It was great. Clean. Nice

Had alot of family gathering at one time- so this was so convenient to stay here at night and enjoy the peace and quiet. Very much satisfied,thank you all. cp

The stay was nice although it was hard to fine restaurants and follow streets as there is a lot of constructions in the area. I did not enjoy the fact that the hotel does not offer free WIFI and that will be a good reason why I propably would not book it in the future.

HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND HAD A FRIEND, HELPFULL STAFF. THERE WAS SOME CONSTRUCTION WORK GOING ON WHICH IAM SURE THEY HAD TO DO WHICH LIMITED OUR DINNING CHOICE WHILE WE WERE THERE. WE WERE NOT INTERESTED IN PAYING $18 FOR BREAKFAST, ONLY CHOICE,! OTHERWISE,MY ONLY COMPLAINT!

awesome hotel great room great service

I travel weekly and this was one of my worst experiences for the money ever. Hotel is under construction ... No restaurant or bar. When I arrived at the hotel the outside lobby stunk.... Avoid at all costs. Thanks

- The basement room with windows looking onto a bush! - The broken TV remote! - The Poor plumbing system; banging when the upstairs room used the shower. - 6am call from room service confirming my order - my wake up call was at 7:30am!

Great hotel, the beds will keep you in and not wanting to venture out.. Everything was so clean and staff were so nice

Very Clean room. Could see renovations being done to update the hotel-they were very quiet doing so. Everything looks so fresh and new. The bed was comfortable and the indoor pool was great. Only thing is the cost for wifi internet. I ended up hotspotting my cell phone which turned out fine. They should offer free wifi.

This was a nice hotel once all the renovations are complete. My room which was not in the main tower was nice ... it looked like the person before me had really damaged the shower. No elevator .. has to walk up a flight of stairs its hard with a toddler. The indoor pool was nice and the gym.

The hotel staff could not accurately tell me what time breakfast on club level ended (9am). My club level keys did not work and when the front desk offered to send someone up, I waited 20 minutes, breakfast had ended and no one was on their way. There's also a lot of construction so parts of the hotel aren't accessible. When I did get downstairs the […] front desk was apologetic and gave me a voucher for the breakfast downstairs, As I had paid for it but the keys upstairs don't work. The staff is new and needs more training but overall they were at least friendly (minus the front desk the morning of checkout). Lees meer

Room did not have microfridge, microwave, or room safe as advertised. Fitness room equipment selection was not very good. This could be due to it having been moved temporarily due to renovations. Room was clean, service was ok, no construction noise on 10th floor.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and I tossed and turned all night - little to no sleep. Great location

I had no idea that the hotel was undergoing major renovations when I booked. The front door is off to the side and the bar and restaurant were a converted meeting room. Even with these inconveniences, the hotel is quite nice, staff are friendly and the room was very comfortable and spacious. I look forward to returning post-renovation.

The garage needs cleaning and painting. Pool area was good. Restaurant was good.

We had a great stay here, the staff is very friendly....great value and easy access to Tyson's and the highway!

I've had better stays at a motel 8. We booked a room on club level and paid extra for the benefits of a club level room. We had 3 rooms in one evening. The first room had a couple with a screaming baby next to us, not a big deal it's a baby and this happens so we were moved down the hall to a 2nd room to be waken up by a party being held 2 rooms down […] at midnight that spilled out into the hallway, security was called and eventually the police but no action was taken except to move us to a 3rd and final room at about 12:30 a.m. They didn't allow us to charge to room so we gave a credit card everytime we ordered something and breakfast buffet was suppose to be included in the upgraded room. This use to be a very nice upscale hotel but now I'd rather stay at a truck stop. It was suppose to a nice evening get away for us but instead we saw 3 rooms in one night. It was noisy and problems were not handled. I should have spent the extra money at stayed at the Ritz Carlton down the road. Lees meer

This Sheraton is the worst I have ever been to. While the lobby looks nice and fancy the rest of the hotel looks like it came right out of the movie The Shining. It is very old and smells like my grandmothers old perfume. The carpets throughout the hotel are stained and dingy. The room looked about the same as the dingy carpets. The walls had stains […] on them that were questionable. the air didn't seem to work correctly; it was constantly to warm even when I set it to 68 degrees. I killed to spiders chilling above my bed on the ceiling. The beds were hard and the sheets were a cross between a tablecloth and shower curtain. I was lucky enough to get two double beds so I slept between the comforters. I did call guest services requesting softer sheets. The answer I received was "Maybe we can get you a set that has been washed more".. No thank you! There is no continental breakfast like you normally see. So overall I will not be returning to this Sheraton. Lees meer

Other reviews mentioned the stains on the carpet. I had those too. I think it's time the hotel do some updating. But other than that the room was clean, the bedding great and overall very comfortable and convenient. And the construction noise was not a problem so long as you don't plan on sleeping in late.

Overlooking construction, noise, and congestion of traffic for the metro, the Sheraton Premiere is a conference center and a hotel as its second priority. As it is a large tower, it is very impersonal. You have to call for room service several times before they follow up on the smallest of requests. The rooms are bland in color and the furniture old. […] The bedding and pillows are fare. The front desk staff have limited knowledge and have to resort to the knowledge of their manager for information. We were in town for a funeral. We arrived at 11:00 pm, there was hair all over the bathroom floor and shower, the neighboring room had loud people in and out all night, and in the morning when we showered, the tub drain did not drain at all. The room was very comfortable, a frig would help, but otherwise great. The area has a lot of metro construction going on so its a little distracting, but we got around okay.

Comfy beds and easy check in and parking. Very easy toll rd access. Nothing to walk to, but that wasn't my purpose. Nice view and no long hallways.

The only problem I had at this hotel was that my room smelled like smoke which was tough for me because I had recently quit. I informed the manager of this and they took care of it right away. My favorite part was the bed which was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Definitely worth the money to stay at the Sheraton Premiere at Tyson's […] Corner! Lees meer

on the 23rd of April the A/C of Hotel was NOT working it was uncomfortble.

I had occasion to stay at your hotel overnight as I was attending my first performance at Wolf Trap. When I arrived, I was given a room on a floor that was occupied by a student group. After party noise in the hallway all afternoon and having someone knocking at my door, I requested that my room be moved. The Front Desk was apologetic saying she should […] have known not to put us on that floor and said they would gather our things and put them in another room. I went to my room to repack and then went downstairs to eat and go to the Wolf Trap performance. (The hotel did not provide shuttle service to Wolf Trap.) When we returned (around midnight) I found our belongings had not been moved to our room, the Front Desk thought I was going to bring them there. To add insult to injury, instead of the courtesy of being upgraded because of the disruptions and inconveniences, I was given a room in the back of the hotel. I went to have dinner in your restaurant that turned out to serve only burgers and sandwiches. We were seated. I had to ask for water. After we placed our order, we waited at least 40 minutes to be served. We were the only patrons in the restaurant at the time. I had to get up and ask a waitress, because ours wasn't to be found, to inquire about our order. When it arrived, our server told me it takes 20 min to cook a burger but I told her we'd been waiting longer than 20 min. The food was tasteless. She never once came over to ask us if we needed anything, I had to ask for ketchup. She never refilled our water glass. In fact, there were 3 waitresses watching television. and having a lively conversation amongst themselves. In all my travels, I have never experienced such unprofessionalism as I have at this hotel. Hotel.com represented this hotel as having a continental breakfast. There is no such thing in this hotel.

Loved the crown moulding; Comfortable room; Great night's rest on great beddding. Consider stay ing at the Sheraton Premier for a great night's rest in this classy hotel.

Unfortunately both the cleanliness and service at this hotel left a lot to be desired. 1) Cleanliness: Hotel carpets dated back to the 80's and were ful of stains. The first room I was placed in had an odor. I requested to be relocated to another room. This room also had carpet with stains. 2) Service: I had to wait more than 15 mins to speak to someone […] at the front desk. The hotel appeared to be understaffed. Moreover, I requested an itemized receipt for the food billed to my room. The individual at the front desk assured me that it would be emailed to me by 3 pm that day. Not having received the receipts, I followed up with a phone call the next day. Again received further assurance that I would have the receipts sent to me. Its now been four days and no receipt yet. This hotel is abosulutely gorgeous. Very spacious lobby. Lots of marble and brass. Outdoor light streaming in everywhere. Indoor and outdoor pools in three story area; mostly glassed-in. Indoor hot tub. Outdoor courtyard with flowering trees. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. I never wanted to leave.

Special thanks to robertho the bell hop! He was one of the friendliest people I have met in my travels!

This is a very comfortable hotel in all respects. Good beds, nice TV, nice shower and a fairly big room. The best part is we could have our dog--no charge. Also, the staff was very friendly. No breakfast, but that was OK. Highly recommended.

very good price for 3.5 stars hotel. the only disappointment were paid internet and limited pool hour of operation. otherwise, the staff is nice and friendly and the location is close to everything.

Hotel was nice for the money. Pool area needed to be updated, paint was chipping and hot tub didn't work. Excersise area was in great condition. Overall nice hotel just needed updating in certain areas. Picture on website needs to be updated to show age of hotel or change the pictures.

We stayed at the hotel while attending a nearby wedding. The hotel was OK, not quite up to what I was expecting for the amount I paid for the room. The carpeting in our room needed a good cleaning because of staining and the bathroom just seemed "worn". The restaurant prices were VERY pricey-$9 for oatmeal-c'mon. It was a great room with a great view. I had absolutely no complaints, and would definitely stay here again. It's the best hotel that I've been to in Virginia, and I've been to a lot!
