Inntel Hotels Rotterdam Centre in Rotterdam

Alles ging zonder problemen. Kamer aan de waterkant had een mooi uitzicht. Het was heel rustig en netjes. Ontbijt was uitgebreid, tot laat beschikbaar en personeel heel aardig. Mogelijkheid voor een late-checkout was een pluspunt. In- en uitcheck ging makkelijk.(rond 12 uur was het wel heel druk aan de balie)

Toen we incheckte werdt ons verteld dat we in gebruik konde maken van het zwembad. Maar toen ik reseveerde was dit mijn niet verteld. Ik vond dat heel erg jammer dat ik in het hotel hoorde dat we ook gebruik konden maken van het zwembad. Wat ik wel heel jammer vond is dat je best veel betaald voor een nacht in een hotel en dan heb je een kamer die […] heel klein is. Tijdens het reseveren had ik gevraagd of ik een kamer mocht met uitzicht op de brug. Toen we onze kamer kwamen bleek dat we geen uitzicht hadden op de brug maar we zaten namelijk aan de kant van de leuvenhaven. Dit vond ik echt enorm teleurstellend. Het uitchecken was ons ook niet duidelijk. Ik stond eerst in de rij maar het bleek later dat je de pas in de box kon stoppen. verder waren we tevreden. Lees meer

Mooi hotel, centraal gelegen bij de Erasmus brug met goede verbindingen tram en metro. Zeer vriendelijke staf, voorkomend en zorgzaam. Kamer was super met mooi uitzicht en heel compleet, het ontbijt is het best wat ik ooit in hotels heb gehad. Aanradertje dus, zowel zakelijk als privé.

Voor de prijs krijg je een nette moderne kamer .niet te groot niet te klein . De bedden slapen heerlijk en de sunshower douch is een aanrader . De prijs van het ontbijt is echter veel te hoog voor wat je er voor krijgt , je kunt beter verder op in de stad ontbijten voor de helft van de prijs

Een super leuk hotel. Bij het inchecken zijn we correct te woord gestaan door het aanwezige personeel. Ze hebben ons veel nuttige tips gegeven over de omgeving en bezienswaardigheden. Zoals de foto's op de site staan, zo zijn de kamers in het echt ook. De bedden slapen heerlijk, het uitzicht is super, ontzettend schoon en alles klopt; douchegel, badmuts, […] schoenpoets badjassen, gevulde koelkast enz. ! Wij hebben een heel leuk weekend gehad. Goede locatie voor NSJ bezoek. Direct aan metrolijn.

Het hotel is prima, kamers zijn niet echt heel groot maar goed verzorgd, up to date en schoon. Service bij het inchecken was top, super goed geholpen door de aanwezige dames. Dit in tegenstelling to het uitchecken waarbij de aanwezige heer het prima werk van zijn collega's teniet gedaan heeft. Onprofessioneel, onkundig, en dus ook helaas zeer langdurig […] was het proces van uit checken. Very good option to stay close to the city center, with a nice view of the Erasmus bridge and also near to Metro. The parking was full so we had to pay 26 EUR to park in the neatby parking facility. This was not that good...In terms of room, it was good but smaller than expected. From the pictures, the rooms looked bigger and better...but was ok for […] the price we paid. Lees meer

Stayed at the Inntel, as we were attending a concert at the Ahoy, which is only a very convient 4 stops away on the Metro, and the metro station is right outside the hotel. Arrived mid day, but very friendly staff got rooms cleaned so we could check in early. Hotel is in a quiet area next to the water, but either a 10 min walk, or one stop on Metro […] takes you to the main shopping restuarant area at Beurs. Breakfast was extra at a steep Euro 18 each, so we went to McD's up the road. Hotel has sauna/fitneess/pool on 8th floor. Pool is not big, and pretty cool, but nowhere to get changed in the area, only lockers. Sauna is mixed and no clothes allowed, so be prepared for some sights. All in all a good stay, only issue looked to be the queue at checkout on Saturday morning. Lees meer

Friendly staff at the reception. Well located for the marathon participation.

This modern hotel is delightful on all counts - it's clean and stylish with a good bar and restaurant.The staff is friendly and hospitable, and all of them spoke English which we well appreciated because our command of the Dutch language is pitiful. We would stay here any time we are in the area.

Upgraded the room, beautiful view of the river and the bridge. Very relaxing sauna and pool. I en joyed every minute of it.

upon booking ordered extra pillows (due to the fact that i am a bodybuilder with large shoulders).despite repeating this request at check in,none were provided. free intrnet was at the hotel yet the tv in my room could only be used upon insertion of a card(9 euros).this gave access to channel 5 and several porn channels.very usefull for the sad and […] lonely! the room was clean,with a good view of the river. i think that your site should state that breakfast is not included when booking(extra 18euros).this took the bill,with local tax to about £+++ which for the price was expensive for the room and service provided.i am sure better places are available for the price charged. The hotel is a few yards from the tram and Metro stop and so easy to find and get to. Breakfast is good though expensive, and the free internet is useful for checking when sights and museums are open. The swimming pool, sauna and steamroom are good, though children using the pool for much of the evening were noisy and so a relaxing swim out of the […] question are certain times. Lees meer

The room was perfect and the view was great , the staff were very helpful with my request to store some items i only wish i had more time to take advantage of the free health spa. the only let down was the price of the snacks and drinks in the room

I stayed at the Inntel on business for 5 days from October 24-28th. The Waterfront Room had a lovely view and was spacious for European standards. The variety of food at the breakfast buffet was typical, but the food was tasty. I upgraded to a Junior Suite for my last night and was very pleased with the two-person private sauna that was in the room. […] The view of the Erasmusbrug Bridge was breathtaking. The hotel has a small pool, a sauna, steam room, and lockers on the 8th floor, which were clean. I went there on a Monday night and it was crowded. Have stayed here on my own before but this time we Stayed with our young kids great location next to the Mass and Eramsus Brug with Tram and Metro out the front of the Hotel and 5 minute walk to the centre we would stay again .

I read the reviews before i stayed and to be honest i was aprehensive, but found the hotel very comfrtable. Any noise issues are other guests not from the surrounding area. The room was very comfortable, i had a double room with a waterside view. There is a well stocked mini bar but i did not use it. If you flick through the channels on the tv you can […] find english channels bbc 1 & 2 along with Aljezera news The food was great i had a 2 coarse deal, which was great value i had the salad to start and chicken satay for main which i would highly recommend, breakfast is expensive, but very enjoyable with all the continental you would expect as well as bacon, eggs & sausage which for the fussy is almost a full english. I also used the free internet on the computers in the foyer although i would have prefered to have access to the internet in my room but the signal isnt strong enough I used the Gym, Swimming Pool, Sauna & Steam Room all very clean and great after a days work. On the whole i would give the hotel 9/10 Lees meer

Overall the stay was excellent however there were some rooms that didn't have any robes or slippers and some of us had to ask for tea and coffee for our rooms

Tremendous Hotel, very go value for the rate, and I would absolutely say here again when in Rotterdam, only downside not a lot of restuarants in the immediate vicinity

This hotel was fantastic! It is close to everything you could want and need. There is shopping, dining, and public transportation right at your fingertips. I will definitely stay here again and anyone else who stays here will be satisfied as well.

I have always enjoyed staying at Inntel as the most friendly staff from reception to all services make you feel at home. The view, easy access to the center and excellent connections make it definetly your choise in Rotterdam.

Not luxurious or spacious or that cheap, but it's clean if basic and has a good shower. Overall I think for Rotterdam it's not a bad option for a one night stay.

Ok, I booked the room and paid what I considered good money I had no breakfast included. I spent an hour looking for the Hotel parking and finally when I called the front desk the guy was kind enough to point out the entrance. If it is your first time at this hotel it is quite tricky to find. Check in time seemed longer than usual but that is because […] they had the hotel booked for some conference. The building and the elevators are old. The rooms on the second floor (the one I was in) was tiny. Smaller than a cruise ship cabin. It was clean but extreemly basic. No iron and board for a business traveler that is a must. I had to show up to work with a wrinkeled shirt. Parking is horrible, one night we came in after work only to find out that the sign for the parking lot was indicating that the lot was full. We could see the empty spots, but the machine would not open the gate. Had to spend 30 min waiting in line at the front desk to get him to open the gate. Seriously! Breakfast is way too expensive, they wanted close to a price I would pay for dinner, but you have a choice to prepay it for a few Euros less (non-refundable); still too expensive. I am currently working close by to this part of Rotterdam, and have tried a number of hotels in and around this part of town recently. The Inntel is so far the best - clean, modern, and helpful staff. The rooms are are a little on the small side, but average for the area. The bathroom is very small, and a little dark, but hey, I don't spend much time […] in there anyway! There is a small gym on the 8th floor, with great views. One bike, stepper, treadmill, and multigym machine, along with a very nice 10m-ish pool for a refreshing and cooling dip afterwards. There is a also a sauna, steam room, but I haven't tried those yet. The breakfast is expensive at €20+ euros, but there is just enough room in the minibar fridge to stock up on some cereals and milk from the Albert Hejn supermarket 5 mins walk along the street. Loads of restauarants within 5-10 mins walking distance in any direction. 10 mins walk into the centre of Rotterdam shopping area. Alles schön und gut, bin nicht begeistert, kann aber auch nicht wirklich klagen. Bloß die Parkplätze unter dem Hotel sind verdammt eng geschnitten und mit ein viertel des Zimmerpreises €/Tag, na ja, da hätte man auch das New York nehmen können. Ansonsten, sauber, ordentlich, ein Touch Design überall, Wellnesbereich ist eher fast in Privathausgrösse […] gehalten, kann Abends leicht übervoll werden. Stadtzentrum ist paar Minuten zu Fuß. På grund af manglende hotel værelser i Rotterdam, på den ønskede dato, måtte jeg vælge dette værelse, en "designer suite" på øverste etage, til en ekstrem høj pris. Desværre står værelset ikke mål med prisen, da størrelsen og kvaliteten svarer til et standard værelse på et hvilket som helst andet hotel. Jeg vælger IKKE det hotel igen.
