The hotel is not that bad. But if you want internet go somewhere els. For 24 hour they want $18. The housekeeper on my floor was very lazy. Bad cleaning and forget essentials like toiletpaper and soap. When you want to ask him something you find him sleeping in another room.

Zeer fijn hotel en een aangename afwisseling met de drukte van de binnenstad. Het personeel is vriendelijk, het eten prima en ze hebben een heerlijk zwembad. Op loopafstand ligt de Spa Botanica voor de ultime spa-ervaring.

Dit hotel is vrij nieuw en ligt op 10 minuten lopen van een MRT station. Wij waren gevlucht uit een oud hotel in de binnenstad en vonden dit een verademing. Redelijk ruime kamers en een keurige badkamer voor een prijs die je in de het centrum voor een 2-sterrenhotel betaald. Ligt ook in een rustige wijk. Vervoer naar alle highlights van Singapore is geen probleem. MRT Orchard is slechts 2 haltes. Bovendien zijn taxi's in Singapore goedkoop en overal beschikbaar(als het niet regent)

Loop Tangs, Wisma Atria en Centrepoint niet mis vanwege de winkels met verschillende merken.

"Excellent business hotel"
Location, location, location! They got this one right. When I arrived they didnt have my room ready, since it was a business trip, I asked them if I could get access to internet and give me a place to work. They gave me both and a complimentary drink. Three of us booked in here for a 3 night stop over in Singapore. The drive from the airport was around 40minutes. The Hotel lobby is pretty impressive and the staff were very helpful throughout. Although I never ate in the Hotel and opted not to include the breakfast in my stay, we later learned while browsing the internet for local restaurant guides, […] that the restaurant at the Regent Singapore is among the best in Singapore - according to customer reviews. Unfortunately we could not afford to eat here and decided to venture out in search of cheaper venues. The Hotel is situated just off Orchard Rd which is the main shopping district. Big designer shops and shopping malls with swanky restaurants. It is great to take a walk down but if you're on a budget like we were then you are better off taking a cab or using the bus service - bus stops outside the hotel or just around the corner - to travel around and find some cheaper and more unusual places. We spent a day and a night down at the Marina where there is live music and laser shows, very relaxing. The hustle and bustle of the city was amazing and the cleanliness of the streets was inspiring but at the end of the day you need a good place to retreat to and relax. The Regent Singapore is just that, brilliant location, friendly staff, good food (supposedly) and the 2 for 1 happy hour at the bar was a life saver, as I was becoming concerned that we appeared a little cheap never eating or drinking in the Hotel. Booked by us for a 3 night stopover in Singapore enroute from Sydney to UK. Well positioned just off Orchard road but within short walking distace of it and also Botanic gardens. Hotel has the wow factor as soon as you walk into it. Service was exemplary. Would certainly re-book and recommend others to stay.

Not worth the cost of the room. The decode was old,the room pretty small, the cost of food outrageously expensive.

I can start off by saying that the quality of the staff at this hotel is amazing. They were very accommodating with early check in, late check out and even the staff away from the desk were exceptionally helpful. Really my only issue with the hotel is it's housekeeping staffs peculiar habit of running multiple vacuums between the hours of midnight and […] 5 AM. This is an atrium style hotel so noise bounces. Already fighting jet lag, the steady drone of a vacuum does nothing to lull you to sleep. No qualms aside from this issue. If you are a heavy sleeper Singapore is an expensive city and this hotel is reasonable value vs. some of the larger hotels on Orchard Rd.. Lees meer

The Regent Four Seasons Singapore is a comfortable hotel with nice service--at a price. Its location is a few blocks off the hectic, garish Orchard Road, and a bit of a hike from the subway stop, but there's good, convenient bus transport right out front, which is important in SIngapore's steamy climate. "The Regent had it all"
I had been travelling for 6 weeks, and although my hotels in other countries were very good, i am very happy that i chose to stay at the Regent for my final 2 days abroad. The room was impeccable, the bed was perfect, service from the front desk to housekeeping was top notch. This hotel is a "must" when visiting Singapore.

We booked 3 rooms for family holiday in January. Great hotel with good service. Building works next door were extremely noisy and a major issue, however when we complained they were very responsive and relocated us all to the other side of the hotel. Pool was a bit disapointing, otherwise all good.

Conveniently located off Orchard Road in Singapore. Warm hospitality that is unusual for Singapore ( after staying and another hotel of a similar category). "Had really enjoyable time"
The hotel looked very nice inside, and the room was in good condition as well. Service by all the staff we encountered was just superb, very cheery and helpful without exception. The location is a few mins walk from Orchard rd, but worked well for us and probably was quieter environment as well. Fitness club was pretty good while not huge. A great hotel in a good location close to Orchard Road and within easy walking distance to the geat botanical garden with it's fantastic orchid garden. The staff was helpful and the room was clean and neat. We did not use the restaurant. Others have reported construction noise.... we did not hear any construction noise.

"Shopping Heaven"
Great hotel for those with a passion for shopping and overall good base for the City. Food to a high standard and pleasant room. Only downside is potential for noise if downstairs has a function but limited to lower floors. Would stay again.

i was at this hotel for just one night but found everything to be perfect. Staff couldn't have been better. I used the gym and found it to be one of the best I've seen in a hotel. Great neighborhood and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Its a block from Orchard Road so it was real close to all of the shopping, dining and entertainment venues. The suite was well appointed (wife loved the orchards in the room!). The staff was very helpful... The bell staff are top notch! We'd definitely stay here again when we visit again!

We (two adults, one 11 year old, and one 2.5 year old) stayed at the Regent from June 30th through July 3rd. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and quality of this hotel. We received an upgrade to a 1-bedroom suite, and buffet breakfast was included in package. We did not receive suite until 2:30pm, which was fine, as we were […] notified of this in advance. Room was clean with luxurious L'Occitaine bathroom accessories. Breakfast was brilliant, numerous selection choices, and service was great. With a buffet breakfast, we did not have to think of food until late afternoon. Room beds were comfortable, and extra bed was also provided. My 2-year old had ample space to run around. There were 2 flat-panel TVs (one in living room, and one in bedroom), therefore, kids were happy. I was also able to catch up on Wimbledon tennis. And, Internet was available free, which was a bonus since my wife had to catch up on her emails, and provide responses. Minibar was well-stocked, although we did not consume anything from the minibar. On one occasion, we ordered room service for my 2-year old. I incorrectly ordered a customized soup, which was made very well. My wife, not knowing that I had incorrectly ordered the soup, requested room service personnel to return the soup, and requested another customized soup, that was more appropriate to what my daughter would have. The clear soup (which was already well made) was returned, and another customized soup was brought to us, exactly the way we wanted it. Therefore, room service was perfect, with exceptional service. Buffet breakfast is held at the Basilico restaurant, therefore, you have a choice of sitting with a view of the hotel pool, or you can sit surrounded by the wine cellar with a view of the hotel lobby, and the internal glass elevators. I spent a couple nights in Singapore recently and decided to give The Regent a try. The location is a couple blocks off the main shopping area. So a guest will not be bothered by the noise and traffic day or night. The room is comfortable and clean. However, a bit of touch-up in the bathroom is in order.
