Beoordeeld door een gast van Hotels.com op 15 jan, 2013Ik ben heel tevreden over de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Ook de klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel was uitstekend. De reistijd vanaf het vliegveld was ongeveer vijf minuten en ik werd heel snel in de shuttlebus van het hotel opgehaald. Kortom, als ik weer in Philadelphia ben, slaap ik zeker in Quality Inn.

Beoordeeld door een gast van Hotels.com op 2 sep, 2012Vriendelijk personeel. Nette kamer voorzien van alle gemakken. De kamers zijn wel gehorig. Ontbijt is van 6AM tot 10AM. Maar om 9AM wordt e.e.a. al opgeruimd en is de helft nog maar te verkrijgen. Om 9:30AM werd alles opgeruimd. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van diverse restaurants en dichtbij winkelcentra. Centrum van Philadelphia is 20 minuten rijden met betaling toll.

Wel 1 minpuntje als je dat zo mag noemen...., wij hadden dus maar 1 overnachting. Sowieso zijn wij vroege vogels anders zouden wij wel last hebben gehad van de grasmaaier welke voor ons hotelraam op de heuvel rondsnorde.... we hadden een kamer op de 3e etage maar de heuvel was vanuit ons raam op ooghoogte te zien.

The location of the hotel was great, but I was pretty disappointed with the interior. It's pretty old and could use updating. I'm a Starwood Preferred Guest, so I have pretty high expectations for Starwood hotels, and I didn't feel this one lived up to that name. I was very disappointed in the condition of the room. The rug had large black stains, the furniture was very tired looking, lots of nicks in it. The water pressure coming out of the shower head was very poor, just a bit above a trickle. "Excellent stay near the Convention Center"
Just a 2.5 block from the Broad Street entrance to the Convention Center is extremely convenient. Walk is safe and by hospitals and outpatient centers. Not much for food within a block radius, but Reading Terminal is another block and a half away. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Beds are some of the most comfortable I've had in a hotel. The […] hotel was sold out for the convention in town and I had a room right by the elevator, but it was extremely quiet, with exception of one day, where the cleaning staff that was slamming every door as hard as they could down the hall during the day. Downfall is there is no fridge in the room. Prices were jacked up for the convention week. Also, the bathroom is nice, but could use a vanity upgrade rather than just a wall-to-wall counter (aesthetic complaint only). Would absolutely stay again. We were not pleased that when we were checking in, we were told that the type bed we had reserved was not available, and that if we wanted that, we would have to pay an upcharge. The person checking us in was very matter-of-fact, and not willing to work to accommodate us. "To bad they don't live up to the location"
This is a nice hotel. But very mixed in quality. The main thing is there was a convention there the weekend we stayed and the hotel was NOT prepared or equipped for it. They were obviously overwhelmed, which was apparent from the moment we pulled into the drop off area... which was congested, the garage full and only one bell staff member outside to […] deal with quite a mess. Not much improved in that way. It was not the fault of the staff. The hotel management clearly did not staff up or plan well for a capacity weekend. The rooms are spacious and nice, though some chintz in the quality of fixtures, especially in the bathroom. I don't know what they would be like on a "normal" weekend, but on a capacity weekend they leave a lot to be desired service wise. Food, however, was top notch. "Good, clean hotel. Great value."
Stayed here during the Flower Show 2013. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a good location (apx 5 blocks from convention center) - within walking distance. Biggest negative was the concierge sent us to a breakfast place at 6:30am that didn't open til 8am. Otherwise, good experience.Gecontroleerde Hotels.com gastenbeoordeling

"Great location for sight seeing"
Clean room, comfortable stay and temperature, helpful staff. Phillips, restaurant within hotel was very nice. We have a 7 month old and everyone was very accomodating and welcoming to us and the fact that there was a baby with us. This hotel is just OK. They honestly could have offered a better rate. The room was small, had no amenities and was rather drab. The view was amazing, however. If you are in a pinch and need a place to stay, this hotel will be just fine. If you are looking for something a little extra, then look elsewhere. "Best beds of any hotel chain I've used"
The Sheraton is in a great location--within walking distance to the museums as well as the convention center and Reading Terminal Market. The room was quiet and extremely comfortable.
