Vlakbij Times Square, beter kan niet. Ideaal hotel ook met kinderen. Kamers zijn prima, geen geluidsoverlast van straatverkeer. Behulpzaam personeel. Echt een aanrader.

Dit hotel is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Dichtbij de PATH trein naar NYC. Ontbijt en kamer waren prima!

Verhouding prijs-kwaliteit was heel goed, ben tevreden.Pluspunt was het ontbijt, prima! Een adres om door te geven aan vrienden.

Mijn dochter (10 jaar) en ik hebben eind april een week in Cassa Hotel and Residences gelogeerd. Dit naar volle tevredenheid! Het hotel ligt op ca. 4 minuten loopafstand van Times Square, de kamer was niet groot, maar prima voor ons verblijf. Er werd keurig schoongemaakt en al het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Men is momenteel bezig met enkele verbouwingen aan het hotel (waar wij overigens totaal geen last van hadden!) die het hotel mijns inziens alleen nog maar mooier en completer in dienstverlening zullen maken. Wij hopen volgend jaar week een week in Cassa Hotel and Residences te mogen verblijven en raden iedereen die een goed hotel zoekt in New York dit hotel van harte aan.

Goed hotel met superlocatie. Kregen gratis een update naar een gerenoveerde kamer met 2 bedden. Qua kwaliteit en prijs verhouding kan je niet beter zitten.Wij zouden er zeker terug komen, je bent er alleen maar om te slapen. En waar iedereen over schrijft dat de verwarmingspijpen verroest zijn boeit ons echt niet. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.Locatie om de hoek van Times Square.
Ligging.
Hilton Garden Inn Times Square is een gezinsvriendelijke accommodatie in het hart van New York. dit hotel ligt op loopafstand van Circle in the Square Theater, Gershwin Theater en Minskoff Theater. In de buurt bevinden zich ook NBC Studios en Toys 'R' Us Times Square.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Dit hotel voor zaken heeft een restaurant en een bar/lounge. In openbare ruimtes wordt een gratis snelle internetverbinding (via kabel) aangeboden. De accommodatie beschikt over een een businesscentrum. Het personeel kan op verzoek een conciërgeservice, hulp bij excursies/tickets en bedrijfsgerelateerde dienstverleningen regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een fitnesscentrum, een conciërgebalie en meertalig personeel. Parkeerruimte is tegen betaling beschikbaar, maar beperkt.

Hilton Garden Inn Times Square heeft 369 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van MP3-dockingstations en kluisjes in de kamer (ook geschikt voor laptops). Elke 32-inch lcd-televisie wordt geleverd met premiumkanalen via digitale ontvanger, een videogameconsole en betaalfilms. Elke accommodatie beschikt over een bureau, ergonomische stoelen en een telefoon met meerdere lijnen met voicemail. Een gratis snelle internetverbinding (draadloos en via kabel) is beschikbaar. Elke kamer is voorzien van een magnetron met een koelkast en een waterkoker/koffiezetapparaat. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een bad/douchecombinatie, een haardroger en gratis toiletartikelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een kluisje op de kamer en een gratis krant. Daarnaast zijn op verzoek voorzieningen beschikbaar zoals hypo-allergeen beddengoed en een telefonische wekdienst. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar. In Hilton Garden Inn Times Square mag niet op de kamers worden gerookt.

De West Coast heeft dan wel Hollywood; maar de lampen van Broadway schijnen net zo helder en vele televisieacteurs komen naar de Great White Way om aan hun reputatie te werken. Tot de bezienswaardigheden in de regio behoren Carnegie Hall, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall en het Museum of Modern Art. De prachtige St. Patrick's Cathedral neemt een blok tussen Fifth en 50th in beslag. Op het ooit verwaarloosde Times Square vind je nu ABC, MTV en NASDAQ.

Het enige minpuntje van het hotel was dat de metro onder het hotel loopt en dit is in de kamer (ik had kamer 309 op de 3de etage) duidelijk merkbaar (hoorbaar en voelbaar), wellicht dat dit in een andere kamer op een hogere etage minder is.

Uitstekende locatie, prima kamer, erg groot. Ontbijt inbegrepen, maar verwacht daar niet al te veel van. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Al met al een aanrader.

It was a great location! I was very pleased to be surrounded in Time square at walking distance...practically next door. Not so happy about the room accommodation. Although our room was comfy, stylish and clean....I had no choice but to stay in a double bed room when I had specifically requested king size bed NOT two queen beds. Then they give me the […] story that there is no other rooms available with just one bed. It don't matter though....I hardly used the room...Too much to do in the NYC that I hardly even slept. "Good Size Room and Location, a tad worn."
We often stay here and we go to New York a lot. The rooms are larger than most and there is good closet space and drawers enough to put away whatever you bring. The location is on the edge of the theater district (walk to theaters, Carnegie Hall, even Lincoln Center is possible if you have comfortable shoes) with tons of good restaurants and with great […] subway service. The rooms are pretty quiet too. Internet is free and there's a fridge in the room. That said, don't expect luxe. The rooms/hallways are a bit worn (not run-down, just not daisy-fresh.) It was awful. I was on the 2nd floor. When I got to the room and saw complimentary ear plugs, I should have gone back and asked for a higher floor. The Subway and Street Noises broke through the ear plugs and high volume white noise machine. I was aware of every minute of the night. Awful sleep if any. We have been going to New York for years this was the 1st time we had stayed here.Location was great there was parking right next door,it was close to the theatre.We had a great experience I will go back.

"Perfect location"
Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, fantastic location to broadway and all the major attractions. The only drawback if you could call it that was that it didn't offer a guest laundry facility which when you are travelling for an extended period of time is convenient. The free internet was fast and reliable.

For price this is a great hotel compared to others that I have stayed in New York. It is very close to Times Square and the subway is just across the road so it is convenient in getting to many places. We had 2 fire alarms, a bit before 6am and then one around 30 minutes later. The alarms were bad, the subsequent 'all clear' messages took a long time too, so the sleep (we arrived very late night before) experience was not great to say the least. There was no apology, never mind any offer of any kind of discount, vouchers, etc., and the alarm had been […] false on both occurences. This hotel is very close to everything. We walked every where except China Town but the subway station is very close. Nice fresh market next door. You can eat every meal there for cheep plus buy snacks if you want. Everything was a walk away. The hotel was very clean and comfy. The staff was great and I really liked that you cant just walk in at night […] without showing your room key. That just made us feel safe. The only thing I did like was that our view was into an office in the next building but I guess thats New York! We could see some of the street but thats it. So the higher you can get the better! "Hilton Garden Inn Times Square - Great Location!"
This is a great hotel for visitors to Manhattan. Close to area attractions (i.e. Central Park, Times Square, theaters, restaurant row in Hell's Kitchen) and the subway system. It's close to many great restaurants and pubs. The hotel room had queen beds, which was a wonderful feature since one of our companions is 6'8". Staff was pleasant and check in […] was easy. "Amazing stay, I walk away with new memories"
From the moment me and my fiance checked in we were taken care of and treated with kindness, respect and attention from the staff. We were in an AMAZING room the views were breathtaking (and I live in NYC and have seen the sights all my life but still was impressed by the views from the hilton) We decided to rent a hotel room to watch the premiere of […] "mad men" and when we checked in we ran to the tv and were sad that they didnt have AMC, the channel it would be playing. I even called from the fitness center asking "is there AMC on this TV?" and the guest service agent responded "you wanted to watch madmen too Im terribly sorry we dont have that channel" Her friendliness made me laugh and I completely forgave the hotel for not providing the channel. You would think since that was the reason we rented the room we would be disappointed however the night spent at this hotel was one of the best experiences ever. The restaurant downstairs has fantastic food and set a romantic mood for me and my love, the hostess even lent us champagne flutes to bring up to the room where we enjoyed a bottle. This turned out to be a fantastic evening, it was super quiet at night and the bed was rediculously comfortable, best sleep we have ever had at a hotel before. The location right by Times Square is wonderful. It's just steps away from the sights and sounds- but it's not right in the heart of the action which is nice because you aren't bombarded by the crowds when you walk out of the hotel. my hotel was right were I need it to be right close to everything. Time square,broadway shows,sightseeing tours,the USS Intrepid which I served upon 1972-74. Lady Liberty did not let me down. Such a great time - The Hilton Garden Inn Times Square is in such a wonderful location... room was spotless... and the staff was so very kind! Will definitely recommend this hotel to others and will stay here on any future trips to the city.
Like many other Hotels the room I stayed in has a door communicating with the room next to mine,from wich you can hear everything going on in that room, conversations, screams, sex...
