Holiday Inn Ocean City ligt aan het strand in het centrum van Ocean City, dicht bij Ocean City Convention Center, Jolly Roger Amusement Park en Northside Park. Bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zijn onder andere Museum Ripley's Believe It or Not en Baja Amusements.

Holiday Inn Ocean City heeft 2 spabaden, een onoverdekte tennisbaan, een binnenzwembad en een sauna. In openbare ruimtes is een gratis snelle internetverbinding (draadloos en via kabel) beschikbaar, terwijl de accommodatie over een computer met internetverbinding beschikt. Dit hotel met 3 sterren beschikt over zakelijke voorzieningen zoals een 24-uurs businesscentrum, vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en audiovisuele apparatuur. Dit hotel biedt diverse eetgelegenheden, zoals 2 restaurants plus een koffiebar/café, 2 bars/lounges en een zwembadbar. Het personeel kan op verzoek een conciërgedienst, een huwelijksservice en een cateringdienst voor evenementen regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad, een kinderclub en een 24-uur geopende fitnessruimte. Zelf parkeren is gratis. De accommodatie beschikt over speciaal daarvoor bestemde rookruimtes.

Elke kamer heeft een balkon met uitzicht op de oceaan, het strand of de oceaan (gedeeltelijk). Holiday Inn Ocean City heeft 216 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een open haard en een (laptop)kluis. Alle bedden hebben een pillowtop-matras met driedubbele lakens en luxe beddengoed. Een gratis snelle internetverbinding (draadloos en via kabel) is beschikbaar. Elke 32-inch lcd-televisie heeft premium kabelzenders en een dvd-speler. Alle kamers beschikken over een gratis krant en een telefoon met directe buitenlijn met voicemail en gratis lokale gesprekken (hiervoor kunnen beperkingen gelden). Elke badkamer is voorzien van een bad of douche, een föhn en gratis toiletartikelen.
Alle units hebben een kitchenette met een kookplaat, een magnetron, een koelkast en een vaatwasser. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker en een strijkplank/strijkijzer. Bovendien wordt dagelijks een huishoudservice aangeboden. Op verzoek zijn voorzieningen zoals een telefonische wekdienst beschikbaar.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag in rekening worden gebracht.
Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een borgsom in contanten of creditcard voor te leggen.

De locatie beschikt over 2 spabaden en een binnenzwembad. Naast een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad bestaan de recreatieve voorzieningen onder andere uit een onoverdekte tennisbaan, een sauna en een 24-uur geopende fitnessruimte.
Kinderen onder 16 jaar oud worden niet tot het zwembad, de fitnessgelegenheid en het spabad toegelaten zonder toezicht van ouderen.

"Business or Pleasure"
I was in ocean city for business but my hotel stay was quite a pleasure. I like when you ask for a few extra supplies and the are given without a great deal of inquiry as to why? The room was clean, nicely appointed and I had a great view of the beach! The staff was pleasant, efficient and gracious. The hotel was undergoing some repairs/renovations […] but everyone continued to smile and no one was or seemed to be inconvenienced by this. I certainly was not. "Good place to stay"
No complaints. Just a little surprised by the price for an off season stay. I would recommend staying here. The ocean front with the balcony was nice. Especially with a screen door which allowed us to leave the door open all night.

This hotel is great for its ocean view and surrounding attractions, especially when you don't want to drive. The indoor pool and hot tubs were great, along with the staff. It's home away from home.

You could tell this hotel was old, but they had done a good job renovating to spruce it up. Good location...nice clean rooms. We had terrible service at the Reflections Restaurant in the hotel, and they weren't apologetic about it either. Otherwise, was an excellent choice for our stay in Ocean City, MD.

We were looking for a little get away for spring break, just to relax from a stressful year so far. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! I loved the fact that there was hot fresh coffee all day everyday! Our room was clean and neat when we got there and our attendant kept it that way! The only problem we had which was minor was that our door […] to the balcony was a little jacked up! But anyway, the stay was great! the hotel was ok for one night. the room was rather small and hubby was in a w/c so it was alittle rough for us. but it was clean and the one phone wouldnt work but maintence was on it very fast and got us another one. the staff was nice. the bed was comfortable. the view i didn't like as i thought it was closer to the ocean, but the ocean we couldnt […] see good . we saw the outside swimming pool, but it did say eastern, but i didn't know what it meant.we prefer direct oceanfront. but the hotel was ok and had a elevator where you could see ourside going up to your room which we liked. we ordered room service and the portions were very small and pricey. "Holiday Inn - right on the beach."
Hotel is right on the beach! Clean. Quiet. Free fruit bowl with oranges and bananas, perfect for a quick snack. Stayed in off-season so Ocean City was quiet, too.
"Great stay"
I really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn. The staff was excellent, and we were even able to swith the room for an Ocean front without an extra charge. The location of the hotel is perfect to get away a bit and isolate yourself from the crowd of the boardwalk. I will definitely consider staying again in this hotel.

Overall the hotel was nicely appointed and the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. We experienced slow / poor service in the restaurant at breakfast... wouldn't recommend it.

"Off season construction, but good stay."
I was in town during the off season for a convention, and had stayed here before. They were doing some work updating outside, but it was not obtrusive. The rooms are older, but comfortable and the restaurant in the hotel has nice food, if a little pricey. If I had to pay full season price, I probably wouldn't be as satisfied.

My husband and I rented 2 rooms while helping remodel my daughters house. The hotel was a Godsend. seeing my daughter has four kids. There was the pool, hottub and beach to keep them busy. The kitchen was helpful in keeping cost within our limit. Our rooms were large and very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

"Good for the Money"
Little things need repair in our room. Door that don't slide and new seat covers. If they were maintained just a little better, the experience would have been perfect. The room is nice with a good view of the ocean and it is spacious.

"Winter Stay over Vday"
We visit OCMD every year for Valentine's Day and this year chose a different hotel based on the fitness room and indoor pool. We weren't let down and had an absolutely fabulous stay.

Was disappointed when we got in our room as I thought I booked oceanfront to find out that we were looking at the tennis court with the ocean far away. Come to find out you have to book direct oceanfront. Very confusing. Also paid extra 10 dollars for breakfast that the front desk knew nothing about. Eventually we got our breakfast tickets but just […] dealt with the room. Room was a little dated. VERY NOISY showers. Early next morning we were woken up with loud water running. Everything was nice. Kitchenette was small, they need to move the little table when u come in. Everything was nice and clean thru out the hotel.

"LAST MINUTE OC GETAWAY"
MY FIANCE AND I ENJOYED THE STAY. I WANTED SOMETHING WITH OCEANVIEW AND NOT ALOT OF TRAFFIC. WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE TRIP AND ARE CONSIDERING RETURNING.

"Good Hotel"
Stayed here during the Christmas holidays - nice beds and good location. We have been going to OC for almost 50 years. Not much open during our stay. Pool area and play areas looked nice. Indoor pool was a bit small - but nice. Hot tub 'area' way too small.

The staff were very nice and willing to please. My family had all of our needs taken care of. Most of all, we just wanted to relax and that is just what we were able to do. Although, someone should look into updating the sofas in the room (the cushion kept sinking in). That was a minor thing. We had a clean room with a clear view of the ocean.

I left the dome light of my car on then some one from the front desk called up to my room to ask if that was my car and that my lights were on. That is great customer service!
