Vlakbij Times Square, beter kan niet. Ideaal hotel ook met kinderen. Kamers zijn prima, geen geluidsoverlast van straatverkeer. Behulpzaam personeel. Echt een aanrader.

Dit hotel is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Dichtbij de PATH trein naar NYC. Ontbijt en kamer waren prima!

Mijn dochter (10 jaar) en ik hebben eind april een week in Cassa Hotel and Residences gelogeerd. Dit naar volle tevredenheid! Het hotel ligt op ca. 4 minuten loopafstand van Times Square, de kamer was niet groot, maar prima voor ons verblijf. Er werd keurig schoongemaakt en al het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Men is momenteel bezig met enkele verbouwingen aan het hotel (waar wij overigens totaal geen last van hadden!) die het hotel mijns inziens alleen nog maar mooier en completer in dienstverlening zullen maken. Wij hopen volgend jaar week een week in Cassa Hotel and Residences te mogen verblijven en raden iedereen die een goed hotel zoekt in New York dit hotel van harte aan.
Ligging.
New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott ligt heel handig vlak bij de luchthaven in East Elmhurst, dicht bij Citi Field, Arthur Ashe Stadium en Adelphi University. Bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zijn onder andere Central Park en Chrysler Building.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott heeft een healthclub en een fitnesscentrum. Een draadloze internetverbinding is beschikbaar in openbare ruimtes (tegen betaling). Dit hotel met 3,5 sterren beschikt over zakelijke voorzieningen waaronder een businesscentrum, vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en audiovisuele apparatuur. Dit hotel met een groen/duurzaam beleid heeft een restaurant en een bar/lounge. Het personeel kan op verzoek een conciërgeservice, een huwelijksservice en een cateringdienst voor evenementen regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere meertalig personeel, een cadeaushop of kiosk en gratis kranten in de lobby. Gasten kunnen gratis gebruikmaken van een luchthavenshuttle ((24 uur beschikbaar)). Dit is een rookvrije accommodatie.

New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott heeft 438 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker en een gratis weekkrant. Gasten kunnen tegen betaling gebruikmaken van de snelle internetverbinding (via kabel) op de kamer. Elke televisie heeft premiumkanalen via de kabel, een videogameconsole en betaalfilms. Elke kamer beschikt over een bureau en een telefoon met meerdere lijnen met voicemail. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een bad/douchecombinatie, designer toiletartikelen en een föhn.
Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een strijkplank/strijkijzer en openslaande ramen. Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals een koelkast, hypoallergeen beddengoed en een telefonische wekdienst. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar. Op de kamers van New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott mag niet worden gerookt.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag worden aangerekend.

Luchthaven LaGuardia is de luchthaven die zich het dichtst bij de binnenstad van Manhattan bevindt. Deze luchthaven bevindt zich in het noorden van Queens en grenst aan de baaien van Flushing en Bowery. De wijken North Beach en Elmhurst omsluiten de zuidkant van de luchthaven. Immigranten uit meer dan 100 landen leven in dit etnisch gevarieerde gebied, dat ooit hoofdzakelijk Joods en Italiaans was.

The staff at this hotel were the best part! I'm from Cleveland and came for my first time just for New Year's and they were so helpful with my million questions! The rooms were clean also!

I was disappointed that the rooms did not have free wi-fi. Also, no complimentary breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff was very accommodating, and polite.

While it is not near most NYC tourist hot-spots staff was very helpful in providing information for intercity travel. The room was very nice. My daughter who lives in the city stayed with me at the hotel and this made it very convenient for us. My room had two great comfortable beds, a great view of the airport and water. Very nice hotel, excellent service. Shuttle service to the airport is timely and reliable, every 15 minutes as they promised. I stayed here because I had an early flight from LGA and would recommend it again for business travel. "La Guardia Marriott - Great location and value"
The hotel staff was exceptional at all levels. The rooms were clean and we found the location to be ideal for trips into the major boroughs as well as Manhattan. The only inprovement that I would recommend would be to add new equipment to the gym.

My stay in this hotel was a great experience! The Staff was very professional and very helpful and friendly. I can recommend this hotel anytime to anyone. The breakfast is also great. A variety of choices. The only issue for me was it was a bit too far from the New York City, Otherwise it was a very comfortalbe and nice stay

The hotel was very nice and very close to the airport. My girlfriend called just as she exited the airport and within minutes I was able to pick her up in time. She too agreed that the room was very nice and clean and she slept very well.

"Marriott Lagaurdia airport in NY"
My husband always love to stay at Marriott Laguardia airport . And I agree to him every time but in this matter we both believe that if you want good, clean, not making you home sick environment is available only at Marriott. The peacefull environment, good neighborhood, peace of mind what else can you ask for to really enjoy your vacation.

Nothing around the hotel within even remote walking distance. No neighborhood bar, have to use the expensive one in the hotel. No alternative places to eat, have to use expensive one in hotel. Very nice place, clean, nicely decorated rooms. Front desk people were not helpful. It was not easy to get into Manhattan for my meeting. Airport shuttle was handy and frequent.

"Not bad....for NYC"
My trip was great, so it is hard to say anything negative, but I will say that the A/C was not working like it should. I never told them the problem because I was hardly there, so I can't say much on that. The rates were okay for it being NYC. I will say that last minute rates seem cheaper than planing ahead. You can walk from the airport (Terminal […] C I believe) to the hotel with out problems. Believe me, it is not worth taking a cab. It is that close. Besides, if you don't wan to walk (first of all you have no busness in NYC because you have to walk for everything), the hotel does provide a shuttle. Staff is 100% GREAT. The room was very clean, roomy & quiet even though it is near LaGuardia Airport. (request a room on the other side of the highway). The hotel staff was great and the "Stay for Breakfast" rate was very reasonable. My husband enjoyed the "eggs cooked to order" on the buffet & everything was delicious. Receptionist not very accommodating, have to ask about the promotional items that were included in my reservation, told me not included but good thing I have my printed reservation receipt that spells out what's included in my reservation. I feel like I have to fight for it.

For the price we got for this hotel we thought it was a steal until we got to the hotel only to find out that we had to pay a substantial daily charge for parking. Our guests were also charged for parking! The room was cramped but well maintained. It would have been fine for a business traveler or a couple, but not for a family with a child. Another […] unexpected charge was for the use of WiFi (which was not actually WiFi because you needed to be connected to a wire which only reached the desk) also a substantial daily charge which is customarily provided for free. "Never stay again."
The hotel did not offer a pool although it was listed on web site which was a major reason we selected this location. Also because we have a small child we attempted to order from the restaurant downstairs over the phone for pickup but was told we had to go downstairs to place order. We were then told after we were ignored by an employee that the food […] we requested was not described as listed in the menu guide in room causing us to drive to a local fast food chain to feed our small picky eater.
