Quality Hotel on the Beach in Clearwater Beach

Hotel is a little older - carpet in the public areas of the hotel could use a good cleaning or replacing but room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly & helpful. Private beach and walking distance to Clearwater Beach! Very affordable. Nice staff. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel and I'll go back every time I visit!

Hotel delivers on what is expected. Only complaint I would have is that parking should be included in the price of the room.

We had one thing that was disappointing. The A/C Unit in the room was put on low A/C and during the night the room got so hot that it wake us up and it was very warm in the room. Something wrong with the A/C Unit inside. We then turned it on High A/C and it took about 30 mins at least to cool anything off.

The name of the hotel made us think it would be a dump. It was a very clean and beautiful room. In walking distance of all the local activities and food. We would stay here again without question.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The room was spotless and comfortable. I had a beachfront balcony room and the view was awesome. The staff was very helpful and a special thank you to Kelli at the front desk who was wonderful and attentive when I had an unusual situation which she accomodated with a smile. Can't wait to go back.

spent three nights here and thankfully it was only three. the staff were pleasant enough with good service. disapointed that we had to pay to park as we had stayed at clearwate rbefore and didnt pay. the hotel was clean but generally looked tired and in need of a refurb. the overall quality of the room was poor again it was clean but really poor quality […] furniture which was old, the best thing was the plasma TV but it looked out of place in such an old room. we booked a room with partial beach view, this comprised of aa balcony overlooking the roof of the laundry which was directly beneath us, which had empty beer bottles and fag ends on it, to see the beach would have had to climb over the balcony! beware that at night you can clearly hear the loud music from sheperds bar until the early hours. if you want a sunbed on the beach you can hire this from the hotel for $10 per day thought this would have been free. pool was okay, clean and enough sunbeds. wouldnt stay here again, there are plenty of other hotels prices better or the same. Ana at the check-in desk was super helpful. Everything was perfect, making our stay wonderful and relaxing. I would definately stay at Quality again.

Fantastic right on the beach, we had a beach view room and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We plan to return as soon as we can and would recommend Hotels.com to anyone, it was so easy to book, to check in and out, no problems at all!

We enjoyed our stay at the Quality Hotel in Clearwater, FL. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful.

The room was nice, but I wouldn't recommend this place for families with children. The "private beach" was crowded and the water was full of local boater who anchor almost at the shoreline. good location, but long walk to pier 60, convenient oceanfront , balconies are extremely small! 2 people barely fit, too pricey for what you get .

Location was great. Had fun on beach and the night life with surrounding Motels was great. We could walk to just about everything we needed, and the shuttle took us everywhere else.the view from our room was beautiful of the city and the beach. We also learned DO NOT FEED THE SEA GULLS!!!!

Great hotel, clean rooms, great view, short walk to pier 60, Ihop in hotel, ffiendly service, and best price out of all the beach front hotels. Only thing that was a bummer...have to pay $10 a day to park in the hotel parking lot. Will def go back

Our family stayed here and it was very clean. I was very impressed. Two years ago we stayed at the Best Western Sea wake and I must say this was way better and for less.

The Quality Hotel in Clearwater Beach FL is in a great location for walking to restaurants. The beach is small but very nice. The pool was heated. The building needed some upgrading, especially the carpet. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

For what you spend on your room this really does work out well. I could walk to Pier 60 in about 7 minutes on a lovely sidewalk on the main drag. There are other places that are not "on" the beach but are closer to the public and huge beach. The Quality is on its own private beach, in a bay which would be nice if I'd gone in the warmer season. The hotel is at the quieter end of Clearwater beach and is a short walk to the the main beach and pier. QHOTB has its own beach and beach side bar which is nice in the evenings. You need to be careful at weekends as boats drop anchor close by and it can be a bit dangerous if bathing. We've been to the hotel several times and enjoy the hotel and its […] surroundings. what i didnt like was that our "OCEAN VIEW "was right next to a wall. we had to sit on the far right hand side of the balcony in order to see the ocean.the room itself was nice.the room felt like a tight squeeze like the room was a last minute addition. as far as an onsite eatery it was so small( had 1watress and 1 cook) it wasnt worth waiting for a […] table. The hoel was nice, clean and comfortable. Only complaint I have is you are only allowed to park 1 car per room. The beach in front of the hotel is fine, but a lot of parks anchor there. The music is a little loud and you can hear the music from this hotel and from Shephard's at the same time. Nice hotel. Location is great. I would stay here again.

We had booked a beach front balcony, when we checked in & went up to the room the 'view' our balcony was absolutely terrible! (We were in room 217 should anyone want to make note when making a reservation.) Granted it was a corner room, from the southern window you could get a great look at the wall of the hotel next door; from the balcony you could […] see most of the pool below, the pitched roof just to our right pretty much blocked everything else. We did find their place card saying, 'If you are not satistied with your room, please let us know immediately so that we have the opportunity to fix it.' That is not word for word but pretty close. We arrived at 10:40AM & checked in right at 11, we were told we were the first to check in that day. So naturally we assumed that when we went down to the desk and asked for another room, they said they did not have any other rooms. They did not even attempt to satisfy us. Being a holiday weekend, we paid top dollar for our room only to be highly disappointed. We are very regular guests at this hotel and that is another reason we were upset about any compassion on their part. We do love this hotel, it's location and it's staff (less the front desk) are absolutely fantastic! We'll be back, but it's going to take my husband a bit to settle down. Lees meer

My Husband and I visit Clearwater Beach atleast twice a year and have stayed at Several Hotels. This was by Far one of the nicest Hotels and the rooms were Outstanding!! This Hotel sits on the South end of Clearwater Beach. The Beds are unbelievably comfortable and the romms and Hotel are extremely clean. I am very sceptical about Hotels especially […] when it comes to cleanliness but this was GREAT!!! The Hotel is directly on the Beach with a beachside Pool and Tiki bar. They have live music daily which you can enjoy from either the Beach, the Tiki bar or the Pool. You are within walking distance to almost everything including the Pier-Which you have to see. You have an IHOP restaurant attached to the Hotel and you can even get room service from there. You can rent Lounge Chairs with Umbrellas at a discounted rate if you are a guest and the Hotel and they Hotel even has Beach Towels in your room for oyur use. The only downfall is that boats can dock in the water right at the beach but it's not a real problem unless it's a Holiday (which is expected). We will definitely stay at this hotel again and will recommend to Friends and Family. Lees meer

Yes, literally on the beach. It is only feet away from the hotel, pool, and bar. An absolutely perfect Labor Day weekend! You never have to leave as there is an I-Hop on the premises as well as a small bar, (the 32 oz. rumrunners are a great deal!) and afternoon entertainment...a guitarist who plays by the pool, DJ at night. the balcony was great. my teenagers could go out for walks on the beach and i could still see them. having the resturant on the premises was wonderful.

Smaller than most but had everything we wanted...Beach, Pool, Tiki Bar and free internet was a bonus...
