Ramada Toledo Conference Center in Toledo

Location was good and the accomodations were satisfactory.

We chose this hotel because the price was right and it was convenient to where we needed to be. If you were going there for a conference or wedding I imagine it would be wonderful - however the rooms are lacking in many ways. They have signs stating there is renovation going on, although we saw no evidence of work, just peeling wallpaper, worn and disgusting […] carpets etc. The first room we were given was on the first floor and we could hear the conversation of the couple in the next room WORD for WORD, along with their music. We asked to be moved and were accommodated after being told that all first floor rooms would be "the same" The room we were being moved to would have a microwave and minifridge we were told. What we had was the space for them, but neither in the room. The towels were frayed, there were stains in the tub. For what we paid per night I think we should be able to expect a clean room with walls that were not paper thin. We'd never stay there again. Lees meer

We stayed here because it was hosting my sister-in-law's wedding reception, so it was convenient. Although the bedding was comfortable, and the service was fast and friendly, the walls were paper thin, the tub drain was incredibly slow and we went through two non-working remotes for the television. I would NOT stay here again.

Conveniently located to our destination and several restaurants. The walls were a little thin though (noise). The bed was comfy and the front desk was friendly. A great place for a single nights stay which was what we were looking for.

The water had to be ran for several minutes in order to get warm or hot in order to take a shower. When we turned the air or fan on in the room it had a odor in which was barely tolerable. The overall room quality was poor, we picked the hotel for being able to use the pool area in which shut down for 2 hours in the afternoon for a wedding in which […] we were not aware of and having two small children who wanted to swim was alittle furstrating to say the least. Room was clean. Location to Toledo U was great. One elevated that only held 6 people for three floors was a little inconvenient.

Hotel is in a good location but the condition of the elevators and carpets in the hallways needs updating. The room was clean but again updating is in serious need. Old carpet, holes in the blankets and out of date TV. Not worth the price regardless of the location. Next time I will stay 2 miles west of the Ramada in any number of newer and updated […] hotels. This one one of the most rundown hotels in which I have ever stayed. It did not look as though it had been updated since the 80s or thoroughly cleaned since then either. I put on clean white footies to walk from the bed to my suitcase and the bottoms were black when I sat down! The room smelled old and the general condition of everything just felt way […] beyond its prime. The pictures do not match the room we were given. Oh yeah - don't let me get started on the paper thin walls. You can hear every burp, moan and any other noise your neighbor makes. Made us careful not to make any noise. How embarrassing! The staff was kind and helpful. I just thought how depressing it must be to work in such a run-down hotel, but then again, this sort of mirrors Toledo, OH anyway. Lees meer

The pillows were unbelievably uncomfortable, our non-smoking room smelled overwhelmingly like smoke, the hotel staff was extremely unfriendly...needless to say, we will NEVER stay here again.

This was a very nice hotel. Very big and spacious and very friendly staff and guests. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return in the future.

This hotel was a real disappointment, given the brand name it bears. I stayed here one night briefly on the final leg of a cross-country drive. My room was literally a quarter mile from the front desk, in a remote wing of the hotel. The stench of weed filled the air in my corridor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The resturant staff was very nice. However, I had issues with how clean the room was. The tub had dark hair in it. Since our party were all blonde it was not ours. The sink had a crack down the middle. We went sightseeing and when we got back the dirty towels and a vacuum cleaner were lblocking our door. It was overwhelmingly loud and busy the entire weekend. They partially cleaned my room and never gave me new towels. I couldn't take a shower or wash up and had to call room service to supply me with towels. Also, the bathroom was tidied up all the way.

poorly designed hotel . Many rooms (the only window in the room) overlooks an interior courtyard and pool. the hotel books many dinner functions in that space. Be prepared for amplified music until 11"00 pm coming into your room ! No service elevator either... getting sent down to the basement to pick up service staff slows things down.

This was the noisiest hotel stay I have ever had. Our room was on the inside, facing a conference area I suppose. People were in the room setting up until well after 10pm the night before and it was very loud. I wouldn't have minded so much, but my 5 year-old daughter was with me and she didn't fall asleep until after 10 pm. There was no garbage can […] in the room...oversight? The hotel was obviously older, but was in process of remodeling. I was disappointed that I was not informed a head of time that the pool would be closed for maintanence during my stay and the wi fi connection was not good at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable. for the price it was a decent choice

Indifferent staff - almost rude - at check in. Air conditioning in room didn't work - 100 degrees outside - had to change rooms - AC in the new room not much better - filthy carpets in hallway - litter and stains in "B" entrance hallway carpet - room was OK - just old and worn. But it's better than most hotels in this price range in Toledo so I recommend […] it on those grounds. Restaurant was a JOKE for breakfast - waited 10 minutes and never saw an employee - no free coffee in the lobby. Looks like it was a nice hotel years ago but is pretty dated now. Lees meer

The hotel needs a complete remodel. Rooms are awful.

The hotel was not bad, but not the best. I think they are in the process of converting to smoke free. I got a non-smoking room that smelled a lot like cigaretts. The bed was really comfortable and the room was pretty clean. There are 5 entrances so I only passed the front desk checking in and checking out, the staff was efficient and friendly both  […] times.
