Prima, net hotel in rustige buurt, zwembad valt tegen en evenals fitnesscentrum erg beperkte openingstijden. Bar mag meer producten op kaart zetten.

Mooie moderne hotelkamer. Ontbijt was goed. Hotelpersoneel was erg behulpzaam: op de dag van vertrek moesten we eerder weg dan dat het ontbijt mogelijk was. Speciaal voor ons werd de ontbijtzaal geopend en konden we weliswaar niet uitgebreid, maar toch wat eten. Ligging van het hotel is super. Vijf minuten lopen vanaf Puerta del Sol, met een pleintje voor de deur. Klein minpuntje: ondanks de rolluiken hoor je wel goed wat er op straat gebeurt. Zou er zelf wel weer heengaan.

Ligging.
Dit hotel ligt in Santiago Bernabeu - Castellana in Madrid en is een gezinsvriendelijke accommodatie in de buurt van Estadio Santigo Bernabéu, Museum of Natural Sciences en National Auditorium of Music. In de buurt vind je ook Plaza de Castilla Park en Lazaro Galdiano Museum.

Er ligt een winkelcentrum achter en in het noorden zijn de traditionele restaurants in de lommerrijke schaduw populair bij kantoorpersoneel. De drukke Paseo de la Castellana naast het stadion staat vol bedrijven, winkels en restaurants. Het Museo de Esculturas al Aire Libre heeft indrukwekkende beeldhouwwerken.

Hotel was very nice with a friendly and helpful staff. It was clean and the room and bathroom were spacious. The only negative was that there were a number of clubs/discos in the area and the noise was disturbing at around 5 or 6 am when everyone was leaving the club.

This Hotel is located in the Financial District of Madrid. Besides the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, which is across the street, there is not too much to see around, but Madrid has an excellent public transportation system, and the hotel is located at about 4 subway stops from city center. Good hotel, but s we booked 3 double standard rooms we were a little surprised to see that every room was different, this was a little unfair, ranged from executive suite to the standard room that me and my partner had, my mother had the OK room, me and my partner had the below standard, parking was an issue and the stamp teh hotel give on the parking […] ticket does not give you any discount and also not an easy hotel to find at all, overall if i had the choice i would not stay again Lees meer
"Upgraded to a suite"
What better start to an overnight than to be told you've been upgraded to a suite? Thanks to a match between Real Madrid and Galatasaray the hotel was full and we arrived at the right time for a complimentary upgrade. The Holiday Inn suited our requirements exactly, as the purpose of staying there was to take a tour of the Bernebeu, which is a five […] minute way away. If you wanted to see central Madrid it's a little way out but there are plenty of buses and trams. The restaurant was OK, a bit pricey for the quality of food but very friendly (and kid friendly) staff; breakfast would have been expensive at 20 euros except our son ate free, so that evened it up a bit. "Great place to stay in Madrid"
The Holiday Inn was perfect for our stopover in Madrid. Right across the street from the Bernabeau Stadium and easy access to the #27 bus which takes you directly to the downtown museums and parks. Quiet neighborhood and excellent staff. The room was very clean- a must after a long flight. Underground parking was easy too.

Overall the hotel was adacuate. However the receptionists at the hotel were not all very nice and hard to get information. The parking at the hotel was expensive about 20 Euros a day. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to via the metro from the airport & easy to find reading a map. As Madrid's metro system is so efficient, clean and cheap there is no where in the city difficult to get to. We would stay at this hotel again, but we found the receptionist a little rude, she did the basics of what she had to […] do to check us in & out put when we asked any question about the area or city centre we got basic one line answers. I stayed one night only to attend a football match at the Bernabeu so I didn't use all the facilities available. The hotel was extremely clean and my room was spacious and very comfortable. Check in and check out was very efficient. All the staff I met with were polite and helpful. Very convenient for the metro services to the main attractions of the […] city and the airport. Das Hotel ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Ansonsten zufrieden mit Lage, Zimmergröße, Frühstück und Service. Für Real Madrid Fans (Kinder) ist dieses Hotel empfehlenswert.
Virkellig tæt på Real Madrid's stadion. Vi har været med vores to børn og der var masser plads i værelset. Metrostation er lige rundt om hjornet. Det var utroligt svært at finde frem til hotellet, da vi var med bil og navigation førte os hele tiden til et underjordisk tunelsystem. Está muy bien situado si como a mí, lo que interesa es ir al Bernabeu o simplemente pasear por la Castellana. No obstante, para una visita a Madrid en otro plan, como por ejemplo ir de cañas y tapas, prefiero la zona centro

Al llegar al hotel nos dieron una habitación de fumadores (habiamos especificado no fumadores) que olia como si hubieran estado de fiesta fumando durante 3 dias seguidos, horroroso. Nos quejamos y la verdad es que fueron muy amables, nos cambiaron de habitación al dia siguiente en cuanto hubo una disponible de no fumadores, mientras colocaron una máquina […] de ozono para limpiar un poco el olor, la verdad es que funcionó. En general nuestra opinión sobre el hotel es correcta. Buen desayuno buffet, muy completo. Personal muy amable. Bien situado, cerca de una estación de metro. EL HOTEL ESTA BIEN UBICADO, CERCA DE LA ESTACION Y DE TIENDAS Y RESTAURANTES, JUSTO FRENTE A EL ESATN DOS OPCIONES DE RESTAURANTES. AUNQUE CON EL PRECIO DEBERIAN INCLUIR LA CONEXION A INTERNET, YA QUE TE COBRAN 12 EUROS DIARIOS Y HASTA PARA LA PC QUE TIENEN TE COBRAN, ME PARECE EXAGERADO.

This Hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff. The Hotel has an ideal situation if you are a Real Madrid fan as it is 100 metres away from Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. In the summertime you have a small but excellent and clean pool and large sundeck area with sun chairs and a lifeguard on duty at the rooftop on the 10th. floor as well as a nice gym. […] There are lots of shops and retaurants/cafes in the neighborhood even if the area is a convention area. There is easy acces to the "downtown" area in Madrid with the Metro station only 100 metres away. Only downside is that there is no hotel parking.
