Het hotel ligt centraal, hoewel je wel even moet zoeken. De service was prima, erg aardige staff. De kamers goed, schoon en zakelijk, maar wel wat kil met alle TL-licht. Dat maakte het op zijn minst ongezellig om in de kamer te zijn. Maakt dat je niet uit dan is dit een hotel om aan te raden.

Het hotel is vlakbij het conferentiecentrum, en op loopafstand van de Prudential shopping mall, restaurants op Boylston en diverse toeristische bestemmingen (duck boat stopt voor de deur). Voor een Hilton is dit een klein hotel, wat het wel gezellig maakt. Er zijn vijf gratis computers en gratis gebruik van de printer in de Starbucks beneden, mooie service! Het decor in de lobby en kamers is vrij donker bruin, dat doet voor mij gedateerd aan ondanks de verzekering dat alles pas gerenoveerd is. Personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ik had ook een ruimte voor een vergadering en catering gereserveerd, en ook dat was allemaal prima voorbereid en afgehandeld.

De mindervalidenkamer is prettig ruim en aangenaam om in te verblijven (dik tapijt en leuk gedecoreerd). Gratis pendelbusje, thee/koffie in de lounge en wifi in de kamer. Restaurants op loopafstand. Minpuntje is ontbijtruimte (erg volgepropt met tafeltjes), ontbijtservies van wegwerpplastic en vet ontbijt.
Ligging.
Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center bevindt zich in Framingham, dicht bij Staatspark Callahan, Bibliotheek Edgell en Framingham Town Common. In de ruime omgeving liggen ook Old Village Hall en Framingham Plymouth Church.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center heeft een healthclub, een binnenzwembad en een turks stoombad. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze 3,5-sterrenaccommodatie zijn onder andere een businesscentrum met 24/7 toegang, vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en een limousine- of autoservice. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een strijkplank/strijkijzer en een klokradio. For the money a really nice hotel. Up on 6th floor with Club Level. Breakfast in Club in morning was way better then a normal continental breakfast you'd expect. Same types of foods but better quality. Bar at hotel had good quality selection and not cheap selection. I really expected less for what I paid, nice choice if you're looking in this area.

My stay was comfortable. But the furniture in the room is all scratched and old. They do not even provide you with free complimentary room coffee to make yourself in the room. Parking was almost impossible to find as they have large banquets and parking spaces are occupied by the banquet guests. I prefer to book a smaller hotel.

The pictures are definitely much nicer than the hotel. It's an older hotel, newer beds but not much else. Restaurant closes at 10:00 so you need a car. Okay for an overnight stay as a free night - to overpriced otherwise.

"very comfortable"
The room was spacious and the mattresses were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. My only complaint was that the elevators were a bot slow and since there are 6 floors, there are times that you have to wait a while for the elevator. for a business hotel in the area, it is fine.
"Sheraton Framingham - good choice"
Our family has a member who is located near this hotel, so we have booked it in the past. We have always been satisfied. We used the indoor pool and ate in Molly Malone's Pub. Both were very satisfactory.

I stayed at the hotel due to a seminar I was attending and I was very pleased. The only not so good experience was in the restaurant and it wasn't because of the food or anything it was the particular waitress we had, other than that it was very nice.

We checked in late about 2am, the front desk receptionest didn't greet us--no hello or welcome, just name please. When we arrived at our room the smell of stale cigarette smoke was evident. I called the front desk to change to a nonsmoking room which was requested per our reservation, he very curtly stated all rooms are nonsmoking. "hard to find hotel entrance & dirty bed sheets"
The Sheraton Framingham Castle looks beautiful from the outside, and easily identifiable from the highway and from Rt. 9, but the entrance to the hotel was so small for such a large hotel that I had to drive back and forth, back and forth on Rt. 9 W and Rt. 9 E for 35 minutes before I finally saw where the entrance was. It was such a frustrating experience […] trying to find the entrance. Basically you can only enter on Rt. 9 W. As you're going over the bridge, there's a TINY little driveway and an even TINIER sign right near the middle of the bridge that leads you down into the hotel. The inside of the hotel is nice and cozy, but the rooms are not very clean. The carpet was quite dirty. The white bed sheet on one of my queen beds was completely soiled (two giant yellow spots approx 8" in diameter like someone peed on the sheets). It was quite disgusting. Thankfully the other bed sheet was clean-looking. There was no free internet, nor a free continental breakfast. But there was free parking, free gym and pool. Overall it was NOT a great experience for me, but other people might find it enjoyable. Lees meer

I believe they seriously need to do a complete overhall on this hotel. The bath tubes were chipped and the door to the bathroom was shredding and had been painted over. For the price they ask per night for this hotel I probably could have gotten a much nicer room down the road a few miles. I stayed here because my conference was here and the weather […] was bad. Not much in the surrounding neighborhood but location was convenient for our purposes. Unless you dine at the hotel, everything is a drive. There are a variety of food options a short drive from the hotel. We ate the buffet breakfast. The food was excellent...but a little pricey.

We were overall pleased with this hotel. The rooms were big and fairly clean. The bathrooms were a bit small though. We stayed on the club level and were pleased with the reception room. Did not take advantage of the snacks in the evening but the breakfast was good - had both hot and cold and the fruit was very fresh. If you are into fitness, this hotel […] had the largest fitness center I have seen at any hotel. There were 3 rooms of weights, machines and cardio equipment and a locker room with showers and sauna. The pool was nice but did not have a hot tub which we were a bit dissapointed. The pool water was very warm which was nice. We will probably stay again when we come back to Boston. Lees meer

"Terrific stay"
I got in from a trade show after 10pm and was exhausted. There was a gentleman checking me in that actually made me want to stay and chat! He was friendly, polite and extremely efficient. The room was fine with no bed bugs and a comfy bed. Metal luggage rack was appreciated as was the paper and coffee machine. Would stay again.

Nice hotel, very clean nice breakfest. we where 5, 2 adult, and 3 children and it was very comfortable for all of us.
The room was very comfortable and clean. It was better than I expected and would recommend this hotel to others. It was extremely convenient to our meeting location.
