Wel verrassend want aan de voorkant kun je weinig aflezen, maar zit flink hotel achter. Lopen kan naar Melrose Place en Sunset Boulevard, the Strip. Enige minpunt was de prijs voor het parkeren in de parkeergarage. Erg duur. Ontbijtt bij de Starbucks op Santa Monica Boulevard om de hoek. Wel even het zwembad op het dak proberen. Fitnessruimte is ook goed in orde.

This is a great place to stay, unless you are going back and forth into LA for several days. It is very far from places like Hollywood, LA proper, Santa Monica and Venice, not to speak of Orange County, Long Beach etc. For those you will easily drive over an hour and more if the traffic lives up to its reputation (usually does). To Disneyland can easily […] be a 2-hour+ trip just going there. You can however get down to Malibu fairly quickly through the canyons, as well as Ventura, Calabasas, and even Santa Barbara. The internet speed is just miserable, I clocked it at around 1Mbit down and 600Kb up. The TV's, although new and HD ready don't really offer much in HD. "Wonderful stay!"
We were so pleased with the Sheraton Agoura Hills Hotel! I was there with my three young daughters, and we always felt safe. The location was wonderful .... very quiet, right up against beautiful rolling hills. There weren't many restaurants or coffee places within walking distance, but a very short drive led you to many great restaurants and shops! […] The pool and hot tub were lovely, and in between the pool and hotel were many lounging couches and chairs and gas fire pits to keep you warm! The lobby was nice ... we didn't try the restaurant (or bar), but a lot of people seemed to be enjoying it! There was a business corner as well, with a lot of computer stations and chairs set up. Our double room was lovely and clean. The beds were soft and comfy! Next time we are in the area, we will definitely be staying at the Sheraton Agoura Hills! Upon checking out I asked for the Bell Person, a guy brought the cart & proceeded to leave, I had to ask him for help to put my bags onto the cart. He said they don't have a Bellman & that he is Front Desk. I had to ask/beg a second time & explain to him that I was in a recent car accident and I can't lift, bend or even grasp things with my hands because […] of injuries...They were not busy at all, hotel was pretty empty-now I know why...I went to get my car-he disappeared..I had to go inside lobby & ask again...I am never going back there...Same thing happened when I ordered esspresso at the Bar - the Bartender disappeared - I wanted to order breakfast-didn't happen. The Lobby & Lounge area is all carpet that is old & needs to be replaced-lots of PET-Ware..If you have allergies-Stay Away! "Great Hotel for Families with Pets"
The hotel room is not that big, but spotless clean. The beds are very comfortable. We were arranged to stay in a room in first floor that has sliding doors open to a back yard, which is very convenient to walk our dog. We haven't seen this feature in other hotels and really appreciate the thoughtfulness the hotel has for pet owners. "Needs a redo."
Nice staff, good accomodations. The decorator needs to be fired. The color scheme of the hotel far from restful, to say the least. Harsh colors, stripes, busy walls. Turned my stomach.I usually don't really notice this kind of stuff I am not into it....but here, felt like I was staying inside a circus tent. Bed very tall. I'm average height, and felt […] awkward to get into bed. Breakfast uninspired buffet and costly. Bar on Christmas Eve shut down 11 pm sad because this was only area to get extra coffee cup for the morning. I have stayed Sheraton before, was very disappointed in this location. "Comfortable and Clean"
My husband and I stopped for the night on our way to the wine country and we were really happy with our room. The bed and bedding was comfortable, very fresh, and clean. "Everything was good except Bad Shower"
The hotel was pretty good, but, the water pressure in the shower was rediculously low. We placed a service request to hear from the front desk that there is nothing wrong with the shower.
