The location is not as bad as described by some of the reviewers. When you walk to downtown you walk next to a residential area, the other side (more to east) is not as great.

"Worth the Price"
Loved the hotel. I thought it was going to be older and a bit run down after looking at the few posted pictures and reading other people's reviews. Rooms were spacious, beds were super comfy, and the hotel was not full of traffic. The only downfall... my room was directly in front of the swimming pool gate and loud kids/families were laughing and splashing […] around well after 11pm. Also, there was dirty towels left on the side if one bed and trash behind the sofa sleeper. After my honey called the front desk, a cleaning supervisor came right away to inspect the room. She removed the towels and the cleaning lady with her probably got written up. Oh well. Overall, the rooms were well worth the price and we were able to get early check-in. -The shuttle from the airport took over 1 hour and 2 calls to pick us up. Since it rained, the parking lot was flooded. The rooms are situated so we heard noise from parking lot all night. Our wet sink in the living room area was plugged and did not drain. The electricity went out at night so we had not hot water--thus, no shower prior to checking out. […] Very disappointed. "Good hotel for any type of traveler."
This was a nice hotel to stay in. It is conveniently located to the airport (not too close) and freeway accesses. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not eat in the restaurant so cannot attest to its quality. The Starbucks was limited but available. Elevators didn't work part of the time but maintenance was working on them. Breakdowns happen […] sometimes. The courtyard was lovely and would have been pleasant to sit in but the weather didn't cooperate for us. The suite was comfortable. "2nd time not the charm"
Stayed at location 2 different nights 1 week apart. The first stay was great, absolutely no complaints, wonderful service. The second stay was a different story. Waited in line 45 minutes just to check in. One of the two room keys did not work which was a pain trying to get all of our bags inside. Ordered room service who forgot all of our desserts. […] Went to kitchen myself and ended up taking them back to the room myself on the tray. My wife's pulled pork sandwich was basically a pulled fat sandwich. I spoke with manager who was very understanding and seemed to be trying his hardest. He did comp. us some on the price for all our troubles, and overall not too bad. "Relaxing and comfortable room"
It is was a pleasant experience from the call for shuttle pick up, the driver was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy with friendly reception. The room was clean and well layed out. I had everything I needed the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet offered. I would recommend this to my friends. "A welcome respute"
We didn't know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. While the hotel is near the airport it had the feel if a resort. The grounds are beautiful and the suite was immaculate and very comfortable. It was a welcome respite from a long, stressful day.
