Het hotel was prima verzorgd. Heel aardig personeel en mooie ligging aan het strand.

Het hotel is vlakbij het conferentiecentrum, en op loopafstand van de Prudential shopping mall, restaurants op Boylston en diverse toeristische bestemmingen (duck boat stopt voor de deur). Voor een Hilton is dit een klein hotel, wat het wel gezellig maakt. Er zijn vijf gratis computers en gratis gebruik van de printer in de Starbucks beneden, mooie service! Het decor in de lobby en kamers is vrij donker bruin, dat doet voor mij gedateerd aan ondanks de verzekering dat alles pas gerenoveerd is. Personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ik had ook een ruimte voor een vergadering en catering gereserveerd, en ook dat was allemaal prima voorbereid en afgehandeld.

De mindervalidenkamer is prettig ruim en aangenaam om in te verblijven (dik tapijt en leuk gedecoreerd). Gratis pendelbusje, thee/koffie in de lounge en wifi in de kamer. Restaurants op loopafstand. Minpuntje is ontbijtruimte (erg volgepropt met tafeltjes), ontbijtservies van wegwerpplastic en vet ontbijt.
Ligging.
Boston Omni Parker House Hotel ligt handig vlak bij de luchthaven, in het hartje van Boston, op een paar meter afstand van Standbeeld van Benjamin Franklin, Stadhuis van Boston en Boston Athenæum. In de buurt bevinden zich ook Aquarium van New England en Marktplaats Faneuil Hall.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Dit hotel (een op zaken ingestelde accommodatie) heeft een restaurant, een koffiegelegenheid en een bar/lounge. Een draadloze internetverbinding is gratis beschikbaar in openbare ruimtes. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze met 4 sterren-sterrenaccommodatie zijn onder andere een businesscentrum dat 24 uur per dag open is, vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en een limousine- of autoservice. Parkeren op locatie is mogelijk tegen betaling. Het personeel kan op verzoek hulp bij excursies/kaartjes, een huwelijksservice, evenementencatering en bedrijfsgerelateerde dienstverleningen regelen. Boston Omni Parker House Hotel heeft 551 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van MP3-dockingstations en kluisjes in de kamer (voor laptops). Elke kamer heeft lcd-televisie met premiumkanalen via de kabel en films tegen betaling. Elke accommodatie beschikt over een bureau, een gratis krant en een telefoon met meerdere lijnen met voicemail. Snel internet (draadloos) is gratis beschikbaar. Alle bedden hebben driedubbele lakens en luxe beddengoed. Een kussenkeuzemenu is beschikbaar. Elke unit is voorzien van een minibar met koffie/theevoorzieningen. Elke badkamer is voorzien van kamerjassen, een haardroger en gratis toiletartikelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een strijkplank/strijkijzer en openslaande ramen. Daarnaast zijn op verzoek voorzieningen beschikbaar zoals een koelkast, een turndownservice en hypo-allergeen beddengoed. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar. Tijdens een conferentie besloten om een Hotel in het centrum te nemen, goede beslissing geweest! Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van alle belangrijke delen van het centrum en vlak bij een metrostation. Het hotel is niet erg modern en dat zie je, de kamer die ik had was niet groter dan noodzakelijk, maar ook niet ergerlijk klein. (behalve als je graag […] wilt dansen in de kamer). Ik heb verder geen faciliteiten van het hotel gebruikt en kan daar dus niet over oordelen, maar voor een verblijf gericht op het bezoeken van de stad is dit ideaal! Lees meer

"Sensationally serviceable"
The location (along the Freedom Trail) was perfect, and we were a stone's throw away from the Park Street T station. The hotel staff was friendly and mostly helpful, but they seemed overly busy. We even had a fire alarm go off the morning we arrived. The bed was very comfy, and the temperature inside the room was just right. "Leave the car at home"
I loved the proximity of the hotel to all the sights in Boston. I just wish I had more time to explore the city. The hotel itself is very nice with excellent service. The hotel is a short walk away from the T (subway), and the government center. Plenty of history there.

Lobby nice, room clean,bed comfortable, but when we first walk into our room it was unbelieveable.The room was so small that the bed barely fit in the room. The front desk clerk was not willing to try and find us a bigger room.

"Good clean place to stay"
Got a room with a standard bed, and I'd say it's a european style room (small but adequate). That said, the room was clean and very comfortable, and there were no signs of wear and tear anywhere. Would definitely recommend staying here, especially with it being so convenient to the common and other major sights.
"Business hotel"
Centrally located, walking distance to lots of downtown businesses . Only complaint was walls were thin so it was possible to hear voices but hotel staff moved me to a quieter room. Tough to beat for the price.

Our 3 night stay at the Omni was wonderful, very nice comfortable room, perfect location, we walked everywhere! The only thing was that we could hear the people talking next door, pretty clearly too. Don't know if it is like that in all the rooms or just where we were. Other than that everything was great!

This is not a Hotel I would go back to. Rooms were very small and bathroom was even smaller. Noise level from Hall was very loud. At 1:30 in morning drunks were in hall yelling for over 30 minutes. View from room was wall of next building. Not sure why they have 4 star ratings.
The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The only detractor was the noise level. The walls are paper thin, which isn't a problem if you have good neighbors. Unfortunately mine partied the entire night.

It's old, and a little outdated and stuffy, but unlike at some other older properties, where that can be disappointing, the Parker House feels wonderfully old-fashioned and gives a sense of history. "The Horrible Bathroon"
Absolutely no counter space to put anything on. The shower was terrible - no door or closure, poor water pressure, water all over bathroon floor after showering, VERY slippery floor. Also, housekeeping was knocking on my door at about 8 am - way too early! Fortunately, bed was very comfy so I did sleep well.

"Relaxing time...."
We spent the night after attending the Celtic Women concert at the Wang Theater. We were a little concerned about the age of the hotel thinking that it wasn't going to be in good condition. We couldn't have been more off. The room was extremely comfortable& clean with all the extras. "Amazing"
I loved staying here. The room was beautiful, old school but modern feel to it. I felt as if I should be smoking a cigar as I wander through the hotel. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Very conveniet to everything downtown.. parking is close and no need to take cabs as everything is within walking distance.

"Great hotel"
Omni Parker house is located on Tremont, just across the street from the cemetery where Paul Revere and John Hancock are buried. Lots of food and shopping nearby. Close access to several T stations and the perfect spot if you are looking to visit all over the city-Back Bay, Northend, Harvard, Sam Adams Brewery, etc. Staff was stellar.
"Valet Service"
As I was driving home, I noticed a parking ticket on my window. $55 for parking in a loading zone. I called the valet station. They said they knew about the ticket but when they send one of the valets out, he couldn't find the ticket. Also, I noticed my rear view mirror was crooked. "Birthday Stay"
So me and a few girlfriends stayed here for my birthday. it was super close to the surrounding nightlife on tremont street and faneuil hall. perfect placement if i do say so myself. To my surpirse the hotel staff dropped off room service for me, a bottle of champagne and boston cream pie, because it was my birthday, with a hand written note. "Very helpful!"
I made a major mistake and forgot to pack some much needed medications. The hotel staff found clinics I could get to and the address and phone number for a pharmacy right around the corner. This is a historic hotel and was beautifully decorated. The room service was very good and delivery was fast. The wireless was fast, and the flat screen television […] had a good selection of channels. I did not get a chance to visit the gym, but it had a lot of equipment on the lower level.
