Het hotel is net opgeknapt, dus alles ziet er super netjes uit. Kamers zijn ruim genoeg en worden erg netjes schoongemaakt. Hotelpersoneel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dit hotel ligt in een mooie buurt op een gunstige locatie t.o.v. het centrum. Vriendelijke mensen aan de balie die je welwillend te woord staan. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was small but clean. The beds were confortable. The location was convenienT: walking distance to a lot of attractions. The people at the bar downstairs were noisy and we had to close our window to be able to sleep. Parking was expensive: 30$ a night.

This was a great place to stay for a short stay. The neighborhood was prefect and made me feel a part of the city not just a visitor. The rooms were simple and clean however the bed was a bit hard and didn't provide a sound nights sleep.

I lived in Boston for 12 years and found the location of the Chandler Inn wonderfully situated. I was close to a Bikram yoga studio, GREAT restaurants, awesome shopping and some pretty great gay haunts. I will look to stay here again on future visits.

Our stay was great. The location close to the station was perfect. The rooms are small, but nicely appointed. The biggest problem was the timing...we were there for the bombing lockdown. I stayed here while running the marathon. The location was perfect! It was a few blocks from the finish and the busses on Tremont. Was really impressed with the Chandler in terms of service, the room and location. While small, the room was extremely clean, modern and functional with a European charm and feel. The friendly staff was really helpful and allowed me to do a really early check-in after my red-eye flight. I'd definitely stay at the Chandler again.

I stayed at yhe Chandler Inn for an event being held at the Hynes Convention Center. It may not have been the most immediate and convenient location, but the walk was very do-able and gave me a chance to unwind in the evenings. I don't spend much time in a hotel apart from sleeping and getting ready to go somewhere else, so this place was just fine. My usual concern with cheaper options in big cities is the shower, and as expected, it didn't get quite hot enough and the water pressure was low. As a single woman traveling, I can't tell you how secure I felt there. The front desk was friendly and helpful. I stayed here for a few nights, as the house I was moving into wasn't available immediately after I arrived in Boston. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to Boylston and Newbury Street, and to Back Bay station. The staff were very polite and friendly, such as helping me with my luggage when they saw I was struggling. The room […] and bathroom were a little small, and the colour scheme was slightly odd (some browns and greens), but my room was warm, the bathroom was clean, and there was a large TV with cable. The bed was comfortable and they provided four good pillows. Light-sleepers should be warned that there is some noise from the street, but I didn't notice any of it coming from the bar next door (it was more traffic, etc.).
