De kamers zijn ruim van van alle gemakken voorzien. Gratis wifi. Het hotel licht op een half uur rijden van de luchthaven van Houston. In de omgeving van het hotel liggen enkele restaurantjes, maar voor voetgangers niet makkelijk te bereiken; geen voetpaden en oversteekplaatsen, wel veel autoverkeer. Het ontbijt was inbegrepen. De prijs/kwaliteitverhouding was goed.

Fine Motel. Rooms have good size and beds have fine matresses. The shops and restaurants are quite close. Getting there without a car is a bit difficult though, because there is no sidewalk.
Ligging.
PrptyName} is een op zaken ingestelde accommodatie in het centrum van Houston. dit hotel ligt op loopafstand van Sam Houston Park en Stadhuis van Houston. In de buurt bevinden zich ook Downtown Aquarium en Toyota Center.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Dit hotel (een op zaken ingestelde accommodatie) heeft een restaurant en een bar/lounge. Snel internet (draadloos) is gratis beschikbaar in de openbare ruimtes. Dit hotel met 3,5 sterren beschikt over bedrijfsvoorzieningen waaronder een businesscentrum, een vergader-/conferentieruimte en een secretariaat. Gasten kunnen gratis gebruikmaken van een pendeldienst in de omgeving. Parkeerruimte is (tegen betaling)beschikbaar, maar beperkt.Het personeel kan op verzoek hulp bij excursies/kaartjes en evenementencatering regelen. Elke televisie heeft premiumkanalen via de kabel, een videogameconsole en films tegen betaling. Elke accommodatie beschikt over een bureau, een gratis weekkrant en een telefoon met voicemail. Gasten kunnen tegen betaling gebruikmaken van internet (draadloos of via de kabel) op de kamer. Alle bedden hebben driedubbele lakens en donsdekens. Even tho they didn't have parking and we had to use parking garage, we just used a very helpful valet.
A fabulous place, only disappointed that there was a fee for wifi!

"They take pets :)"
I selected this hotel because they take small pets. The fee is very reasonable. Valet service on Saturday afternoon (3 hours after checkout time) took almost 30 minutes but was prompt at checkout time Sunday. Room service was timely and my ribeye was absolutely delicious and perfectly medium-rare. My only important concern was noise from the adjoining […] room (heard EVERYthing through the common door) and from the street festival, even though I was on the 14th floor. The closet door was also scuffed up and didn't represent the hotel well since it was the first thing I saw when I entered the room. My call to room service Sunday morning went unanswered for more than two minutes, but the breakfast was good. The coffee was just a little bitter, but my over-medium eggs were perfect. Lees meer

"Downtown Presence"
For a few hours overnight everyone and everything was GREAT! I will have to have a longer visit to actually give a fair critique.... but overall I was very satisfied in every way.

Nice hotel. No fridge or microwave in room. Valet parking was great. Had shuttle to and from places. No need to drive.

This Hotel has great service, rooms were very clean and they give cookies to your pet. I totally recommend it
"Nice Experience."
Clean and comfortable room. TV was not working when we got to the room at midnight. We called the front desk and they sent someone to take care of it within five minutes. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Convention Center was within a mile and it was an easy walk to get there. "Double Tree DownTown Houston"
The hotel overall was nice but I was disappointed that they didn't have a car garage to park our car in! We had to park across the street in a public car garage that was $20 for one night!! That's outrageous to me! I wont be staying there again!
"Great stay in downtown Houston"
The service was great. Hotel personnel were all very courteous, professional and helpful during our very short stay. This hotel is also close to the theatre district where we were attending an event. The hotel even provides drop off and pick up shuttle services to locations within a certain radius downtown.
"Double Tree- AKA Conference"
I stayed at the hotel during my AKA conference. I really enjoyed the entire visit. The hotel provided a shuttle for the day. I wish that during events they would extend the hours for the shuttles, but overall the stay was absolutley wonderful.

"Doubletree in Downtown Houston"
This hotel was fantastic. We were extremely pleased with the check-in procedure and the fact that a room was available very early in the day. The room was comfortable & roomy. Overall it was an excellent hotel and stay.

This hotels right around the corner from the downtown theater district. The Verizon wireless center, countless restaurants, the hard rock cafe, and the aquarium. It was great. "great hotel"
wife and i stayed for our anniversary, everything was great. staff was excellent, would def recommend only bad experience was parking. unless you want to park in a garage somewhere else, valet was required, and an extra $15. if you have to use the valet, they should just add it to the bill, instead of having an unexpected expense.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend getaway to see the space center and aquarium. The hotel had a great shuttle service to the aquarium, and the staff was excellent. They did have onsite parking available overnight, but there is a fee. I would call first to check the fee.

"Double Tree Downtown Houston"
We had to make a quick trip to Houston and didn't have reservation prior to the date, I got on line while my husband was driving and found DT Hotel available for the night, not only that it was only 3 blocks from the event, it was dirt cheap, what a great treat! Love the hotel will definitely come back!

My husband and I live in Houston but we wanted to stay downtown since we were attending a concert at the Verizon Center. The hotel was wonderful. The staff were very responsive and courteous. $14 valet parking during the weekend - "come and go as you like!" 1 time fee. Welcomed us with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Very dramatic views of downtown Houston. Friendly staff, clean towels and and bedding. I give te DOUBLETREE an overall A++.
