Our stay was good but the only bad thing was when had washed our basketball shirts they were stolen out the dryer and we had 2 buy t-shirts so we would have something to play in on sunday at louisiana college in pineville

This was one of the best rooms I have had for the money all staff was exceptional
We didn't stay in the room much was just a place to rest during softball tourneys... But once it was time to sleep i couldn't get comfortable the bed and pillows were just too hard... I'll remember next stay to bring my pillow from home! The ladies in the breakfast area were super nice!!! The stairwell does need some cleaning though had many spider […] webs and bird poo!! "slept like a baby"
I had a very important test to take the next day and a good nights sleep was important. I slept like a baby. the bed was extremely comfortable.
"Sleep and then leave"
The cable TV did not work and the staff did not fix it when I complained. The coffee maker did not have a pot. The pillows on the bed were very small. The internet did not work. The breakfast was OK but not labeled well. The rooms are old and outdated. The rooms have a strange smell.

The stay was the worst experiance i've ever had. 1st when we arrived, the reservations that we had made, had been cancel by one of the hotel manager. We had to wait over an 1 1/2 hrs, before they reinstated our reservations. Because of the lowest standard of the room, we checked out earlie the next morning, cutting our stay short by 2 days. The beds were comfortable but the A/C froze up in the middle of the night and the tub would not stop running. There are not enough outlets and the ones in the room did not work right. The room was clean but needs repairs. Breakfast was okay.

"Nasty"
This hotel was dirty, old and seemed broken down. The security doors didn't shut, the water in my rooms tub ran non stop and their was a bug on the wall. I will never stay at an Econo Lodge again!
"Roach Motel"
Found 5 roaches in our room upon arrival. Called front desk and they moved us to a new room. New room the hot water did not work until that am, then the hot water would come and go while showering. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A MEDIOCRE STAY IN A MOTEL THAT IS CENTRALLY LOCATED, THIS IS FOR YOU. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LUXURIOUS STAY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THERE ARE MANY BETTER HOTELS/MOTELS VERY CLOSE BY. BUT YOU WILL DEFINITELY PAY MORE. ECONOLODGE HAS AN AVERAGE BREAKFAST AND THE ROOMS ARE NOT THE BEST. THEY ARE COMFORTABLE THOUGH.

"Bugs and odor"
The room was cockroach and other small creepy crawly insect infested. Though it was listed as a non-smoking room, it reeked of stale cigarette smoke and other unidentified odors. After the first night I was so congested I could hardly breathe. "Filthy and Unmaintained"
When we arrived and went to our room the hallways were extremely hot and moldy smelling. We entered our room and turned on the AC - it had to of been 100 degrees in there. The ceiling and walls near the AC was cracking, peeling and moldy. The bottom of the toilet had dried pee stains, the bathub and bath walls was extremely scummy, when i washed my […] hands and touched the towel hanging up to dry them the towel rak came straight out of the wall (YOU could obviously tell it had been broken and just pushed back in wall carefully hanging towels on it ) after being in our room for 3 1/2 hours the AC was not cooling at all so we called front desk at 12 midnight requesting another room due to lack of AC not cooling.......so they stuck us across the hallway in yet another room filthy, fallen apart, AC half way cooling and bathroom hardware tore up. For what it cost us a night - it is pathetic...........Ive stayed in Travelodge at a lesser amount a nt and my room was cooled and ready for us when we got there.......clean and very well maintained.....smelled fresh and the customer service was superior! The location is very convenient to business area. It definitely needs renovation and maintenance work. Towel bar in bathroom was completed ripped off the wall. Room was very clean and the a/c worked great in over 100 temperature. Staff was friendly. Was ok for business stay.

This hotel had the three things that I needed. Close to the airport with shuttle service, clean, affordable and had fridge and also microwave in room. For the person who wants to be close to the airport for a night this is the value deal. Oh and the attendants were all very nice to me.

The pictures are deceiving! The room was horrible: there was a hole in the ceiling that was letting warm air in, it took all night for the a/c to finally get it to a decent temp to sleep, very poor service by the ethnic group that owns it, bad surroundings, requested a non-smoking room but the room smelled of old cigarettes. This hotel was horrible.... I even have a picture of a cockroach that was crawling across the ceiling that I would post it I could. Plus several light bulbs were burnt out. I went to talk to someone when I was to check out an waited at counter for 15 minutes for service then ended up leaving with no satisfaction. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to […] anyone. I was oinly in this hotel 15 minutes before I took my suitcases and left. Upon arrival I was disgusted by the looks of the outside. When I got inisde it was worse. Like I said this was not what we expected at the price we paid. The room was not ready for moved in nor was the employee friendly. Staff was sleeping on the sofa in the lobby area when check in. The room was not clean during our entire stay. Extra towels had to come from another room and then they were dirty. We took pictures of everything to show that […] we are not lying. No place to put your plate while getting breakfast. Part of bathroom door was cut away to clear the toilet when when opening & closing. Dripping Faucets. We rented 2 rooms, the other was fine.

The breakfast was very good--eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy, waffles, cereal--much more than a continental breakfast. This hotel was very convenient to the interstate and main thoroughfares. Overall, room was comfortable. We were just stopping over and needed a place to sleep. Having children, we always choose to stay ion a room that offers breakfast over one that does not as this can save us quite a bit of $$. "I would stay here again."
The hotel is older but in good condition, i mean if you plan on complaining about a hotel, it doesn't much matter what I put here. But we had a good nites sleep, the beds were pretty comfortable, the room was clean, it could use some updating but for the price I don't think it can be beat in the area it is in.

I checked in around 9:30pm and there were only a couple of small lights over the desk. The rest of the lobby was pitch black. The upkeep of the grounds and outside of the hotel is not being done, period. My room was much cleaner and aesthetically pleasing than the appearance of the outside. I was so sketched out, if I were not the assertive female I am, I wouldn't have kept my reservation out of fearing for my safety. The air conditioner worked great, thank goodness.
