The beds were wonderfully comfortable. however, small problems reported to the front desk were ignored. Bathroom light flickering, leaky faucet, nasty clock radio that looked contagious that was never fixed, even though i was told them were. Bad management, befitting a Hilton hotel

We want for a one night stay was a beautiful stay clean , free parking ,coffee in the morning , hope to be there again soon

Great hotel great price so happy with my choice!

Very clean. Staff is friendly . Location is great!!! If you love to shop or dine this is the perfect location. My husband and I spent the weekend and we loved the pool as well as the cleanliness of entire hotel. We will definitely be staying again!!!:) Next time will go to the Mall which is across the road.

Very nice hotel would stay again when another family event in area. Everything was fine except the HVAC noise in our room was a little loud.

My husband, two daughters and I stayed here for one night as a fun treat because we got a good rate and wanted the pool and hot tub. (we only live 30 minutes away) The room was very spacious and comfortable, the lobby areas looked clean and welcoming as well. We spent much of our time at the pool and while the pool and hot tub itself were very nice, […] we didn't appreciate the bugs we found both days. There was a large gross looking bug floating on the pool when we arrived and ants crawling all around one area near a trash can. I flicked the bug out but my kids were a little freaked out by it anyway. I asked someone stacking towels to get rid of it which she eventually did. That night the pool was very crowded with kids and when we went back the next morning, the pool seemed pretty dirty. Another guest was complaining that she had to skim it herself before she got in. The ants seemed to have multiplied through the night and a few were crawling to my daughter's shoes. So it seemed that the pool did not get much attention. I didn't feel concerned about the kids swimming as there seemed to be plenty of chlorine, but I wish it had been thoroughly skimmed. Lees meer

the room was nice but smelled of smoke in the barhroom. Stayed friday night and saturday night . Friday was great. Pool and hot tub was great. But saturday was a whole diffrent story. The hotel had set up fro a party right in front of our room and I wasn't about walking out of room and going to the pool.There was at least 3 partrys going on and the […] music from the first floor you could hear till it ened at 1:00 am . we were right above it on the second floor. You can pick a hotel but you cant pick the guest that stay. This hotel is a good hotel to stay at as I stay every other weekend when I am in town. But some of the other guest are less than desirable people. They do not treat the hotel with respect. Going to the pool with 20 kids that is right 20 kids and only 2 adults watching them. The hotel has a […] BIG sign no lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk. well they did that and to top it off they would use 2 to 3 towels to dry off and go back in the pool and do the same thing all over. Do not let this stop you from staying there as it is not the hotels fault. I will continue to stay there as this hotel has great staff. BTW the same staff week after week with no turn over...A plus. We arrived in Philadelphia way ahead of schedule and the front desk employee, Ayanna, was wonderful. She allowed us to check in earlier and was very welcoming. Very friendly hotel and great room. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. We will be staying there on our next visit.

This Hotel is close to everything and the staff cant do enough.

We couldn't find it by navagation and had to ask for directions but it was worth it. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was also super nice and helpful.

I had a very nice stay. The bed was very comfortable and the warm cookie was a nice touch. I swam in the pool every day I was there. The pool had great hours that fit into my schedule.

I absolutely loved my stay. The hotel was very comfortable. I loved the warm cookie, Very restful.

I totally enjoyed my brief stay at the Doubletree. Everyone I encountered was professional and more then willing to aid and assist. The hotel was clean and very well kept.

In town for a wedding, wonderful hotel. Looking for a reason to come back to the area. Actually, I don't need a reason. Looking foward to staying at Doubletree Philadelphia West again.

Great hotel, very nice, close to restaurants, shopping, cinemas, have a great time there.

The first clue, was that there was no bellman. I didnt want to be rude, but I was just so indignant about it! I just could not believe they didnt have one! When I asked the manager about it, they said the sometimes have one when they expect a big crowd coming in (I arrived on a sunday). The tread mill in the gym was down, and I when I told the manager […] about it he said he would call me the next day to let me know the status, never called. When I brought it up to the front desk person, he told me he would call, and neither did. Eventually, they did fix it. I should point out that the phone in the room could not dial out to anyone half the time. I liked how you dont have to pay for parking, which is a huge plus. I wouldnt stay there again mainly because of the bellman issue. I of course had to shlep all my bags to my car without help either, and I left on a saturday. It may not make a difference for someone who is traveling light, but it really stood out for me as a major negative. Lees meer

wE HAD A GOOD STAY AT dOUBLE tREE; THE HOTEL WAS LOVELY; WE HAVE STAYED AT DOUBLE TREE BEFORE, NO PROBLEMS; tHANK YOU VERY MUCH. it was graduation weekend.

Nice hotel. Room was very clean and worked well for our family. Pool and exercise room were nice and also clean. Nice bar for a cocktail in the evening.

Hotel service was bad. They did not give the right room due to over booking. Also the supervisor did not help. Had a very nasty attitude towards me and my family.

A nice hotel with great suites. Two complaints: too much noise from children allowed to run around unattended in the common areas and the softest, most uncomfortable king-size bed. Still having back pain 3 days after stay ended. Would recommend if you don't mind the beds and some ambient noise in the front part of the suite. (Bedroom was quiet.)

My wife was very pleased with everything and probably surprised that I actually got it right for once. I was happy with the price and she was happy with everything else.

I enjoyed the two room suite. Having a living room with a tv and desk separate from the bedroom with it's tv was a pleasant surprise. I was able to hear the people in the room next door which was a slight negative.

Booked online with great price. Easy and quick check-in with friendly service (cookie and bottled water too)! Room was clean, fresh and HUGE. I wasn't expecting a full suite, especially for that price. There is a nice bar and lounge in the main lobby. Overall, a great place that I have already recommended to many friends and family.

Very impressed with the size and style of the hotel. The location is great; conveniently located, but not right on the main thoroughfare, so the traffic noise is not noticeable. Parking was a problem upon returning at night as there was a wedding reception and had a difficult time finding a space. Breakfast Buffet was exceptional. Hotel was difficult to find (GPS couldn't find the location). It appears that the hotel was very high end at one time however it is definitely dated in it's decor however it did have newer TV's and wireless internet service.

The microwave did not work. The TV in the living area was old and picture was fuzzy, however there was a very nice flat screen TV in the bedroom. We had to call for handtowels and soap the second day as housekeeping did not leave any in the room. Overall not a terrible experience.

I stayed at this hotel after a friends wedding in the area. The hotel is located just off of the turnpike and across the street from the mall, so its very convenient to food and shopping. Free parking. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. This hotel is great for large groups, there were 2 weddings and a large family reunion staying when […] we were there and the interior rooms overlooking the lobby make it easy to find people in your party. Also, the bar in the lobby is a great gathering place. The price for the room was very reasonable, especially since the rooms are all suites. There is wolfgang puck brand coffee in the room which I liked. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will look for doubletree guest suites the next time we travel. Lees meer

This hotel was chosen based on a prior stay from several years ago. The surrounding area is nice consisting of a business park, a mall and residential housing. Highly recommend this property!!
