This hotel have a christian ministry ownership. they are very helpful & friendly. They even offer Hot Chilies for guest. Breakfast have hot items like eggs and biscuits. Management are friendly and helpful. My aunt passed away and I had to find a hotel that I could afford. I chose the Days Inn because I got it for a reasonable rate and it was only 25 miles from my family's house. The lady at the registration desk was very nice and helpful. When I got to the room I couldn't believe how nasty it was. The toilet had filthy rings in it, the sink looked as […] if someone had wiped at it and the carpet looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed in months. Thank God the sheets looked clean. We had a two night stay and no one ever came and cleaned our room or brought clean towels, wash clothes, or additional coffee. Honestly I would have been better off sleeping in my car. Lees meer

We loved this motel. The room was brilliant as were all the staff who made our stay a memorable one. The breakfast was very good as was the evening supper available.. Very quiet location near the mountains. Could not possibly fault this motel in any way .Nice people, Nice place. We will stay there again when in the area for certain.

This is an old style motel. It was hard to find our room, it was on back side facing the highway. The room was clean and spacious. The placement of the lobby in a separate building down the hill was different and slightly inconvenient for morning coffee.

Misleading location. It was not "West Asheville" as advertised. It was in another town. The rooms are up on a hill and the office and breakfast room are down the hill. Great value with a decent breakfast - and a complementary supper of some really good chili!. Only complaint (typical of almost all hotels) is the walls are paper thin and I had a couple young construction workers next to me....

Only there for one night but the room was clean; some areas were looking a little bit worn but nothing major. The beds were comfortable, good tv channels and decent wifi signal. A Dollar General is at the bottom of the hill so that was handy. Breakfast was quite good and filling. I'd stay there again.

The front desk staff were kind and eager to be of assistance. The room was not well vacuumed and the last occupant smoked in the room despite it being non-smoking; but the front desk had lysol sent right over. Overall I would stay again as it was only a place to lay our heads at night but you do get what you pay for:)

the one bad thing was room was right smack dab across from ice machine :& was noisy all night long. Also really noisy people above us. I think we had room 216.

Tried to use the microwave in our room and it would only run for 15 secs before the circuit breaker would break the circuit. Bathroom floor need more cleaning.

A step up from a lot of Days Inns, this one is just off of I-40 on the way towards the Smokies from Asheville. If you're looking for a reasonable place to stay the night before heading towards Cherokee and the park (stuff gets more expensive as you head closer to Cherokee), this is a fine place.

Needed a room right right off interstate only to sleep and get back on the road early next morning...wouldn't want to spend much time there. Late evening check-in clerk wasn't too friendly...morning check-out lady was very nice. Breakfast was worse than expected-HOT coffee best thing on the menu. I was pleased with the room. It was clean and I was comfortable staying there. There was 4 adults that stayed. There was a good breakfast ready for us the next morning. It was a great bargin.

Both my husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. The price was very reasonable, and our room was nice and clean. There is a great view of the mountains, and was conveniently located. They also offered complimentary breakfast AND supper, which were very tasty.

Considering the amount of money for the hotel I was pleased with the room and the staff. It is your basic hotel with your basic needs met: bed, shower, fridge and coffee pot. If i had to stay in or near Asheville, NC again, I would not hesitate staying here.

While the physical plant is older, the operators of this motel have made the updates necessary to keep the facility competitive. They clearly try to make their guests stays as pleasant as possible.

very quaint, asked for restaurants in area, and she told me that she had made some tortilla soup. We stayed there and ate. While we were eating she brought around some chocolate chip cookies and a tootsie roll pop for dessert. Rocking chairs on front porch. It almost reminded me of a B&B.

Easy to get to right off of the interstate and close to a restaurant. Not far from Biltmore Estates and Asheville. Room was clean and the pillows and beds were very comfortable.

Most of the staff was nice. One House keeper was very rude and a front desk clerk was a lil rude, but everyone else was very nice! The rooms are kind of old the spreads and carpet show their age. The hotel was not new and showed it's age. The staff was excellent and really helpful, I would reccomend this hotel to a family or vacationers. As for a business trip, I would consider another hotel, as the comfort level and end of the day is ok.

Excellent hotel staff- went above and beyond to provide amazing service and assistance to my young son and I. Really appreciated the front desk personnel and breakfast staff who were wonderful to my 2 year old.
