We stayed here for Easter weekend and it was great! We were close to shopping (Northfield Shopping) and entertainment. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. THe managers reception each evening was a great way to relax after the day and the breakfast was AWESOME! I loved "Mama" preparing our omelettes :) My only "complaint" was that the I […] would like the hotel to have 2 bedroom suites for families. The suite we had only had a sleeper sofa for the kids. I was referred to the Embassy from the Hilton, which was full, as it in their chain of hotels and it was in the vicinity of my business meetings. Next time I will be sure and call the Hilton well in advance. The hotel is clean, breakfast is great overall a decent place, clean and comfortable.... Although; lots of kids running around with all of the […] noises that go with that, customer service was not great at all, not terrible, but not what it should be, at both the front desk and but especially bad in the bar, and no CNBC(a personal deal breaker for me, its the little things). I never thought this hotel was so nice and clean and beautiful from the inside. Me and my husband had a wonderful experience staying in this hotel. Breakfast was also great!! Maria

This hotel is very "tired" and in need of a refurbishment

We have always liked staying at Embassy Suites due to the space it provides for the 5 of us in our family. Somehow we missed that this hotel allows pets and there was a dog barking which woke us up in the middle of the night. Plus it didn't have a very nice smell in common areas. was a very awesome hotel. we cant wait to go back. like the complimentary drinks and breakfast. hope they lower the price though :)

I love staying at Embassy Suites, and this location was another fantastic stay. I had just drove 3 hours in a very bad snow storm and I was relieved when we finally arrived! The front desk was busy, but the front desk clerk handled it well and with a smile! The lobby was very nice, my room was clean. My daughter wanted to swim, the pool was to be open […] until 10pm. We headed down at 9:30, the boy in the pool said it was closed. I asked him what time it was, he looked at the clock in the pool room and said 10:00. I looked at my phone, it was 9:35. I don't like being lied to, but it wasn't a huge deal. That was the only bad thing that happened during my quick stay. Breakfast was of course great. I didn't have a need to go anywhere for anything else, but I didn't see a whole lot of anything anywhere close to the hotel. There was a gas station up the road, but that was all I could see. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The pool was great for the kids and adults. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will visit this hotel in the future.

Great Hotel for a great price through Hotel.com, could not have been better. No complaints, would stay again.

Nice clean quiet and great breakfast

This is by far the BEST Embassy Suites in Denver--even though its one of the odest. It has become our "Holiday Home" when visiting relatives in Denver. The staff is amazing, incredibly clean facility, the breakfasts cooked to order by "Mama" who calls everyone "Baby" is priceless. The atrium is amazing. The full grown LIVE trees in the loby and the […] pool area gives the sense of a tropical location in the middle of winter. Staff are very nice, Front desk personnel very helpful and knowledgeable. Asst. Mgr on duty friendly. The Chef, very friendly and provides very good food. Room service was slow on two days not getting to our room until about 4 pm, we had gone out and came back on both days and the room was a mess. This is disappointing. Rooms A/C wasn't working properly […] if you closed the joining room door the front room became very warm stale air and you can hear the elevator (ding) on your floor all night. Lees meer

Stayed overnight before flying out of Denver. It's an atrium style hotel. The room was a suite, the included breakfast was made to order, and much better than you'd expect. The airport shuttle was quick and efficient, both ways. The hotel sits alone by the highway, but there's plenty of restaurants a short drive to the west. We really enjoyed our stay! Breakfast was very good. The Manager's reception was a real treat! We also enjoyed dinner at the Hotel's Restaurant. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel comes highly recommended, especially if you get the after hours discount--for it's cost, it was easily the BEST hotel I've stayed in ever!

We were in Denver for a business trip. I have been happy with my stay in an Embassy in Chicago so I opted for this one. Right on the first night, i woke up with bites on my legs. Complained to the front desk and asked that we moved to a different room. Their service is good, they acted on my complaint immediately.

Only issue is the website says airport shuttle service avaiable 24 hours. We had to hire a Taxi.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The housekeeping staff was AWESOME!!!! The front desk staff was not friendly. The food was great and the drinks were amazing! I would recommend this hotel. Have a great stay!

We had an excellent stay @ the Embassy Suites in Denver. The bed was comfy, and the "made to order" breakfast buffet was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were smaller, but they worked out just fine for our needs. We liked the location also, as it was very convenient to getting to the zoo for us.

FANTASTIC STAFF - BEAUTIFUL HOTEL - EXCELLENT FREE BREAKFAST - AS WELL AS EXCELLENT FREE HAPPY HOUR..... WE HAD A MARVELOUS TIME.

This was our second stay at this hotel. The children love it. Probably the only hotel we will use from now on in the Denver area. It is easily accessed from the interstate. The only problem we experienced was Saturday evening. There was an event at the hotel and the parking lot was full. It took 20-30 minutes of waiting for a non-hotel guest to leave […] before we were able to secure a parking space. Earlier in the evening there had been events staff directing non-guests to off-site parking. Too bad more time wasn't spent on this task so that hotel guests arriving back for the evening didn't have to be inconvenienced. Lees meer

We had one of the nicest stays at this hotel, the staff was very friendly and informative. The room was very clean and quiet, I cannot say enough about the breakfast and the staff who served it. We will definitely stay here again when in the Denver area. Thank you for such a great stay!!!

Stayed here just one night, on a Saturday night. Apparently there was a big noisy party in the restaurant/lobby so that upon arrival there initially was no parking available. Then upon checking in, I didn't take it as a good sign when an eager young teen approached the desk and asked when "curfew" was. The reply was 11:00 pm, and it was about 11:20 […] at the time. Furthermore, there were separate papers published by hotel staff in the room describing rules about being quiet if having parties and keeping your children from running around (which included the curfew rule). I take it there have been problems in the past with this sort of thing. Odd thing about the room itself - there was a conference table with 8 leather chairs around it right there in the room, just inside the door. Ensemble was complete with a dry erase board on the wall. Kind of strange, but oh well. In the morning, there was no hot water available in the shower - NEVER a good thing! On the plus side, the breakfast was good and the staff was helpful, especially with me needing to retrieve a left item in the room. Lees meer

Hotel stay was great except for Saturday night when there was an event. The parking situation was horrible and when I complained to management I got the run around and was lied to. We will stay again but we will make sure there is no event scheduled during our stay.

THE ROOM WAS GREAT AND THE BREAKFAST WAS WONDERFUL! TWO THUMBS UP!

Our stay was amazing. The hotel was quite lovely and the service was excellent! Our kids even said "this is the coolest hotel we have ever stayed at"! We got a good deal and will return for another stay soon! The only downside is that we checked in kind of late and when we went to go find a place to eat, there were not any restaraunts close by. Loved the hotel and the price was great. Room was a suite so we had plenty of room. Would love to stay here again. My only complaint is that we got there at 10 PM and had to leave by 6AM so we didn't get to see more of the hotel and enjoy the comlimentary breakfast.

There was a large and noisy group in the lounge when we checked in. Since we were on the second floor right above them I thought we would be able to hear them until the early morning hours. Our room was quiet and we couldn't tell there was a party going on below us. We had an early flight and were only in our room for 6 hrs but it was comfortable and […] I would stay there again.
