The Days Inn Rivergate Convention Center offers most of the facilities one needs at a fair quality level for a fair price. It is very well situated, not far away from the center of Chattanooga and near a stop of the city's free electrical shuttle service. The personel in the hotel is very friendly and ready to support you. The only disadvantage I noted is that the hotel does not have a breakfast room and does not offer a breakfast service. It was possible to buy a breakfast in the restaurant next door, but I did not consider that as an adequate solution. When I asked why the hotel did not offer a breakfast facility, the answer was: "We want to keep our prices as low as possible." Obviously the hotel forgets that one has to buy a breakfast at another location and to pay for it anyway.

Goed hotel. Centraal gelegen bij al de atracties. Personeel niet al te vriendelijk. Zwembad aanwezig, maar voor zo'n groot hotel aan de kleine kant. Hotel heeft probleem met handdoeken, na 3x vragen eindelijk nieuwe gekregen(oude waren weg) Ontbijtbuffet prima, als je een kamer boekt incl. ontbijt vergeet niet de coupons te vragen bij inchecken zij vergeten ze tegen.
Ligging.
Ramada Limited Interstate Highway 24/Lookout Mountain West ligt in de buurt van Point Park en Ruby-waterval. Bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zijn onder andere Rock City en AT&T Field.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Gasten krijgen elke ochtend een gratis ontbijt. Naast een binnenzwembad en een wasserij heeft Ramada Limited Interstate Highway 24/Lookout Mountain West voorzieningen als koffie in de lobby. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere gratis kranten in de lobby en een safeloket bij de receptie. Gasten kunnen gratis parkeren.

"Definitely not worth the money"
My husband and I were very disappointed in this hotel. With the Ramada name and the price we were charged for the room we definitely expected more. First we booked a non-smoking room and got a room that smelled horribly of smoke. The bathroom door and the toilet were both broken. The carpets were dirty. The tv we had in our room had a large mark accross […] the screen that made it annoying to watch any shows. And the part that bothered me the most was that there were two men (who appeared to be homeless) roaming around the buildings, making me feel very unsafe. "Tucked away on the hill"
My stay at Ramada was very comfortable...It was right around the corner from Rock City and Ruby Falls. The complimentary breakfast was not much to brag about it was cereal and buns but it was nice and clean. The only thing that I did not like was that I couldn't see the parking lot from the room. "Decent and affordable"
The location was great, pretty clean but had concerns that there were bed bugs in the bed which spoiled the stay. Only stayed on night.

The breakfast was terrible, there was no variety. They were out of things and we were unsure if they were going to refill even after asking. There was cereal, milk, and a waffle maker with no waffle mix. There was also a sign no the ice machine stating "Coolers not welcome." It made this visit feel constricting, and impersonal. "Convenient, good value"
This was a good value, with nice amenities and good service. The hallway smelled like stale smoke, but our non-smoking room was clean and didn't smell like smoke at all.

Very nice hotel. Out of the way. The staff was so friendly also. Great stay and great price.
Great pool area for the kids to work off that traveling energy. Next door to Waffel House and Cracker Barrell and the breakfast buffet was very good.

"Lookout Mountain, Chattanooga, TN"
Very nice. Only issue was we only had 2 small pillows, when I went to get a couple more I was told they could only give me 1 extra! Most hotels already have a couple extras in the room. Great room for the price.

We had a wonderful stay even if it was just a night. I think if I had to complain about one thing it would have to be that the bathroom was too small. I thought the over all quaility of the hotel was great. It was a nice place i was afraid that with the price that it would be aweful but it was nothing but great. The location was wonderful with the waffle […] house and crackle barrell right beside the hotel and a little gas station within walking distance. The indoor heated pool was the best by far. I always get in a pool knowing it is suppose to be heated but i still freeze, but i got in the pool and it was great it was actually heated.Overall great hotel and great stay I know where I will be staying next time i'm in Chattanooga. Very nice for a 'just passing thru' stay. Wonderful bed, very clean, loose toilet - needed to be tightened, fresh paint. Very adequate for our need. Parking outside door.

The hotel was really a nice hotel for the price. Stayed in Hiltons and Marriotts that wasn't as nice. Very nice service as well, very helpful. Breakfast area was not big enough was the only thing that came to my attention. It was a very important night and I trusted Ramada to take care of it and they went above and beyond. Thanks to all.

If you are looking for the taj mahal, look elsewhere. However, the room was clean and the price was good. Worked for one night just fine.

Very nice, excellent location, comfortable bed the only minus was that a previous guest must have spilled a soda on the carpet and because it blended in, the cleaning crew missed it. It was only a small area in front of the bathroom door that we noticed was wet and when we put a towel down it soaked up the wet, which appeared to be from a soda.

"Overnight stay"
The hotel was older. Rooms were basically clean. It is good for a quick overnight stay. There are some other hotels in the area that are comparable in price. I did stay on the bottom floor which has entrance to the outside, but I have heard that the second floor rooms had a smokey odor in th past and they open to a hallway
"Comfortable and Friendly"
We take frequent trips to Chattanooga and have been looking for a motel that fits our needs. I think we have found it. Our must haves are reasonably priced, in a safe neighborhood, and an indoor pool. Not only did the Ramada Lookout Mountain have those but the room we were in was recently renovated. "Great"
My family and I were surprised of how much we enjoyed staying at Ramada Limited. Outside was clean and neat and so was the inside. The kids loved the heated swimming pool and the complimentary breakfast. I even got to watch college football Sat nite on the flat screen in the room. Overall we had a great stay there and will be back....

So close to US highways and Interstate... expected a noisy and sleepless night. Wrong... hardly heard a thing until sunrise when four tractor trailers roared away from the gravel lot near our room. Hang on to soda cans when dumping water from the cooler. If not, be ready for a fast run in three directions! LOL
"Non smoking rooms don't exist here!!!"
I booked this hotel a month ago and REQUESTED a NON-SMOKING room. We were on the 2nd floor and when we stepped in the hallway, it reeked of smoke. We opened the door to our hotel room & it also reeked of smoke. The smell was so bad that it had soaked into the pillows, covers, etc. The breakfast in the morning was ok, not anything to brag about. Upon […] checking out, my husband asked the clerk at the counter if our room was a non smoking room, he says, well yes it was. My husband informed him of the awful smell of smoke and the clerks response was, Well, what do you do? Seriously that was his answer.. "Adequate"
The hotel was clean and the pool was nice. the location was great and the price was reasonable. Still, the rooms were smaller and older. The breaskfast area was WAY too small for all the guests and the fair was pretty uninspiring. Luckily, the hotel is in between a Waffle House and a Cracker Barrel.
"Bad Odor in Rooms Ramada Limited Hwy 24"
Please ask to see the room BEFORE you check in. We reserved our room and when we went to see our room there was a Terrible odor in there, it was worse than a wet dog smell. We went back and asked for another room, and that room also had an odor to it,but is wasn't as bad as the first room. Since it was to late to cancel the room we had no choice than […] to stay. So I got some Lysol from a local store and sprayed the room to help cover the smell. Also, there was only ONE bar of soap in the room to wash your hands and bathe with. Lees meer

"Great family oriented hotel!"
I'm always reluctant to book hotels online because I'm afraid to end up at a scary place with my seven year old, but this is not the case here. This place is great for the price, the rooms are clean and the salt water heated pool is an added bonus. I'll definitely come back!!
"Ramada Limited/Lookout Mountain West"
Our stay here was really good. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was simple, yet very nice and clean. We travel to the Chattanooga area quite a bit and this hotel is one of the best for the money. We would difinitely recommend this hotel to those on a small budget and will most likely stay here again.

Waffle House was next door, Walmart was around the corner. Construction on the route to downtown, but was not much a detractor. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke to a no smoking room, though the room itself did not smell of smoke. Air conditioning was quiet and comfortable if could be left on. The hotel was in a great location and the staff was friendly. Our room was clean but the hallway smelled horrible and the smell of cigarettes was very pungent. Despite the reasonable price and great location the smell was a deal-breaker.

Hotel was well located for Ruby Falls, Rock City and Downtown. Hotel is quite, even though it's next to the highway. Front Desk staff friendly and professional. Breakfast was OK...did have waffles, biscuits/gravy and eggs for hot choices. Room was very clean.

"tiny room"
It was a very small room, the bathtub faucet dripped. The breakfast nook in lobby even smaller, the food quite bad. The waffle maker did not work and the help was not too concerned. The room didn't f cost too much, and there was a reason why. At least it was clean, quiet and the a/c worked well.

We asked for first floor room because of handicap condition. We were placed in second floor room. When we opened the door a strong odor of mustiness was nearly overpowering. "Great location"
I was happy with the hotel location, hallways had this cleaning smell, but room was great. I wasn't even expecting a microwave or fridge, but was happy to see one. Best of all for me, was the cleaning crew that came in when I left informed that I had left a book and phone charger behind :)... Great honest people.

Hotel was very easy to get to, close to Rock City & Ruby Falls, Walked to Cracker Barrel to eat. We have stayed here several times.
