, I found it very satisfactory. The air conditioning was quite at that is very important to me. The Starbucks in the room is a great idea! King size bed was very comfortable. Wireless access in the room is also a plus; some Sheratons do not have this option. I stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. I had a very late check in and an early out the next morning. The hotel never gave me my wake up call! Almost missed my flight. I will never stay there again.

The only down side to our stay was there were only two towels in tbath.
