Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader. Enig minpunt is het ontbijt in het restaurant bij het hotel. Ga liever buiten het hotel ontbijten. Het kost je minder en vooral: het gaat sneller en je hebt een betere keuze aan gerechten.

I am impress by the quality of this hotel. The price is very reasonable for what you get. Hotel restaurant is excellent. I would reccomend to anyone staying in Quebec city. It is very close to downtown and the Centre de Foires.

I would let the customer know that the parking is 20$ plus tax every day...

We could hear everything in the neighboring rooms and hall. It was very hard to sleep with all the noise. the bed was uncomfortable. On the positive side, the room was very clean and the service was very good.

Stayed for one night on our way home from a longer road trip. The hotel services were friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, loved the view from our Skyview room on the 18th floor! Bed was comfortable enough, room was very stylish and gorgeous stone tiles and glass shower in the washroom. Have recommended it to friends.

This hotel had a wonderful staff. Extremely helpful and respectful. The decor is very modern although in some areas, you can see some unfinished ceilings or you can tell that the quality of the furniture is not the best, but overall they did well in creating a clean and esthetic ambiance. A short walk from old Quebec.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice, clean hotel on upper floors. Located in amazing up and coming neighborhood. Great value for the money! Would recommend to any.

We spent part of the march break at Pur with our almost-3-year old son. The room was very clean and sleek. Our son loved playing with his trucks on the long back lit ledge. We had a room with a king and the little guy was comfortable on the sofa in front of the huge window. The staff were GREAT! They brought an extra comforter right up when I asked […] for it for our son to use on the couch and the next day they even added sheets, another warm blanket and extra pillows without me asking. They switched us from a shower only room to a bathtub room without blinking an eye and the valet parking was a great perk when travelling with a toddler, even at $20 a day. Hubby loved the free latte machine in the lobby and they even had hot chocolate and tea available. The pool is big and clean and supervised by a lifeguard. The decor is minimalist, and probably not for everyone but we enjoyed it. There are restaurants and shops around, including Benjo which is great for kids, a Metro grocery store, Pharmacy etc. Easy to get to and relatively central with easy access to old quebec, galeries de la capitale, and shopping districts. The Hotel TRYP PUR in Quebec city was comfertable and clean The decor was very modern... we felt it was an uninviting cold decor. The bar was only open during restaurant time so there was no place to sit and relax. and have a drink or even a coffe (which was good and free) from the expresso machine.

The service was great, however the room was not in great condition - fridge was not working, but got fix after requested. Some lights are not working. The washroom didmt have an exhast fan. 10-15 mins walking distance to attraction, not enough restaurant near by.

Modern style and friendly staff. Great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and a short drive to museums and other attractions. A few words of advice to other travelers though; the beds are very low and would probably not be very good for someone who has trouble getting up from a seated position. I stayed Hotel PUR for 3days on December, This hotel is very close to bus stops, so you dont need to wait buses long time very cold outside in winter. This hotel is very modern taste and clean. The restaurant is also good. Unfortunately, when I stayed this hotel, sometimes Wi-Fi system was down.

The only thing that bothered me was the stark Postmodernist decor and furnitures. It felt cold and machine-like. The bathroom was a bit dangerous with no doors in the shower and slippery floor. Other than that, my stay was very confortable.

We stayed at the PUR for three nights and had a great stay. The hotel is a bit of a distance from the attractions of upper and lower old Quebec however in saying that they're are eateries close by for an evening meal. The reception staff were very helpful with arranging tours and with general information to get around. Our room was very comfortable […] and roomy with a view of the surrounding mountains. Lees meer

Hotel Pur is fantastic - great pool and fitness center - the cleanliness of the room was impressive - the bed extremely comfortable and the sheets excellent. The coffee machine in the lobby and the small refrigerator in the room made our stay very comfortable. Excellent location for exploring Quebec City.

I loved my room! So designery and chic... and cheap! Coffee available anytime! Great hotel bar and restaurant. We came out in the fall to see the leaf change and we loved this place. Close to public transport. I saw other reviews about how far it was to the upper city of old quebec - well I say, go and see how much those hotels are (with their cheesy […] decor) and then come back to hotel pur. Their prices are so reasonable, you can afford to take a cab to old quebec and back. I plan to come back in a few months with some friends!!! Lees meer

Awesome hotel. Really well located, clean and very good service.

Pricy hotel for what was offered. Room with a big window facing an office building. Even the shower was uncomfortable.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. It was very clean and comffortable. The restaurant was good but not open for lunch on weekends. All staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. The only drawback is the fact it is not located in Old Quebec

No tea or coffee making facility in the room, and the only coffee shop was in the Hotel complex and appeared to be operated by the Hotel.

I am very satisfied with this hotel for everything. especially they have good service!!!

Had a fantastic Stay at Pur in Quebec. From are arrival the gentleman valeting the car to the last employee bringing us our car back the staff was freindly and always helpful went out of the way to make sure we had every comfort. Had a great room nice size we were on the 18 th floor with a beautiful engaging view of the city and mountains behind it. […] everything was spottless clean. the deep tub was nice to soak in after walking all day. We got a great deal on the room. The coffee machine in the lobby was the bomb. We could easly walk to the old city in 25 minutes up hill found better resturants in the funkier nieghbood of hotel. Would completely recommend this hotel espesially if you like something modern was a boutique style hotel but with plenty space in the rooms. Lees meer

very good location close to all shops and dining place. Staffs were very friendly, but the parking fee is too high.

The Pur was a fabulous hotel. it was comfortable, clean and so chic! the food was the best asset. We actually came back to our hotel to eat dinner because the breakfast was so good. Love the design/decor of Hotel PUR, and the comfort/cleanliness. It's located in a safe neighbourhood about a 15-minute walk away from downtown Old Quebec. The breakfast at Table, the in-house restaurant, is fantastic, and the free espresso/cappuccino maker in the lobby is an awesome convenience. Hotel staff was very friendly. This hotel was very nice the only thing I found odd which really isn't that big of a deal is the bathroom. The bathroom lacked a fan and the shower was covered by only a half a door, which I guess isn't so bad, but it was a bit messy since the water would splash all over the floor after or during your shower. The hotel itself was truly beautiful. The restaurant Table was well priced good food but bad service. The waiter was not attentive at all. The front desk at the hotel was not very warm either. The neighborhood was wonderful with a lot of little shops. but the worst part of the trip came for me when I checked out really early morning to catch a plane. […] Front desk was slow and the worst valet parked my car and walked away leaving me with getting my heavy bag into the car myself. Not to mention he did not check that I was the owner of the car. I would not stay here again. If i pay that much money for a room I expect to be treated with at least a bit of courtesy. Lees meer

Stayed 3 nights top floor corner view... Bed was good not great... Front desk and maid service wasn't good! But doormen/valet boys were awesome and so helpful!!! Internet was horrible!!! Just horrible!!! Roomservice was yummy and just perfect! Had a great time but would have liked better bed, internet and cleaning... The location was great and the room was clean but it was too simple and all was black and white. For example there was no place to put my suite case except on the floor. Only a few small draws and the bathroom was all black and gray so it was dimly lite.

The hotel was walking distance to many of the tourist sites. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to returning in the future

I visited Quebec City for a conference and stayed at the hotel the middle of September for nearly a week. The stylings are modern and attractive with the rooms uniquely designed so the king sized bed faces out the floor to ceiling window. But the hotel is not near the convention centre or sights so you have to love walking. Sometimes the modern styling […] appears cheap with comfortable but lumpy bed linens and a plastic desk chair. Similarly the efforts to keep the rooms looking modern had been translated into irons and ironing boards only available on request and coffee with a small selection of black teas only available in the lobby from an impressive looking machine that is over used and often out of milk. Beautifuly layed out room. Simple and original. Friendly staff, excellent restaurant and walkable location. I hope they expand across North America, would definitly return.

PUR is a unique experience. The hotel staff is excellent, the room decor is unique. Location is convenient and public transport in Quebec City is extremely convenient and accessible. There are some excellent restaurants, pubs and nightclubs within a short walking distance. If you are planning on walking to the old city, though, you need to factor in […] the vertical distance--it's quite a climb, and that makes it a more strenuous walk than it might appear to be on the map. I liked the decor. The only negatives that came up in my assessment were: 1) no coffee maker in the room. Great espresso machine downstairs in the lobby, but if you need that hit of caffeine first thing when you wake up, it's not so good. 2) shower--the shower head is a style that can be hand held, but did not stay in a fixed position very effectively when we were using it. Storage--There is no dresser in the room, and a tiny chest of drawers in the closet that is really too small to be useful. That's not a big factor if you are staying one night, but if you are going to stay 2 or more nights it's less than optimal. Lees meer

this is a very good hotel. very contemporary. however, if you want to go to old quebec, it's quite far. it's a 15 min walk and it goes uphill. but the hotel is really nice. you can relax and within also the shopping district. we also love their restaurant table.
