Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport in Burbank

Completely satisfied with my stay at this lovely hotel.

Love the hotels overall with the exception of their beds, a little uncomfortable but clean. Driving distance from Universal Studios & Hollywood. Surrounding area is nice and not "ghetto" at all. Great customer service from all hotel staff. Totally recommend! Paying for parking wasn't too pleasant ($17 a day).

Nice place to stay. Disappointed that parking and internet were not included in the price of the room.

Definitely would stay here again. Only problem I found was that it was impossible to get emails or web browsers to work from your room with the smartphone unless you paid for wifi. But overall, it's a great place to stay.

Service was great and the on site restaurant was really good. I was a little suprised parking was so expensive in burbank. I would expect that if I were staying in LA.

The hotel itself is very nice and upscale. However, during my visit, they had to replace a power transformer so the power was shut off for about 3 hours. I had to take a shower in the dark and get ready for my day in the dark. Just a minor inconvenience because these things happen. Considering the price of the hotel room, you would think this hotel […] wouldn't have to charge for daily parking or in-room high speed internet. They do and that is kind of ridiculous considering almost all other hotel chains do not charge for these items. The other hotels even offer a free continental breakfast. This Marriott does not. Even some of the other hotel chains owned by Marriott offer these amenities for free. I guess that's the price you pay for slightly upscale hotels. Had my employer not paid for me to stay there, I would have chosen another property that offered these amenities for free. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice and comfortable. Lees meer

Don't get me wrong great hotel and service but not a lot around the hotel to do. Surrounded by mainley businesses and neighborhoods but great if your flying into Burbank airport for business and only 5 minutes away from downtown Burbank. Valet parking can be a bit hectic at times. I would definetly recommend a stay.

good services and very clean, but I don't like the extra charge for parking, I supposed them the parking will be free for costumers.

I'm a pilot and stay in hotels all over the country all of the time. I have never seen a hotel of the Marriott standards charge $13 for wireless internet. I called the front desk to check on this. The man at the front desk said he doesn't understand it either and if I wanted to use it for free I need to bring my computer to the lobby. No free breakfast […] either...not even a piece of fruit. One of the best things I like about this hotel is the location. It is right across the street of a food court that has everything from Denny's to Stick Fish (grilled fish) healthy eating. The hotel itself has modern features, nice room, lobby, and amenties. If you can afford the rate, don't pass this one up.

Upon check in (and after paying in advance for the room) I discovered I was sharing the hotel with five hundred Narcotics Anonymous members having a regional convention. Not a quiet and serene environment, I can assure you.

Very nice place to stay especially if flying through the Burbank Airport.

Great service, and very friendly hotel staff, the buffet was the best service I have seen, I just wanted to spend more time in the room.

This hotel is very nice. Quiet, clean and all personnel were very helpful. I was visiting a daughter and her family nearby and those who knew that never failed to ask about them.

My family and I loved staying at this hotel. The room was comfortale and the breakfast was awesome!

THE ROOM WHAT CLEAN AND LARGE. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!

So-Called "Double" beds are TINY. Not much bigger than a twin bed.

I can't write an honest review about this hotel because I never got to stay there. While checking in I was told that they had overbooked and that I was being shipped to another hotel. I was very upset that they waited until I got there to tell me because I had clients meeting me at the hotel and I still needed to change and get ready. I only had a half […] hour till they arrived. I wasn't offered anything except a free ride to a hotel that was 20min away. I then had to pay 20 dollars for a cab ride back to my original hotel and 30 dollars to the rental car place the next morning (I was originally planning on taking the free shuttle). This is the last time I will ever book this hotel or through hotels.com Lees meer

This is a much better than average airport Marriott property. There is a lot of convention space in Burbank, right across the street from the airport and no noise.... Been here before and the rooms are nice and the amenities as well. Gym, Starbucks, Food, Free Parking, and close to what and where you need to be. Great deal too.

The Marriot at Burbank was an absolute pleasure after fighting all the Holiday Freeway traffic. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Food was delicious. Thanks

Literally across the street from Bob Hope International, the location is ideal for business travelers or people looking for a place to stay before an early flight. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the rates are reasonable.

In the north of town, other than Universal Studios, not near other significant attractions. Certainly not near shopping nor much restaurants. However, very near to Burbank Airport (almost walkable). The location will prevent me from choosing this place again. Hotel is fairly new, so furnishings and cleanliness are above average for that price range. […] Next to a convention center so parking can be a problem, even with the $15 charged to hotel guests. Hotel is located accross from Burbank airport but hotel is well insulated from outside noise. Bathroom was small but well apointed. Room was comfortable and plenty of room to sit and watch t.v. Front desk staff was great but bell staff was unprofessional and rude. Located only 15 min from Warner Bros. studio and 1 hour from disneyland (depending on […] traffic) I was able to do all I wanted from one location. Neat rooms with very responsive room service

The HOTEL comfort and convience was excellent. There is SHOPPING nearby as well as in Glendale which is upscale. The really big DRAWBACK to this hotel is there is PARKING with a really big price tag. If you leave the parking area you pay and when you return you pay. We stayed two days and needed to leave for wedding celebrations and that included many […] in and outs which meant someone was collecting money left and right from us for parking!! If would behove the Mariott to provide their own parking for the conveince of the customer. The RESTAURANT is on the expensive side, but had the best lox plate for the price. There are some fast food restaurants across the street that you could also eat lunch and breakfast if needed. Lees meer

Parking lot was brimming with vehicles the two nights we were there. We asked for a room with a king bed. We were given a room two twin beds instead. It's not our idea of romantic for our anniversary to sleep on separate beds. The room and hotel was very clean on the positive side. The bellhop/valet was nice. The front desk wasn't very helpful or cared […] to accommodate. The card keys didn't work. You need them to bypass the security gate. We pressed the call button several times when we got stuck, to no avail. The bellhop came to the rescue. It wasn't worth the high cost to stay here. Stay somewhere else if you can or else you'll end up walking a mile to get to the hotel once you find a parking space late at night. Lees meer

The AC making loud noise all night long.

Our stay was great! The only two problems we encountered was one of our rooms was supposed to be a double bed room and we got a one king bed room so they had to move our family up one floor and the other issue we had was that our room key never worked at the parking gate...to enter or leave so they were having to open it up for us after waiting for […] a bit. But they were kind enough to not charge us for the daily parking fee which is $15/day so that was nice! Lees meer

I can't say enough about this hotel. To me everything was perfect . We visited universal studios and this hotel was perfect in every way,price ,location,got my work out in their fitness rooms are nice ,fam enjoyed the pool and not to forget across the street from some well known fast food joints. Will stay again

Great Hotel for the price. Lots of ammenities made our stay even more of a no brainer. Walking distance to Bob Hope Airport (but there's a free shuttle ever 10mins) Only 5mi. to Universal Parks, easy drive also. Great restaurant right in the hotel, fitness, pool, conference center, cheap parking (self or valet).
