Prima hotel als tussenstop voor een volgende vlucht. Goede service van en naar vliegveld.

Stayed here ony because I needed overnight room near hotel. Room service food was just OK.

The hotel was priced right for our stay however the pool was outdoors only, and the wi-fi wasn't free, I would have to pay $10 per day, per device which wasn't acceptable or sit in the lobby all night to work. In todays age wi-fi should be included or on price not dependent on the of the amount of devices you have.

Staff were outstanding went out of their way for this guest

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. The room was big and beautiful. I loved the bathroom shower (two shower heads).

This hotel did not meet up to the expections of the HILTON name. I booked this hotel (which was farther away from my convention center) not only based on the lower price, but due to the fact that I would be able to stay at the HILTON. Needless to say this room did not meet my expections. It did not have a microwave, or a fridge. I asked for a fridge […] and was told that I would be charged 5 dollars per day. Once it arrived in my room it looked like it had been run over by a truck and smelled so bad there was no way that I would store any food in there. I promptly called the front desk and asked them to remove it. As far as cable service goes, the channels were very limited and a few of them were either promoting the hotel or were not english speaking channels at all. In addition to this there was also a severe dip/drop (covered by carpet) in the floor that could cause someone to fall if they were not paying attention. On the second day of my stay shampoo, conditioner etc., was not replaced even though it was empty and I had to request it. I really wish I had stayed at the other well known chain that was within walking distance of my convention center with not only more amenties for the same price but better customer service. Very loud outside my first floor room. Did not sleep.

My hotel room had soap stuck in the bathroom tiles and trash from a previous guest underneath the bed. In addition to it's lack of being cleaned thoroughly our room was booked for four people yet there were only cups and towels left for two guests. My room was supposed to be an "executive suite" yet did not come with so much as a mini fridge or microwave […] as one might expect for paying an additional amount to upgrade their room. In addition when leaving other guests at the airport we were given incorrect pick up information and stood outside in the cold waiting for twenty minutes at the wrong spot for the airport shuttle. Overall, HORRIBLE service! We will never stay there again. I expect more from a Hilton. The saving grace of the experience was the indoor pool and the friendly pool attendant. Lees meer

Very good hotel with reasonable proximity to IAD. Very comfortable bed!!

HILTON IN DULLUS THE STAY WAS NICE BUT THE FOOD WAS OUT RAGIOUS AND WE CAME OUT TO DC OVER CHRISTMAS BREAK AND NOT MANY RESTRAUNTS OPEN AT ALL, WOULD OF BEEN NICE IF THE FOOD IN THE HOTEL WAS RESANABLE PRICE FOR TOURIST LIKE ME AND MY FAMILY ,TO EAT THERE AT THE RESTRAUNTS OVER CHRISTMAS

I stayed at the hotel for a weekend seminar. As usual the sesssions were long with short breaks. Ate at restaurant and lounge and was very satisfied with the menu. Both venues provided a welcome ambiance from the seriousness of the seminar sessions. I have a serious food allergy and was concerned, but found the staff very receptive and went way beyond […] my expectations to make sure my food would be safe for me. I have stayed at this hotel at least five times over the last eight years. The rooms have been dramatically remodeled and are quite nice. We were upgraded to the "business class" room. The two resturants have always provided good food. I appreciated the free shuttle to the nearby Air and Space Museum.

Hilton is an excellent place to stay for the price. It has every accomodation u can think of with gift shop and health center and excellent service. Definitley would want to stay there again well worth it. Excellent staff

This is a grand hotel, with expansive marble foyer, grand dining areas...it could as well be a grand hotel in California. The grounds are huge, well-maintained, inviting. It was a Hilton before a fire and rebuild. It is far from the heart of New Delhi where business meetings and government is, but near enough to the airport. Can't say if this is typical, […] but there was these shortcomings that didn't fit its luxury brand: 1. No room service menu in room ( I didn't ask either). 2. Some difficulty with Internet, support was a bit slow but very pleasant and attentive. 3. My shower was not cleaned on the second day of stay, leaving soap scum on black granite, mirror. You will enjoy it. Just expect a few minor irritants. The hotel is made for pampering westerners, tired from India. I loved it. Lees meer

I purchased a suite and when I arrived at the hotel I did not get the option to select a non-smoking room and the staff didn't tell me beforehand that they gave me a smoking room. It would have been fine but the air units are old and outdated, so I had no way to ventilate the room to get rid of the smoke smell. When I complained, they had no rooms […] to move me to. I would have probably accepted a downgrade if they had it but they offered me nothing. There is also another Hilton in the area and I was surprised that they made no attempt at moving me there. Also the elevators are extremely old and seem like they will break at any time. Lees meer

I like Hilton, but I did not particularly like this hotel. The area is too industrial and remote. There are limited choices of places to go nearby. There was no refrigerator; the toilet was hard to flush, being close to the elevator, during a wedding was noisy. When I checked in, I was given a smoking room, when I clearly reserved a non-smoking room. The […] staff in the restaurant were brusque and we were not seated in a good location. Overall, this is not a Hilton that I would stay in; nor recommend. Lees meer

The room I had was very comfortable, pleasantly cool even in the summer heat, and the hotel staff were all friendly and accommodating. In fact, the only drawback is that, unless you're willing to pay high prices for so-so food, you will need a car when staying there, since there are no outside restaurants within walking distance, and the way to get […] to public transportation is to take the hotel's shuttle back to the airport and catch a Metro bus from there. Stayed here for two days, I was quite impressed. Very clean, had a great noise, and I thought I would hear the planes, but did not. If you get it on a special price, worth every penny.

..thing about this hotel was that it was clean...i cudve got a room just as good and clean elsewhere, for alot cheaper!! :( but being this was a wedding trip/honeymoon, we wanted to go somewhere 'nice'...ill NEVER go to ANY Hilton hotel EVER again, and i travel alot!!

The only downer was the breakfast buffet did not have the breakfast fare my wife and I think of more typically part of a breakfast or brunch.

The bathroom was a little unclean but nothing horrible. No Bathroom fan. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay. Swing dancing on Friday night and the hotel was able to get me hypoallergenic bedding. Overall a nice place. Friendly staff.

We flew into Dulles, collected our bags, walked outside and there was the shuttle! We arrived at the hotel, checked in and we were in our "more than lovely " room within 15 minutes of getting on the shuttle. Room was very large, very clean and the bed was really comfy. At checkout the next day, we were offered fruit, and everyone was very nice and attentive. […] Without a doubt, we would choose this hotel again. We were very impressed with the accomodations and were very comfortable. Beautiful setting and providing shuttle to and from the airport.

Smelled and looked like a hotel from the70's. I tried totell them but they were obviously trained to say 'good morning' and 'good night' but take no complaints

Stayed for 2nights here with a great rate, nice room, and reasonably convenient location (bout a 15minute drive to metro with a parking lot). One issue, its in the middle of an industrial park, so there were no restaurants or any real attraction less than a 10 minute drive away. For us this was made worse by the concierge who could only muster vague […] responses to our questions, we ended up following the GPS rather than his directions to get us to Reston town center, a location literally 10 minutes and only 2 turns away. He also failed to tell us the difference between west falls metro and vienna, which turned out to be key since fewer metros go out to vienna later in the day, so at 9:30 at night we had to wait 30 minutes in a metro station because the train going all the way out to vienna only goes once or twice an hour. It was a great experience this was my second time and enjoyed it both. The bed the second time did not feel like the king bed I had the first time but it was still comfortable even with a walk-in shower that was accessible for anyone. I would recommend this to only one who is looking just to get away and experience cleanliness and comfort.

After a 3 am stranded traveler check-in, we discovered the tub was all stopped up with dirt floating on top. Hotel provided us with a shower across the hall in the morning, but this was definitely not up to Hilton standards.

Location is good, though you would nee a car/taxi to go find a bite to eat. It's close to the Washington Dulles Airport and they provide you with free shuttle service to and from IAD every 30 mins. For those staying for a day/transiting, this is for you.

I recently stayed at Hilton Dulles near Washington DC and was surprised how comfortable the beds were. I enjoyed fresh sheets and it felt like at home. Another thing I loved was the smell and quality of toiletries. I would stay in this Hilton again.

I liked the hotel and room, it'was clean and comfortable, bathroom was very good and large. Very good deal.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Dulles. Room service is available 24 hours so it was great to get some real food when I arrived in the middle of the night. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and not too expensive. Pool was just what I needed after a long flight. Gym looked good too but I didn't use it. Room was quiet, no plane noise. […] 5 function shower was a great massage. Only negative was you could see the hotel needs some refurbishment, for example the carpet needed replacing and the hotel looked a bit out of date. However I would definitely recommend staying at the hotel, especially with a last minute internet deal. Lees meer

Room was very clean and a good size where everyone has plenty of room to move around. Bed sleeps exceptional. All staff I had contact with were very nice and polite. Will stay at same hotel next time in area and would recommend to anyone. I give it five stars.

Our baby who is 14 mos old played with my husband phone (Droid without services, he s using it for taking pictures and stores his important information there) in the room the first night we stayed. The next day after they clean our room, we got back late evening, the phone was nowhere to be found. We looked all over the room and our bags, but just couldn't […] find it. I talked to the receptionist when we checkout, explained that the phone is not in service but my husband stored lots of important informations in the phone but she seems very careless about it, and handed me a manager card, asked to call him the next day. My husband called the next morning and they put him on hold for a brief while, someone pick up the phone and said they couldn't find the phone. To us they just want to say something to get us off the hook but didn't do anything about this matter. So we lost the phone in the room, where else can it go, unless the phone has wings and flew out of the room!!! NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU LOST YOUR STUFF OR MAYBE TOO MANY OF THIS SAME INCIDENT HAPPENED HERE SO THEY DON'T CARE MUCH ABOUT IT ANYMORE, AND WATCH OUT FOR YOUR STUFFS.......... Check-in was easy, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. At first, we found it a bit hard to navigate the hotel itself due to the layout being a circular pattern. Overall, it was a nice clean room at a reasonable price.

I stayed at the Hilton this pass weekend and was not as happy as I thought I would be. After I checked in my boyfriend and I whom I had tried to surprise walked into a room with no furniture. We walked in the bathroom and in the shower there were 2 chairs. You could only imagine how unhappy I was. We returned to the desk where the line was stupid long. […] When we got to the desk we explained the situation and my boyfriend was a little more unhappy than I was. He asked what can they do she stated nothing just give you another room. He said no money back or a better room she said no and thanked us for letting her know and gave our key. Lees meer
