Hilton Concord in Concord

Staff was amazing and the beds are some of the most comfortable ive ever slept in. Loved the modern decor as well

Stay was satisfactory with no problems.

It was convenient, clean, nicely appointed room. The cocktail hour and breakfast were nice too.

recently remodeled, hotel was very comfortable and clean. Close to about 1 million restaurants and shops, recommended for business travelling in this area.

Superior service at Grissini restaurant by Jennifer.

Hotel was newly renovated. Room was great, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

This is an older property that has been recently renovated. I purchased a business traveller room which included ethernet and breakfast but the hotel claimed that it did not come through on the reservation that way. Hotels.com resolved it for me swiftly. It has a good fitness center, restaurant (good breakfast), looked like the bar was nice but I didn't […] go there. There are at least 10 restaurants in walking distance. My only complaint is that my room was not quite as clean as I expect for more than $200 a night. It wasn't filthy, but there were a few areas that could have been wiped down better. Lees meer

Very close to a great shopping center and restaurants excellent service and beautifully kept rooms. Very clean and friendly atmosphere as well as elegant settings.

Very clean, was undergoing upgrades. Wished the in hotel resraunant was more of a full service one;

Staff was uninterested/distracted. Check in clerk was distracted watching TV as she checked us in. Serious renovations going on here with construction dust in room. Business center without computers--only jacks available to connect for a fee. Overall experience = days inn at a Hilton price.

Great service and location. I strongly recommend this hotel over any other in Concord. Superb service, comfort and convenience.

Staff weren't helpful,requested for a higher floor to have a nicer view than an a.c. duct... request was denied right away...reason no available!

We stayed in a beautiful remodeled room. One of the most comfortable hotel rooms I've stayed in. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Not bad. Comfortable, clean, and worth the stay. I only ding them a few points for the construction going on. Oh and wish they had a better bar. But overall not bad. Won't be disappointed.

i think this hotel has a lot to offer. I understand that this hotel is going through some major renovations. Currently the carpets in the hallway & bedrooms are dreary & old. They need to be replaced with more vibrant & fresh taste.

I stayed at the hotel for a wedding that was in one of their ballrooms. They were supposed to be done with construction in August, but were still in the middle of it in September, so to get to the rooms, it was a very long walk with all kinds of interesting smells (it smelled like port-a-potties, paint thinner, and mildew). When we got to our first […] room, it smelled like musty, mildew and B.O. so I requested a different room. They moved us, and that one was much better. I booked and paid extra for our stay to have complimentary breakfast, but when I asked the front desk about it, they said they had no notation of it. I had to show my confirmation email that showed I had booked it so they would tell me where to go in the morning to get it. When we went in the morning, our key card would not let us in the room...so I had to go back through the long hallway, past the construction, back to the front desk again. To top it off, I left a necklace on the bathroom counter Sunday morning. I checked out. I called on Monday morning, but of course...nothing had been found. Now I know that it is my fault that I left the necklace, and I am without a doubt as to where I left it. So needless to say I am very disappointed that the inspector or housekeeping chose to keep my necklace and lie, rather than giving it to lost & found. It's a beautiful necklace, and it's worth a little, but it's worth so much more in sentimental value. I almost made the three hour trip back to the hotel even after talking to the housekeeping department on the phone 3 times, just to check myself. I'm upset at myself for that one and will never again not check the room 20 times before leaving. Lees meer

There was some construction going on at the horel. The signs were not to well defined. We drove around the parking lot several times before we finally found the entrance. The room was nice and clean. The beds had down pillows and blankets which were awesome. Even though it was a full size bed (we have a king at home) it was still very comfortable. In the middle of a major renovation. Rooms were no smoking but halls an room smelled of smoke. Great location, close to Water World and Sky High, not too far from BART station.

Hotel is renovating and hammering went on all night long. No business center. No gift shop for things you might have forgotten. Front Desk not very helpful. Long walk around construction.

Rooms were nice, but the double beds are pretty small if you have more than one person in them.

We stayed in the Hilton in Concord while looking for houses to rent in the surrounding area. Concord is a great safe location in the East Bay area. It is about twenty five minutes from downtown by car but there is a bart in concord and the hotes has a shuttle that will take you there for free. It is close to the waterpark and the staff was nice. I have stayed at this hotel before and returning was a no-brainer. I like the fact that it is across the street from several dining establishments and close to the freeway. The front desk staff was professional and very warm. The rooms were clean. Except the water glasses looked like they had been wiped out instead of washed (that happens at a lot […] of hotels). No charge for parking. Pricey internet access in the rooms but free wifi in the lobby. Overall a great stay. Lees meer

I think this is the best possible place one can stay if you are visiting San Fransisco or near by area. Everything in Hotel right from check in to checkout was excellent.

Availability of internet service in room as other Hoteles offer is not there. Internet only available in restaurant and cafe area not in the room.

Nice hotel. Nice place to stay. Only thing is that I got a smoking room and I am a non-smoker. They did not ask me either way but you would think they would have checked with me on preference since they allow smoking in their hotel (which actually seems very odd and out of date for Hilton).
