Nieuw hotel vlakbij de luchthaven. Wij hebben geen last gehad van de vliegtuigen. Prima ontbijt, voldoende keus. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel.Zwembad en jacuzzi waren 24 uur open. Alles perfect schoon gehouden. Een oase van rust en toch in de buurt van de strip. Heerlijk om binnen 5 minuten aan het ontbijt te kunnen zitten of bij het zwembad zonder eerst 15 minuten door een casino te moeten lopen.

Mooie en ruime kamers, modern ingericht, klasse!Zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.Enige minpunt was dat het hotel de internet verbinding heeft uitbesteed aan een extern bedrijf welke slecht bereikbaar was ivm problemen met de betaling voor mijn WIFI verbinding!

Mijn vriendin en ik verbleven 3 nachten in een celebrity spa suite en vonden deze erg groot en luxe. De jetted tub was groot genoeg voor 2 personen en het kingsize bed sliep geweldig. Je moet alleen niet verwachten snel te kunnen in- en uitchecken. Ook de concierge heeft altijd eenflinke rij.
Ligging.
Flamingo Las Vegas ligt heel handig vlak bij de luchthaven in The Strip in Las Vegas, dicht bij Crystals at City Center, Congrescentrum Sands Expo en Congrescentrum van Las Vegas.
Resortvoorzieningen.
Flamingo Las Vegas heeft een volledig uitgeruste spa, een healthclub en een buitenzwembad. In alle openbare ruimtes kan je tegen betaling de draadloze internetverbinding gebruiken. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze 3,5-sterrenaccommodatie zijn onder andere een businesscentrum, vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en een technische helpdesk. Dit resort in Las Vegas heeft een restaurant, een zwembadbar en een bar/lounge.Het personeel kan op verzoek een huwelijksservice, een cateringdienst voor evenementen en zakelijke diensten regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een casino, een kinderzwembad en een nachtclub. Parkeren op locatie is gratis.

Flamingo Las Vegas heeft 3,565 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een kluis en een föhn. Een snelle draadloze internetverbinding is bij betaling beschikbaar. Elke televisie heeft kanalen via kabel/satelliet, een videogameconsole en betaalfilms. Elke kamer beschikt over een bureau en een telefoon met voicemail.

beetje misleidend, ze rekenen geen resortfee maar check je in voor 16.00 uur dan vragen ze of je een early checkin fee wilt betalen van $22. Als je net meer dan een uur in de rij hebt gestaan om in te checken zeg je geen nee, want er staat gewoon altijd een rij van een uur. Kamer was prima en locatie ook
"Lange wachtrij bij het inchecken"
Zoals we al gelezen hadden bij andere beoordelingen: lange wachttijd bij het inchecken. Dit gebeurd overigens in veel hotels in de VS. Het onbijt buffet was er niet, we kregen een saldo te goed op ons kamernummer waarmee we in een andere gelegenheid van het hotel konden ontbijten. Zeer gunstige ligging, mooi zwembad, grote parkeer garage (gratis)
"Leuk, groot hotel, dichtbij alles in Las Vegas"
Het is een megagroot hotel, waardoor de informatie voorziening niet al het personeel bereikt. Zo werden we verkeerd geinformeerd over de ontbijttijden en locaties en waren er verschillende eetlocaties dicht wegens verbouwingen. Verder een fijn hotel, fijne kamer en goede douche en alles op loopafstand.
"Slecht"
Hotel is een van de oudste en dat was te merken. Slecht onderhouden en we kregen een erg slecht schoongemaakte kamer. Vloerbedekking met allemaal vlekken en kapot. Overal stof en niet schoon. Ramen in geen 5 jaar meer gewassen. En zeer vieze douche. Misschien dat andere kamers beter zijn maar de onze helaas niet en ze konden geen andere aanbieden omdat […] het vol zat. Zeker veels en veels te duur naar wat je krijgt. Dan zijn andere hotels veel en veel beter in prijskwaliteit verhouding. Hotel ligt wel midden op de strip dat is het enigste voordeel! Lees meer

"Locatie, locatie, locatie!"
Hotel ligt aan de strip, vraag om een kamer met zicht op de strip, dan krijg je met een beetje geluk gratis zicht op Caesar's Palace en Bellagio (met de beroemde fontein). Hotel zelf is comfortabel maar niet bijzonder, maar de combinatie van prijs en locatie maakt dit meer dan goed. Mooie zwembaden.
"fijn hotel goede ligging"
Hallo Vegasbezoekers ben 3 keer in het Flamingo hotel geweest, 2 keer niet zo'n mooi uitzicht, dus nu vroeg ik om een mooie kamer ,dicht bij lift en Stripzicht en misschien upgrade na go room voor niet teveel $'s de baliemedewerker ( iets oudere man) was heel behulpzaam met manager erbij maar het kon niet was op zaterdag dus het bleef bij de gewone […] Deluxe kamer, die medewerker had voor mij wel een hele mooie kamer 14 hoog met uitzicht op Ceasars geweldig, heb ervan genoten, genoeg handoeken elke dag, tipte wel hoort erbij, verder de pool was druk maar ook gezellig vond steeds nog wel een bedje, verder regelmatig koffie gedronken bij Pink Bean lekkere stoelen met zicht op de tuinen. Ik hou van tafelspelen maar ik vond de dealers er niet zo vriendelijk ook met omzetten s'avonds naar 10$ ging niet zo fijn egal, ging toen naar Bill's Gambling erg leuk kenden je snel,goede drankservice (ondanks ik maar kleine speler ben) en ook Imperial Palace was leuk, maar al met al het Flamingo staat op een mooi punt op de strip, alle andere casino's, attracties en winkels op loopafstand. Dan nog "Donny & Marie" geweldige show heel komt heel spontaan over , dus als ik er weer eens naar Las Vegas ga Flamingo is goed Lees meer
"Flamingo heeft een goede ligging"
Is qua uitzicht van de andere hotels niet zo modern meer, maar het heeft toch een charme. Wat men wel mag vernoemen is dat het zwembad in februari gesloten is. En als enige minpunt moet ik zeggen dat het eten in het buffet meer koud is dan warm. En als pluspunt was het eten in de tropical breez heel goed. Verder zijn wij tevreden over het hotel.

"Center strip"
Upgraded to a renovated room with "wooden" floors and I highly recommend to go for one of the renovated rooms. Perfect location and close to both south and north strip right in the middle. Good pool "party" activities.

Check in for regular rooms at 9 PM took forever. One person checking in a line of about 50 while 3 other people took care of walkups with problems or priorities. O'Sheas imploded at 2:30 AM. It seems this would have been relayed to guests at least those checking in the night before. Wake up with no idea of what just happened.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Walking distance to many of the other major casinos. Good prices and a beautiful pool area are a plus. The hotel itself shows its age, though. Dingy carpets and old, peeling paint are the only negatives. Would definitely stay here again!
"Difficult check-in made up for with upgrade"
We had reserved a "Go Room" on an upper level but after some difficulty finding a room upon arrival we were eventually upgraded to a suit. Completely made the trip. After days of camping and traveling being able to enjoy the large jacuzzi tub and relax was incredible. Love the location and the upgraded rooms. Will be back.

Hotel needs to be maintained more. I forgot my wall phone charger and some custom jewelry and when I called up, Lost and Found told me that the items were not reported as found. I remember very well that I left them on the bed to be put in my purse but because we were rushing to check out at 4:00 a.m. I forgot to pick them up. "Really good"
The room was really good, we got an upgrade for a few dollars extra per night which gave us the newly renovated rooms. The hotel has one of the best locations on the Strip. Highly recommended!

"Remodeled room are fine: service is horrible"
I'd never stay at the Flamingo again. Staff was rude and unaccommodating throughout hotel. Rooms aren't that cheap to tolerate poor service. I usually stay at nicer hotels, and now I am reminded of why.
"Flamingo is scary"
The place smells like coconut which I would assume is used to mask the smell of an old casino. The place is a dump, but very affordable. It's decent location is the only thing is has going for it.
Actually the stay was nice. The property really needs some attention especially the cleanliness of the facility. The parking garage stairs and elevators were disgusting.

too much noise coming from the construction site next door and from under the adjoining room door. also had to wait over an hour in line to check in (there simply wasn't enough check in staff on that day.

"Great place to stay on the strip!"
This hotel is begining to show its age even in the remodeled strip view rooms. Nice rooms and comfortable beds but just feels dated. We chose to stay here due to its central location on the strip and the rates were reasonable. A couple of the elevators were scary to say the least with their popping and creaking. "Absolutely NO customer service"
If all you are looking for is a no frills, convenient location and you will not complain or have ANY expectation of customer service, then the Flamingo is the place for you. Do not expect anything to be addressed or resolved in a timely, efficient or effective manner. Besides waiting several hours to check in, rooms not being ready until after 6 pm, […] and a complete hassle when my brother tried to check in with my parents but could not because his name did not appear on the reservation, the service at several of the bars was less than stellar and one of the exit signs on floor 19 was hanging by wires from the ceiling. Birthday trip to the Flamingo was perfect. Excellent location on the strip and the hotel/casino condition is pretty good for the price. Pool is awesome.

The Flamingo was sooo nice!!! We were in one of the renovated rooms and it was gorgeous. We loved everything about the hotel. It's on a great spot on the strip, we got decently priced late night room service, & the pool was ridiculous!!! I can't wait to come back.

there were 5 of us. the Hotel gave us ajoining rooms which was very nice. Like the central location of the Flamingo on the strip easy to walk in both directions. We all had a great time.

"Affordable hotel on the strip with grea amenities."
The hotel had comfortable beds and the service was pretty good. No carpet in the rooms, and the hallways were always full of folded runner rugs and dirty dishes. The beds don't have comforters on them. They only have the thin under blankets that most places have under the comforter as well as sheets and a decorative throw cover. It looks like a comforter […] but is only 2 feet wide and not designed to cover you up. I've seen that in the last 3 casinos I've stayed in recently. I'm not sure what that is about, but I got cold in the middle of the night. Always ask for an extra blanket if you see that. The pool is very busy and it's hard to find chairs, but it is an amazing pool with food servers and a full bar. Pool was very clean, had a waterfall, and a separate pools for kids/families. Lees meer

THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your kind consideration. Shortly after I arrived, I learned that my father had died, and had to immediately return home. Despite the "no-cancellation" terms of my 7-night registration, both you (hotels.com) and the Flamingo were very understanding, and I was issued a credit for the 6 nights I couldn't use.

Hotel room was dirty. Old linen was left in the bathroom, melted ice in the ice bucket. Carpet was filthy in the hallways. View from hotel room was construction site with trucks backing up and hammering first thing in the a.m. Check in line was extremely long.
"Tired old bird"
Though our room (one of the recently renovated ones) was reasonably nice, the hotel itself was not. Getting quite shabby. The whole place reeked of smoke. The check in process was horrendous (an hour and a half wait to get to a counter!!) The advertised pools and water slides were all (bar one) closed to under 21 year olds. Definitely avoid.

Dude, the flamingo needs some work! There are also rooms there that are so far from the elevator, its absurd.
The hotel is very run down. The workers began scraping the floor above our heads at 6 am, which subsequently set off the fire alarms not once, but twice. We were accosted by the sales desk people every time we walked by from our room. Our friend's room was renovated, which consisted of cheap vinyl flooring. Customer service was atrocious from the time I checked in throughout. Very disappointed with condition of renovated part of hotel, too. Property is in dire need of better management.
"excellent location, great view"
We stayed at a Luxury Go View Room and it was well worth it. We watched the Bellagio's fountain right from our room window! The hotel's location is excellent, you can easily walk up and down The Strip. The check-in line was a little long, though, but everything else after that was a breeze.
"Nice location but that's about it"
Check-in took 45 min of waiting in line. Our "upgraded" room did have a view of the strip but was very cheaply done...lipstick on a pig. Although it was a non smoking room when we first entered it smell like someone had smoked a whole bale of weed... No way to open a window so ran the in room air which must be piped in directly over the craps table […] because the room then smelled like an ashtray.
