Wij verbleven in de nabij gelegen 'bungalow' kamers waar het zeer fijn vertoeven was. Elk met balkon of terras. Deze kamers zijn wel wat aan vernieuwing toe. Groot nadeel, zeer gehorige kamers! In het hotel kan je heerlijk eten, ook het ontbijt is super lekker met héél veel keuze. Een heerlijk zwembad. Kortom, een aanrader!

Erg naar ons zin gehad, gratis gebruik van de sauna was erg fijn. Alles zag er heel mooi uit en was netjes voor elkaar. Het meisje dat ons hielp bij het in- en uitchecken was echter niet heel open/vriendelijk, ze heeft maar een paar zinnen tegen ons gezegd, waarvan er geeneen bedoeld was om ons te verwelkomen/fijne dag te wensen/vragen of wij nog vragen hadden/etc. Voor de rest was alles goed.

Leuke buurt, vlak bij het centrum met veel goede restaurants. Wij hadden de suite die heel smaakvol was aangekleed met originele oriëntaalse meubels en details. Vriendelijk personeel. Aanrader.

Novotel Brussels off Grand'Place ligt handig bij de luchthaven, in het hartje van Brussel, op een paar meter afstand van Koninklijke Sint-Hubertusgalerijen, Stadhuis van Brussel en La Grande Place. In de buurt vind je ook City 2 Shopping Mall en Kunstberg.

Novotel Brussels off Grand'Place heeft een healthclub en een fitnesscentrum. Tegen betaling kan je in openbare ruimtes gebruikmaken van een snelle internetverbinding (via kabel), terwijl de accommodatie over een werkstation beschikt. Dit hotel met een groen/duurzaam beleid biedt diverse eetgelegenheden, zoals een restaurant, een bar/lounge en een snackbar/broodjeszaak. Het personeel kan op verzoek hulp bij excursies/tickets en hulp bij excursies regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een terras, meertalig personeel en een wasserij.

Novotel Brussels off Grand'Place heeft 138 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een minibar en een kluis. Gasten kunnen tegen betaling gebruikmaken van de draadloze internetverbinding op de kamer. Elke televisie heeft kanalen via satelliet en betaalfilms. Elke kamer beschikt over een bureau, een gratis krant en een telefoon met voicemail.
Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een föhn en openslaande ramen. Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals een strijkplank/strijkijzer en een telefonische wekdienst. De renovatie van alle kamers werd in februari 2012 voltooid.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag worden aangerekend.

Rondom de stadskern van Brussel en de meeste toeristische attracties loopt een hartvormige rondweg. Het centrum binnen deze rondweg bestaat uit twee aparte helften. In het westen bevindt zich de laagstad, een wirwar van middeleeuwse straten rondom de Grote Markt, een enorm, met kinderkopjes bestraat plein omringd door rijk versierde Vlaamse gebouwen. In het oosten vind je de nieuwere en meer aristocratische hoogstad, een gebied met paleizen en parken, indrukwekkende museums en gotische kerken.

"Novotel, Brussel"
Goed hotel in het centrum. Onze familiekamer was groot met een mooie badkamer. Enige nadeel was de hoge prijs van het ontbijt. Gelukkig zijn er tal van goede ontbijtgelegenheden in de buurt.

In alle opzichten fantastisch! Hotel op 300 meter van het station. Prachtig hotel, geweldige kamer smaakvol ingericht. Apart toilet, aparte douche en bad. Uitstekende bedden. Perfect schoon. Ontbijt meer dan goed. Frans, Nederlands en Engels sprekend personeel. Een absolute aanrader!

"Hotel Novotel, Brussels"
The location was terrific, just one block from the Central Train station and two blocks from the Grand Place. The room was clean and had a hot pot to make water for tea/coffee. My son and I stayed there for only one night but it was better than we expected. The only down side was that I booked on Hotels.com and my confirmation said I was "paid in full." […] However, upon arriving at the hotel they said I owed another 7.17 Euros. I questioned this and showed them the e-mail confirmation from Hotels.com but they said I had not paid the "city tax." I had to pay it and plan to ask Hotels.com about this. I assume they are being honest but this did not happen at the other two hotels I booked online. But overall, I would stay there again. Lees meer

"Great location comfortable stay"
Novotel Brussels off Grand 'Place was a great place to stay whilst visiting Brussles recently. It was centrally located and very close to many attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds comfortable. Security was good as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

The hotel is excellent with a great location. It looks, however, cheaper than it really is: the breakfasts are 23 euros per person, which is expensive, but are free for children. Overall, nonetheless, the hotel is a very good deal.

Close to everything really good central area. Central midi area witch i almost booked is a getto not for normal people from europe. So i was so glad after i arrived at midi train station that i did not have to live there, I think this hotel is well maintaind, good stuff, nice gym , no breaskfast included (bad)
Perfect location.. But I was disappointed by the hotel. I would not rate the hotel 4 star at all. The reception area was very nice but the room are very badly designed we stayed in room 318 which had a separate bath and toilet in a different room. The shower/bath room was 2 steps away from the bed which was not very nice. The skirting in the room had […] dirt on it which ws visable from a distance and there was gum sticked on the wall in the room next to the bath. The heating in the room could not be controlled we had to continuously keep the temp at 28 degrees to keep the room warm and if we reduced it to 26 it would be freezing in the room having a 2 year old with us. "Good standard hotel, excellent Location"

This hotel is a 3 minute walk from the Grand Place and a five minute walk from Centraal Station. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was very helpful. There are even a few computers in the lobby available for guests (perfect for travelers who need to check flights, etc.). The hotel is safe (even need a hotel key to use the elevator) and I […] would definitely stay here again. There is a 7.15 euro fee tacked onto the bill though (some sort of local city tax) that was annoying. I had thought that would have been included in the Hotels.com fee, but it definitely wasn't. The hotel is quite conveniently located with respect to official business and sites of extreme cultural interest. It is also reasonably priced on a Monday, and increasingly dear as the week progresses. The room I had was clean, but the drain in the shower was dysfunctional. Quite oddly, there is no sink in the toilet room. A room on the quiet side of […] the building overlooks the area to which morning deliveries are made, sometimes at hours of the morning that one would think violate law, and certainly contravene good sense. It is a puzzle that the hotel does not demand its deliveries at hours that do not awaken guests. The other side of the buliding, however, faces a more steady-state din. "Brussels Novotel Great Location"
The Brussels Novotel is very close to all the tourist sights that you'll want to see, and It was a short cab ride from the main train station. The room was pretty large by European standards and quite comfortable. The only minor complaint I have is that the shower head was too large for the small shower, and no matter how hard I tried, I flooded the […] bathroom floor every time I took a shower. "Good Hotel Choice for Brussels"
We only stayed one night, but I think this is a good pick for Brussels. Close to train station and main square. Mini bar in the room, so you can keep things cold if you want. Free internet access in the lobby. Very clear in the booking, that this room would fit our family (2 adults and one 6 year old). I would definitely stay here again.
"Good location, surprisingly quiet at night"
Stayed here for a couple of nights mid-week. No problems to report. The hotel is very convenient for the Central station and for the Grand Place. It was quiet and comfortable. TV included BBC. I did not buy food or drinks - breakfast is way too expensive.

Good service, good location, good facility. Guest : please be reminded to USE TRAIN to Central station on your arrival at Brussel midi. The tourist information at Brussel midi has given us wrong info and directed us to use Metro, which made our journey to the hotel miserable for its Cobbled road and smelly & unsafe metro station.
Clean and updated but our room smelled of smoke when we had requested non smoking. Parking our car was about 15 Euros a night as well. Otherwise very nice staff and location.
Fantastic hotel for the price! Nice, clean, and right in the center of town...close to sightseeing and to the central train station. I was very, very impressed with the room I got for the price. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and might not even check anywhere else if a similar deal was available.

Loved the hotel and its charm! It has good news and bad news depending on what you prefer. Good news is that it is very close to everything, easy to walk to - right in the middle of the market - bad news is that it is close to everything and can be very loud with your windows open! Loved it and recommend it even with the noise!

Well placed and, with breakfast included, good value. Only criticism is that the tea/coffee in the room used paper cups and powdered creamer which felt rather cheap and nasty.

The design of having the toilet in a separate non-adjoining room not near a sink was sub-optimal. Having to exit the toilet room to walk past the bed into the bath room to wash your hands is just not great design. But in reality, that design flaw didn't really negatively affect our stay. The staff in the breakfast room was not terribly friendly, but since it was a buffet it really didn't matter once you figured out you need to get your own coffee. "Nice room, a little noisy though"
The room was your typical European room, a little small but definitely a nice quality. No tremendous views, overlooked the city square. But my room was directly over the taxi stand, so it was noisy 24/7. Being at the city centre/Grand Place Square, there's no getting away from the noise. Just be aware of this. Overall, the hotel was above average.

The hotel is located very centrally and within easy walking distance of most of the main attractions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was great. Clean rooms, great location, good breakfast buffet. I would definitely say to check to see if the buffet is included in your stay. We had two different reservations in the same week and the buffet was included in one of the reservations, but not the other.

We went to Brussles during one of the busiest weekends of the year. Even though the hotel was near capacity, we never felt like the hotel was crowded. Service was quick and efficient always. The only exception was the waiter serving the tables on the sidewalk outside who acted like he was doing us a favor. Overall, a good weekend.

Very well situated hotel right in the heart of Brussells within a very short walk of the Grand Place. Although the hotel doesn't have it's own parking there is an underground car park nearby. Clean, spacious rooms and attentive staff - would definitely stay there again.
Excellent location. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk. Good rooms. Good breakfast, but not enough staff to serve customers. The lobby needs more efficient ventilation as the odor from the restaurant area fills the lobby.

"Novotel Brussels Grand Place"
This was a perfect hotel for a family vacation in Brussels. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. It is close to major sights. (And a very short walk to the train station.) It accommodates children very well and provides excellent value for the money. The chips shop across the street is fantastic! We will stay there again.

Das Hotel war super. Saubere und ordentliche Zimmer. nettes Personal. Nur das Frühstück ist zu teuer. Aber direkt gegenüber des Hotels gibt es diverse tolle Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken. Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut super. Man kann alle Sehnswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich und das Abendbrot war super.
