The panorama rooms are wonderfully designed, with a fantastic view. The lobby and elevators were undergoing renovation, so check in wasn't as smooth as I had wished. Unfortunately, one of the windows did not close completely, resulting in quite a bit of noise. Large hotel near small Brussels ring road. Former Hilton hotel; room fine but very dated. Room was clean, but bit old fashioned. Bathroom right out of the 70ies, terrible shower (small drip no power). Great view on city from top floors. Good breakfast choice, and friendly staff.

De eerste indruk is een hotel dat beetje heeft stil gestaan in tijd. In de lobby hangt een sterke oveheersende parfumgeur en de kamers worden gerenoveerd, wat hard nodig is maar dat lees je pas op je hotelkamer. Daarnaast is de service in het restaurant niet wat je van zo'n hotel mag verwachten.

De ligging van het hotel is erg prettig en de lobby heeft een mooie uitstraling. Daarentegen zijn de kamers erg oud en "moe". De douche was bijzonder zwak. Bij inchecken ontving ik geen enkele informatie over de restaurant/ontbijt mogelijkheden of over overige faciliteiten van het hotel. Toen ik vervolgens aan de concierge/porter vroeg waar ik in de […] omgeving draadloos internet kon gebruiken wist hij niets te zeggen, terwijl er een FoodCorner tegenover het hotel zit met gratis WiFi. Toen ik vroeg of het misschien daar aanwezig zou zijn antwoordde hij met; "'misschien", en liep vervolgens weg het kantoortje in. 's Avonds bij terugkomst in het hotel bleek dat het hotel ook een uitstekende gratis (eerste 60 mb) WiFi verbinding had, als ik hier enige informatie over had ontvangen was ik waarschijnlijk in het hotel gebleven op de gure Oktober avond en had hier dan ook gedineerd ipv buiten de deur. inkom is groots en mooi personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam de kamer was ouderwets, oude TV, oude badkamer verzorgingsproducten stellen niet veel voor kranen die lawaai maken ontbijt uitgebreid, van alles genoeg koffie en thee staan op 't einde van de zaal, maar bij aanvraag wordt die wel aan tafel geserveerd

This is an excellent hotel with great staff and terrific rooms. Location is quite good in a quiet high end shopping area with reasonable access to restaurants and only 40 minutes from the airport. This quality Hotel is in a good location. It is currently being refurbished and despite some noise we didn't experience much disturbance. Rooms are spacious and clean with nice views of the city. Breakfast is expensive but plenty of eating places nearby. The reception staff are extremely helpful, pleasant and speak good English. Spa facilities are good […] and kept very clean. Hotel is being refurbished and so the foyer is partly closed.We were not told of the ongoing renovatins when we booked. Initially we were given a room with twin beds and that was changed to a very rundown room with inadequate lighting and it was in very poor condition for the price that we had paid The second day our room was changed to a better one […] but even though the hotel was very empty they couldn't give us a double bed which we had booked. The taps in the bathroom were very difficult to turn, otherwise it was fine. The cost of breakfast is ridiculously high even for Brussels. It was nice staying at this today. The staff is very friendly and the location and view are great. The rooms however are a bit old/not as renovated as the rest of the hotel. On the other hand, the rooms are quite spacious, which is nice and rare. Dinner options were limited, while good quality. But breakfast quite good.

The hotel is being refurbished from the top down to a very high standard. At the moment the deal for a Panaroma room is amazing. They will surely cost a lot more once the refurb is completed. The room standard is 4*+ lets hope they stay that way. Situated as it is amongst along a parade of all the top name designer shops you would expect them to keep […] the standards up. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation. Although my room was not what I would call tired, there were a few snaggings (taps siezed shut, phone line down) that were fixed on the first night. The restaurant is current in development and only functions as a buffet however the food standard is good for a business hotel. The location is superb for a […] leisure visit or a shopping trip and the EU commission and Parliament are both less than 5 minutes away by car or 10 by public transport. Concierge was some what limited. The weekend between my two meetings turned out to hold both the Brussels Marathon and the Nuit Blanche, neither of which concierge were aware of. The hotel also houses one of the best views in the city and even without venturing to the bar/buffet on the 26th floor I could appreciate a fine view of the Palais Du Justice from my 7th floor window. I took a small room and it was more than adequate for two or three people with a writing desk, large closet, 2 seat sofabed, coffee table, minibar, nespresso machine, bathroom with his and hers sinks and a bidet! Biggest snag would be the lack of a business centre or the faint drilling noise heard from 0800 on a weekday morning. There was no loud work over the weekend. Having viewed a newer room I would probably put out for the extra €15 per night and take it just for the fact that they all seem to be on the upper floors and at present (Oct 1012) the majority of the work up there is complete so the noise is lower. I should have known when I noted that the toilet was clogged. The next morning, when I tried to take a shower, I had to accept that the shower was also clogged. I tried to call the reception only to realize that the phone didn't work. This used to be a very good hotel. Location was convenient, centrally located and close to the subway, lots of great restaurants, and high end shopping if that is your thing. Although the lobby of the hotel was quite remarkable and our room had a lovely view of the city, it is clear that this is a hotel in great need of renovation. The wallpaper was peeling in both the room and the bathroom, […] the door jams were showing raw wood from years of poor (if any) maintenance, and the dust build up on the vents was disgusting. Lamp shades were stained and frayed. The drapes were off track and would not close completely. In other words, the former grandeur was WAY long gone. Sheets were clean and bed was comfy, though. However, no wake up call as promised. Breakfast was a fiasco. Not enough coffee. Fruit bowls were empty. No staff to clear the tables. No place to sit. And so on. It is my understanding that the hotel is being renovated. If that is true, all my comments may be discounted. But until then, be aware that it is not the four star hotel it is advertised to be. Hotel was recently turned from a Hilton hotel to a THE hotel. I have stayed over the years in Hilton and although the hotel was more end more needing a renovation the services by Hilton staff was always warm and pleasant. As far as I can see it THE took another crew aboard and it is now service on the automatic pilote: uninspired, bureaucratic personnel. […] I guess this is due to modern private equity management (did not learn from the crisis?) Two night stay during a business trip to Brussels. Good location. Comfortable bed, excellent shower. Not nearly enough light over the desk. Semi-free internet -- free up to a point (mb) and then a VERY reasonable (assuming any charge is reasonable) 5€ for 24 hours. 'The Hotel' is dated and overpriced. While the location is ideal, the hotel looks like yesteryear, espeically the rooms. My "king size" bed was actually two beds pushed together which kepts coming apart and the television is a tub tv and looks like it's from the 80s as do the rest of the furnishings. Hotel tout juste rénové. Tout est donc nickel ! Deco tres tendance. Par contre, mauvaise isolation avec le couloir. Pas possible de faire une grace matinée, trop de bruit fait par le personnel faisant le ménage dans les autres chambres

Chambre très agréable avec vue dominante sur la ville. Joli design très contemporain épuré. ( pas trop d'intimité pour la salle de bains ouverte sur la chambre). La salle du petit déjeuner est actuellement en étage élevé pendant l'aménagement d'un nouveau restaurant au rez de chaussée, mais c'est plutôt agréable avec cette vue splendide.

年末から年始にかけて、４泊しました。カウントダウンでは部屋から花火が見れて最高でした。 ホテルの場所はルイーズ駅から５分程度で、グランプラスまで徒歩２０分ぐらいでした。大通りを挟んで買い物や食事をする場所も多く便利でした。midi駅（南駅）からも３駅だったので、ブルージュへもアントワープへも行きやすかったです。部屋は毎日ペットボトルの水やインスタントコーヒーが準備されていて快適でした。ただ、水まわりの調子が悪く、トイレは詰まりシャワーは意味をなさないぐらい弱かったので、フロントで部屋の変更をお願いしたところ、すぐに対応いただけました。豪華とは言えませんが、概ね快く宿泊できました。

禁煙フロアなのに隣からの煙に悩まされ部屋を移った。前の部屋はシャワーが微調整できずぬるいままだったが、次の部屋は水が出なくて熱いままだった。改修工事より今の設備のメンテナンスが先。プリペイドの予約だったが、チェックアウト時に市税の支払いをすると部屋代もカードに付けられていた。

夜遅く車で着いたのですが、駐車場もわかりやすく、地下の駐車場にしては広いスペースで安心して駐車できました。部屋はとてもモダンで綺麗な感じでした。部屋からの眺めもよく、気持ちよく滞在できました。場所はルイーズ広場とナミュール広場の間にあり、車でなくてもトラムやバスで観光名所に移動でき、便利なところです。朝食も美味しく広い食堂で落ち着いて取れるので、非常によかったです。

Chambre très sympa, décoration un peu vieillotte mais pour une nuit c'était parfait. Par contre, le matin (9h30) nous avons subi des bruits de perceuse... et le robinet de la salle de bain fuyait... Sinon la vue est superbe, et la literie également :)

L'hôtel est en rénovation et nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir louer une des chambres rénovées. Les style est moderne et très confortable. La vue est splendide et le petit-déjeuner (qui est compris dans le prix de la chambre) propose une grande variété de mets. Parking réservé à l'hotel sauf qu'ilest payant : 35 € pour 24 H. Il esxiste un paring public soutérain à proximité pour 15 € les 24 H. Les tuyauteries faisaient un boucan d'enfer lors de leur utilisation. La salle de bain est veillote (robinets qui gouttent). Elle n'a rien à voir avec la promesse faite par la description de l'hotel.

Oli oikein miellyttävä ensikokemus tälle hotelille; olin Brysselissä kolme päivää liikeasioiden takia ja kaikki sujui hyvin. Hyvä sijainti ja hotelilla oli hyvät palvelut. Olin hotellin uusissa huoneissa ja niistä ei ole mitään kielteistä sanottavaa.

On comprend vite que l'hôtel est en rénovation (ou à rénover). Nous avions réservé une chambre fumeur avec un grand lit et on se retrouve en chambre non fumeur avec lits jumeaux. Après réclamation et 40 minutes d'attente passées au bar de l'hôtel (glauquissime éclairé aux néons), nous avons enfin eu accès à notre chambre. Papiers peints qui se décollent, […] robinetterie qui fait un bruit assourdissant, moquette tâchée... bref on se demande où sont passées les 4 étoiles de l'hôtel. Réveillé en trombe par les bruits de marteau et de perceuse, on comprend vite que l'hôtel est en rénovation. Néanmoins, le personnel est agréable et le lit confortable.
