Heritage Hotel - Manila in Pasay

According to some reviews, i was sceptical about staying here. But, i remembered...i lived in manila for a bit and if your not familiar with your suroundings, of course you would freak out. Night time, is different from day only because at night, there is a night life not to far and it does get busy...alot of busy! Oh yeah...Me and my fiancee stayed […] at the millenium...thats the top floor and it was fairly quiet! Some loud horns in a while, but thats pinas in general. I walked everywhere i needed to go only because i perfer walking. If you wana pay for a ride, then good for you. Bell desk female,( i forget her name )was very helpful. Staff was very nice. Except for one when i asked where concierge desk was and he kinda didnt know where it was. I yeah...one more think just FYI...if you need scotch tape...its at concierge...otherwise, if you call the front, they connect you to room service, which will connect you to housekeeping which will connect you to concierge anyway. I requested a room away from EDSA Blvd., but they did not honor that request...Very noisy room...

It was our honeymoon... went to a lot of places and stay to a lot of hotels... I say, this hotel maybe old but the quality of service has still a touch of class...

I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel and was very disappointed. The biggest problem in my opinion is lack of staff training and bad management. One day after room service we didnt get any towels in the bathroom so I rang front desk at 1pm, 2 hand towels arrived at 3pm and 2 bath towels at 5pm.. The only time I got a bath mat was when I went to housekeeping […] and requested one. The swimming pool is dangerous and unusable, broken and cracked tiles on floor and walk way. Very dirty and total lack of maintenance, there is a sign on wall saying pool is due for renovation, when I asked the staff they said the sign had been there for 1 year, I asked when they will renovate and was told maybe next year if it doesn't keep raining?? Breakfast was poor, no bacon unless you order from staff, each day I had finished my breakfast before bacon arrived...it's hard to get a coffee refill. The reception counter staff who attended to me did not greet me nor smile, this is something a guest checking in dislike. The bell boy was helpful and courteous though, carried our luggage to the room for which we really appreciated. The swimming pool was not that "accessible" to guest; u had to go to 3rd Floor then walked a distance like a maze down […] the stairs b4 u can reach it, i wonder if there is another way to get there more easily. The attendant at the pool was helpful and friendly though. It was a pity the pool for children was closed that my child had to swim in the pool for adults and it was good it wasn't too deep at all--safe enough for children with adult's supervision. The water sink taps were old and outdated, i had to adjust both cold and hot knobs for the desired temperature of the water hence it could be either too hot or too cold. The shower head was also loose indicating lack of maintenance. The room size is good enough for a family with 1 or 2 children, aircon is good and the bed is comfortable! Not forgetting the close distance to Mall of Asia which is only a short ride from the hotel. It's worth a stay with good discount offered. I will stay in this hotel again if ever good discount is offered in the future. Lees meer

For a 4 store hotel my room was in bad shape with worn dirty carpet. The furniture and fixtures were not in good shape either. I had a 2 hour wait at check in for a room with a king size bed. The prices for food, water etc are excessively high. No internet in your room and I think the front desk said it was 500P to connect to their WiFi for a couple […] hours in the lobby area. The Heritage hotel is no doubt a very good place to stay when you arrive or leave via Manila International Airport if you are prepared to pay for the Millenium Executive floor or if you are upgraded to that floor. Compared with other international hotel prices it is anyway very very competive. A rude receptionist set us up to be disappointed. We passed the two hours we had to kill before check in in the ground floor cafe which was essentially a main thoroughfare with tables and deeply average food. The neighbourhood was not great and didn't feel comfortable when venturing out on foot to find any shops. Even though the hotel is in a very convenient location, the overall condition of the hotel was not anywhere near the condition that it should be at for the star rating that it has. The room was old and worn out, the carpets were old and stained, the windows looked like they have never been cleaned, the aircom was always on and was not adjustable, so […] it was always cold - even at nitght when cooler so always had blankets on at night, the room and lift foyer smelled of wet carpet whenever it rained. there was exposed telephone wires under desk and scuff marks on wall of room. the first we stay we are not very happy the room was very dirty floor and the shower room needs to clean dustyand the mould around the tiles and the bath very bad. hopeful you take action at this matter.

The hotel was very comfortable with excellent service. It is about 20-30 minutes from the International Airport and 2 minutes from the Mall of Asia.

This is my third stay in this hotel, the reason for choosing this hotel because they have an excellent service. This is not a luxury hotel but because of their excellent friendly and helpful staff, I'll choose this hotel again when my next visit to manila.The only downturn side is the noise from the main road. This is a high end hotel, especially with rooms in the Club (8th floor). Staff is very helpful, there is a medical clinic 24x7, and the breakfast buffet is ok. Internet is expensive, minibar is expensive. Room service has excellent food. Casino is lame. Game tables are old. Inconvenient layout on many floors with the slot machines in a dingy basement. Front […] desk is pushing hard to sell their hotel taxis (which are pretty good), trying to scare people from regular taxis by saying they will cost 10x the actual price. These hotel is shining from outside but it's running out of gloss from inside. Breakfast is average quality. The worst thing for me was WIFI that is 300/hr which is total rip off and not a 21th century business hotel feature. It must be free in all areas!

Stayed here for one night before moving on to another destination. This hotel is close to the airport and Mega Mall. It's on a busy intersection so it is noisy outside but my room was quiet. Good gym and the complimentary breakfast was nice. I'd stay here again when I need to for a short time.

Lobby looks nice. Got in late so they "upgraded" me to the "Club" floor! Room was mediocre. Ants crawling around all over the place, and I saw one roach. Even on the 9th floor, the room was facing the road and was noisy. Checked into another room at same place (pre-paid unfortunately) this time on the 4th floor. The noise was terrible from the road, […] and since my room was near the elevator all night I had to hear the elevator chime. The bath tub wouldn't keep it's drain open so that when you took a shower, the tub filled with water. This place is worn out inside. But all of that - I could handle. What was the worst was the nickel and diming. Went and had lunch in the cafe, how much could a buffet be? 1550 pesos including a coke. Honestly, it wouldn't cost me that much for a meal in Tokyo, much less Manila - way over priced. DON'T use the mini-bar - prices are sky high! The internet - 600 pesos PER LAPTOP! Yes, I had my own wireless airport express so two of us could each use our own laptops, and they got it rigged so you have to pay twice. About the only good thing I can say about this place was that the beds were very comfortable with nice linen and pillows. This place needs an upgrade, especially if they are going to charge you high prices for everything they think they can get away with. Lees meer

Excellent hotel - highly recommend it. Surronding area is not very nice but as long as you use the many taxies available you are ok.

i have stayed at this hotel once before and it was ok but this time very disappointed i would not stay there again over rated over priced

I will surely come back to this hotel. Staff are great. Very attentive to customer's needs. Great location. Overall, its excellent!

I needed a room for about eight hours with a 4:00 am check-in at the airport; the Heritage is about a ten-minute ride from the airport due to the chaotic traffic. For the price I paid, I didn't expect the Four Seasons, but I did get a warm welcome at the front desk, efficient assistance from the concierge and a clean, comfortable room. Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The casino can use some improvement but other than that our stay was great. Love the shuttle service to MOA. Would highly recommend this hotel.

to be honest it was a lot better than I expected, very friendly staff. My friend had a wedding function their and I must say the ball room was beautifully decorated

Great staff , very helpful and considerate. Hotel was clean and located perfectly. We highly recommend anyone wanting to stay there .

Close to airport and casino. That is what I was looking for, it works for me. Oh, and it is down the street from the Mall of Asia, big plus.

It was a very comfortable stay. Very clean room, great service. The downside is Wifi not free.Otherwise highly recommended.

Hotel is so old and needs renovation. Hallways and rooms smells cigarrettes even if its a non-smoking room. You can hear the noise from the streets in the room even if you're at the highest floor. On the plus side, staff are friendly and accomodating.

I only stay for one night and it did cost a little more than I expected to pay but the quality of the hotel is very good, The bed was the most comfortable I have stayed in it was a deluxe room. There were roaches in my room. I got insect bites. No Wi-Fi internet The place is not as clean as it used to be. For the price I paid, it is not worth it anymore

They charged me for INCOMMING calls. Local calls about 20 USD per 5 minutes.

another few days to play golf.....the hotel is great and the staff were wonderful! they all started addressing me "Mommy" they are so sweet though there was 3 typhoon one after another on the duration of my stay, and missed my own kids they sure made me feel at home, all beverages and what i ate are already known and was delivered beautifully, one request […] from the staff of me was the next time i visit the hotel is to bring my daughter which i will, next time i go...hotel itself is safe the price is the down fall, very expensive! but nevertheless, i will definitely go back and recommend, i just hope that next time will be better weather and not much rain... Upon my arrival my room was not available but they did upgrade me to the executive suite which was fantastic...I lost at the casino though...waaaaa

The staff is always super friendly and definitely make me feel even more like a swolldier. The room service is pretty fast too. I just wish they let me play on the piano... Superb service. Clean rooms.very accomodating staff. close to shopping malls and airport.

My plane landed too early for the check in time and the personnel has accomodated me quickly so I can get a room. The service was superb. I definitely would recommend this hotel to friends. So close to shopping mall and airport too.

very good hotel and good location

heritages hotel manila is very near in moa.....u can shopping all u need..plus nearby to the hotties live band...........near by to the sea breeze.........u can enjoy all the nite..............

The facade and lobby are four star, but one you get to your floor, it feels like a tired has-been hotel. My non-smoking room had a strong smoking odor. The TV was small and old. Bathroom was tiled from it's glory days, but grout was replaced with silicone which was peeing off. Mold was on the corners. Everything was over priced and underserviced.
