Heritage Hotel - Manila in Pasay

de ligging van het hotel en de service is goed, alleen ij was daar voor de 5 de keer ,maardeze keer was he ontbijt erg mager weinig dingen zoals voorheen ontbraken ook om een omelet the krijgen was niet mogelijk nee dat was deze keer geen succes ok misschien de volgende keer zoek ik een ander hotel met betere ontbijt service

het hotel is keurig net vriendelijke service en een goed verzorgde kamers

We stayed 1 night at this hotel. Maybe 20 years ago this was a 4 star hotel - not any more. Facility is very old and very badly maintained. 30 minutes by taxi from Manila international airport terminal 2, the Heritage Manila hotel is a convenient location for those who don't stay much in town. Another reason is that you would not want to stay lin that hotel longer than 1 night anyway. Our room was at the end of a corridor at the 4th floor right above a disco that played music at full volume […] until 2:30am. Considering that we checked in at 24:00 and that to catch the next flight we had to check out at 4:30am we would have appreciated to be able to get a few hours of sleep but then...again, just 1 night was bearable. The hall looked fine but the corridors upstairs smelled of cheap deodorant and the twin room had a stained moquette and was poorly equipped. The staff offered to bring up our luggages, but they arrived at the room way later then us...and we could not change or use our stuff immediately. It would have been much quicker to bring them up by ourselves. Staff, both at the front and the porters, was kind, well mannered and offered a good smile all the time. Lees meer

nice hotel amenities at an affordable price. 4-star buffet set up. good service and friendly staff.

I used this hotel for a 2 hour stayover while connecting in Manila for an early morning flight out to the countryside. We checked in, rested for 1 hour, and showered, and checked out, all between 1am and 3am. Upon returning home, I learned that their housekeeping marked us as having used the minibar and sent charges to my credit card. We did not even […] open the minibar door. I contacted the hotel, and they said they would investigate, but I didn't hear back from them. I'm disputing the charge through my credit card. Needless to say, a big hassle. Lees meer

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and like very much the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet in the morning had an excellent selection. Also the hotel has a casino, if you do not want to leave the hotel. Only problem not a good place to walk to shopping outside the hotel. The Hotel service was second to none as was the cleanliness of the overall property. The restaurant and Millennium Club food was excellent as was the staff in both locations. If I had to complain about anything it would be the pool as what is pictured is not what exists although there is certainly the ability to do so. Location Is accessible to Mall of Asia where we enjoyed the fireworks display on New Year's eve 2011.We're just dissapointed when we had breakfast buffet coz theres no enough seats we had been like wandering looking for a spot to eat.:(((

rate of hotel service to the airport is too expensive and instead of giving us a van they gave us a small car.some of our stuff was put in the front seat and the rest we had it in our back seat and was shoved in the trunk and we had to Pay P800.00 for this. A taxi can only cost P300.00

For value received, I will stay there again. They provide a free shuttle to the Mall of Asia for the hotel guests. Very courteous staff, clean and safe environment. Will recommend to anyone going to Manila.

Hotel facility is old. But convenience of hotel location to airport.

I booked a deluxe room but then I was upgraded to a Suite room for a reason that I don't know. but this made me more excited. the room was too big for me, and yet, everything seems perfect. buffet breakfast was great too. Room was shabby. Small old CRT TV. Remote had no markings on it, so had to guess which button did what. Gap of 10cm under the door ensured I heard every bit of noise from the foyer. Housekeeping staff very loud very early in the morning, more into socializing than working. Shower went from cold to scalding hot constantly by itself constantly. Maid removed robes after the first night and did not replace. Asked for extra lotion and got extra conditioner instead. Despite the hotel being a bit dated, it was kept in great condition. The Junior Suite we stayed in was huge, and very comfortable. The hotel surprised my husband with a birthday cake later in the evening which was quite a treat. We got a great rate for our stay, and loved being walking distance to the Baclaran and a short taxi ride to MOA. We would […] definitely stay there in the future. This is not a 5-star hotel. The hotel is pretty run down. The service is very good and the suttle bus to Mall of Asia is convinient

in dire need of reno.. very close to MOA and bus to and fro is a bonus..

The staff was outstanding, they took well care of us. Buffet was excellent!

Walking distance to Mall of Asia. A pro and con is that it's smack in the middle of where you can see all the fireworks for New Year's, which means, the festivities are very nearby, but so is the traffic and noise. Inside, the decorated with a very festive Christmas Village. Location is ideal due to its proximity to the Mall of Asia. However, crowded condition is almost always present due to the existence of the casino where lots of non clients or gamblers comes and goes. Some where even found taking a nap at the hotel lobby and were seen to have been chased out by the hotel security. No I will not stay here again. The hotels appearance is great but other than that never ever again will I stay in this hotel full of crooked employees. The food was fair at best and way over priced for what it was, P1150 for their buffet that was awful, P150 for a Coke, P3000 if you want to just think about using the minibar and if you want to use it but only have a debit card they […] charge you the P3000 up front, then when we checked out they wanted to charge me the P3000 again after the other girl told me it had already been charged. We arranged a hotel car to take us to the airport, two separate drop offs, one International and one Domestic, I was told P800 well the next morning after we get to the airport the driver claims that its actually P800 for one drop off then an additional P400 to take my girlfriend over to Domestic. I made a reservation last november 7,2011 and paid the total amount of two nights. And when the time we came for check inn the front desk is asking for 3000.00 peso deposit. And i was so shock about this deposit. I never give that amount because wala sa reservation form about that. According to some reviews, i was sceptical about staying here. But, i remembered...i lived in manila for a bit and if your not familiar with your suroundings, of course you would freak out. Night time, is different from day only because at night, there is a night life not to far and it does get busy...alot of busy! Except for one when i asked where concierge desk was and he kinda didnt know where it was. I yeah...one more think just FYI...if you need scotch tape...its at concierge...otherwise, if you call the front, they connect you to room service, which will connect you to housekeeping which will connect you to concierge anyway. It was our honeymoon... went to a lot of places and stay to a lot of hotels... I say, this hotel maybe old but the quality of service has still a touch of class...

I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel and was very disappointed. The biggest problem in my opinion is lack of staff training and bad management. One day after room service we didnt get any towels in the bathroom so I rang front desk at 1pm, 2 hand towels arrived at 3pm and 2 bath towels at 5pm.. The only time I got a bath mat was when I went to housekeeping […] and requested one. The swimming pool is dangerous and unusable, broken and cracked tiles on floor and walk way. Very dirty and total lack of maintenance, there is a sign on wall saying pool is due for renovation, when I asked the staff they said the sign had been there for 1 year, I asked when they will renovate and was told maybe next year if it doesn't keep raining?? Breakfast was poor, no bacon unless you order from staff, each day I had finished my breakfast before bacon arrived...it's hard to get a coffee refill. The reception counter staff who attended to me did not greet me nor smile, this is something a guest checking in dislike. The bell boy was helpful and courteous though, carried our luggage to the room for which we really appreciated. The swimming pool was not that "accessible" to guest; u had to go to 3rd Floor then walked a distance like a maze down […] the stairs b4 u can reach it, i wonder if there is another way to get there more easily. The attendant at the pool was helpful and friendly though. It was a pity the pool for children was closed that my child had to swim in the pool for adults and it was good it wasn't too deep at all--safe enough for children with adult's supervision. The water sink taps were old and outdated, i had to adjust both cold and hot knobs for the desired temperature of the water hence it could be either too hot or too cold. The shower head was also loose indicating lack of maintenance. The room size is good enough for a family with 1 or 2 children, aircon is good and the bed is comfortable! Not forgetting the close distance to Mall of Asia which is only a short ride from the hotel. It's worth a stay with good discount offered. For a 4 store hotel my room was in bad shape with worn dirty carpet. The furniture and fixtures were not in good shape either. I had a 2 hour wait at check in for a room with a king size bed. The prices for food, water etc are excessively high. No internet in your room and I think the front desk said it was 500P to connect to their WiFi for a couple […] hours in the lobby area. The Heritage hotel is no doubt a very good place to stay when you arrive or leave via Manila International Airport if you are prepared to pay for the Millenium Executive floor or if you are upgraded to that floor. Compared with other international hotel prices it is anyway very very competive. A rude receptionist set us up to be disappointed. We passed the two hours we had to kill before check in in the ground floor cafe which was essentially a main thoroughfare with tables and deeply average food. The neighbourhood was not great and didn't feel comfortable when venturing out on foot to find any shops. Even though the hotel is in a very convenient location, the overall condition of the hotel was not anywhere near the condition that it should be at for the star rating that it has. The room was old and worn out, the carpets were old and stained, the windows looked like they have never been cleaned, the aircom was always on and was not adjustable, so […] it was always cold - even at nitght when cooler so always had blankets on at night, the room and lift foyer smelled of wet carpet whenever it rained. there was exposed telephone wires under desk and scuff marks on wall of room. the first we stay we are not very happy the room was very dirty floor and the shower room needs to clean dustyand the mould around the tiles and the bath very bad. hopeful you take action at this matter.

The hotel was very comfortable with excellent service. It is about 20-30 minutes from the International Airport and 2 minutes from the Mall of Asia.

This is my third stay in this hotel, the reason for choosing this hotel because they have an excellent service. This is not a luxury hotel but because of their excellent friendly and helpful staff, I'll choose this hotel again when my next visit to manila.The only downturn side is the noise from the main road. This is a high end hotel, especially with rooms in the Club (8th floor). Staff is very helpful, there is a medical clinic 24x7, and the breakfast buffet is ok. Internet is expensive, minibar is expensive. Room service has excellent food. Casino is lame. Game tables are old. Inconvenient layout on many floors with the slot machines in a dingy basement. Front […] desk is pushing hard to sell their hotel taxis (which are pretty good), trying to scare people from regular taxis by saying they will cost 10x the actual price. These hotel is shining from outside but it's running out of gloss from inside. Breakfast is average quality. The worst thing for me was WIFI that is 300/hr which is total rip off and not a 21th century business hotel feature. It must be free in all areas!

Stayed here for one night before moving on to another destination. This hotel is close to the airport and Mega Mall. It's on a busy intersection so it is noisy outside but my room was quiet. Good gym and the complimentary breakfast was nice. I'd stay here again when I need to for a short time.
