Uitstekend hotel. Jammer dat we ingesneeuwd raakten en de stroom uitviel. Door het personeel is er alles aan gedaan om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and something I'd never be able to afford without hotels.com. The only problem was construction going on in front of the building made it a bit difficult to find the entrance in the dark but once inside it was gorgeous!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I travel for work and wish that I could clone this hotel and take it to every location I have to go. The bed was the most comfortable that I've ever slept in, the area was quiet and peaceful, the shuttle saves you significant taxi fares because it takes you anywhere within 5 miles, they had a guy playing […] guitar in the lounge, and even a beautiful firepit to sit next to outside. The fitness center was much larger and updated than most. EVERY staff member that I encountered was very helpful and VERY friendly. This is a great hotel, especially for the price, and I will never stay anywhere else when I'm in the area again! Lees meer

We had a late night check-in and they were totally prepared. Very warm and friendly. Extremely informative about the area and where best to go to get some of the things we needed and forgot to bring on the trip. It was very nice to return to the comfortable room and warm staff, each night after touring Boston all day.

Hotel is in a fairly secluded area accessible only by car. Nearest public place is a large mall with food courts. Chose this being the cheapest and relatively close to downtown Boston - 25min by car. King room is very roomy, clean, updated furniture and granite sink countertop. Overall feel is quite cozy with a touchscreen room temp control. It also […] included a mini fridge useful to store takeouts. Everything about the room felt clean, no signs of mold or unkept place. This also goes for the lobby. Surprisingly even though my room was fairly far I could smell a faint chlorine pool in the hallways but nothing that would be disgusting. It did not come in the room. The other minor problem was when kids were going/coming you can hear them run across the hallway which I thought the door could be more soundproof. Nighttime there wasn't anyone in the halls so it was quiet. They have a nice sized pool with attached Jacuzzi and gym next to it with clean/updated equipment. Didn't get to use the indoor tennis courts but looked good for those inclined, although I think there is a small fee. I liked that they gave you cookies when checking in. Would recommended seeing that I've stayed in lesser quality hotels before and this certainly is the best bang for your buck. Lees meer

This hotel is in great shape, and the pool, hot tub, and workout area are very adequate. The location gives proximity by car to Lexington and Concord's historic areas, as well as the Burlington Mall. It's right off the highway, but we didn't hear any traffic noise on Friday or Saturday nights. FInd out where your room is and how to park nearest to it, […] as the odd layout can require long walks through multiple main floor hallways! We found the price reasonable for the area and since we were visiting for a wedding, didn't spend much time in the hotel. A variety of restaurants are nearby, though you'll probably find much better ones if you go into one of the nearby towns. Breakfast here was ho-hum and overpriced, but otherwise we were pleased with our stay. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Lees meer

This is a great hotel and the location is very convenient to the city of Boston. I was very happy staying at this hotel, room was clean, service was excellent. Hotel is located in the woods, so you can breath fresh air outside, there is a large parking lot. The only thing make sure to understand if breakfast is included with your booking. Attended my cousin's wedding at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the grounds, restaurant, rooms, and bar. Only 2 complaints: the layout of the hotel is a bit odd as the halls are very long and wind around. We were quite a distance back from the lobby. Two, the airconditioning was hard to regulate in the room. It was either way too cold or way […] too hot. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable; the Wolfgang coffee and creamer (I love that you offered liquid creamer and not the powder) were great and the little extras appreciated (like the bath items, q-tips, cotton balls, etc). We choose this hotel because of it's close proximity to Boston a much better price than the hotels in town. We made a quick drive in, parked at the Cambridge Mall, took a trolley tour and only had to pay $4.00 for parking. The only problem we had was the hot tub had too much chlorine. We would choose this hotel again!!

I have visited this hotel 3 times, affordable price and well located, close to HW95 and HW93. Pricey but quality brunch breakfast, nice swimming pool and gym area. King size beds very confortable. Not to forget, hot cookies when you check in :-)

Staff is not friendly, Peak of summers their pool is under maitanance

A bit remote but the grounds are wonderful, staff is fantastic, rooms are very comfortable and the food is actually pretty good for a hotel!

Everything was PERFECT! Clean, extremely comfortable room. Quiet! Fitness area and pool was very clean and being able to see the outdoors (which was a beautiful setting) from both the pool and fitness area was such a plus. I felt like I was at a 4 star resort. Staff was great--helpful and pleasant. I will stay here again!

Our experience with the hotel started with warm cookies which we recieved at the check-in. I am not sure if it is a routine way of greeting guests at this hotel, but it was really nice to have cookies for the kids that were tired and crancky from the ride. The rooms, however are renovated and left much better impression than the hotel lobby or hallways. One disappointment was the distance to travel to Boston. We were expecting much quicker ride. This hotel would have scored a lot higher if it wasn't for the fact that my final bill had $60 of billing errors on it. someone had charged a meal to my room and there were blatant errors on amounts charged for meals. i went back through all my receipts and found the mistakes so clearly very poor quality control on behalf of the staff inputting the […] invoice amounts. in addition when i questioned the bill and asked for a recount i was met with that overwhelming feeling that i was inconvenciencing the clerk. i would have expected a really big apology or even better some kind of credit on my bill for the inconvenience and not just the acknowledgment that the 'restaurant staff really screwed up my bill' which sounds like someone shuffling off the blame. otherwise the staff was nice although very slow in the bar and the food was above average. The pool was very nice and the ground of the hotel were nice with a very nice outdoor patio. i did find it very hard to find and drove around for a good hour before i found it. when i called the hotel for directions the man who answered was very impatient with me and starting raising his voice which i didn't find very service oriented. Great experience. We were stopping overnight while on a long road trip and with the 2 dogs we had limited options. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful and the room was pretty and clean. Lovely experience. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Overall, nice hotel and friendly staff. I have also stayed at the Courtyard in Billerica Bedford as well. The doubletree is in a nicer area and has better amenities, but the walls are thin, the room service doesnt clean as you would like, and the beds are not as comfortable. This is a nice place to stay for the scenery, and if they are offering the […] free breakfast. If you are looking for a nice location, decent restaurant, a gym, and a bar, then you will like this place if you are staying in the area. The hotel service is outstanding and the rooms are nice. There are three things that stood out as issues though. The temperature regulator is on the wall with operational directions that are straightforward and easy to follow but I assumed there would be knobs on the heater/cooler itself, which there weren't. That was a little confusing and could have […] been mentioned to me at check in. Not a big deal though. Second, the beds are rock hard. I couldn't sleep for more than a couple of hours on it. I would have crashed on my buddy's sofa instead if I had been aware. Third, the breakfast buffet starts at 7am, which means if you had to leave by 6 am, you would either need to pay for room service (plus tip of course) or you're out of luck. Great, clean hotel, beautiful property and interior; and at a very reasonable rate. Offers lots of stuff to do in the hotel (tennis courts, pool, restaurant & bar) but is also very close to lots of restaurants etc in town and is a 25-minute or so drive to Salem, where we traveled for Halloween celebrations. Great location. Was able to find dining and shopping in the area. Just outside of Boston so the traffic was not as bad as it would have been in the city.

The warm cookies upon check-in are awesome! What a way to welcome guests. The room was spacious, the bed luxurious, and everything very clean. None of that stale smoke smell as often is found in hotels. I ate at the restaurant and although a bit pricey (however when I researched surrounding restaurants, it was the norm for that area) and the food was […] excellent. It was almost midnight and I realized I had forgotten my contact lens solution.....I called the "careline" and within 2 minutes a bottle of solution was at my door. This hotel was more than we ever expected for the price. The lobby was airy and welcoming, the check-in staff was friendly and smiled genuinely. The room was emaculate, with sparkling marble counters, extra mirrors, with all the necessities laid out. A beautiful country setting with a courtyard treefilled lot made a lovely window view. Hotel room clean, newly remodeled just nothing near hotel for nightlife. Nice break away from day in Boston though. Hotel Bistro good food just very strange atmosphere, 5 star food with fast food service. Awesome bed and nice linens, large clean bathroom.

Loved our stay here while attending a wedding in the area. The breakfast buffet was delicious especially the freshly made waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. I never eat eggs from a buffet yet these were outstanding. The wait staff never rushed us out. It was chilly outside so we enjoyed the indoor pool which was clean, warm and inviting. The […] Jacuzzi was spacious and a treat after a long night of dancing. The rooms were classy and updated with modern design and granite countertops in the spacious bathroom. The suites were huge and perfect for entertaining. Our room was super clean with the exception of the duvet cover which had orange stains on it which after further inspection appeared to smell like Cheetos. We reported it, and it was cleaned up. Our other family members did not have a problem. Every room had a fridge which came in handy for our extensive weekend of eating and drinking. The hotel is very long and we did a lot of walking from the front desk to our room and a long walk from our room to our car, in fact, the front staff will give you a map. The hotel was easily accessible from the highway, off in a wooded area. About 20 miles from Boston, but free parking, beautiful facilities, and comfortable room.

This was our third stay at the Doubletree Bedford, and each has been very good. Prices are reasonable, rooms are comfortable. The Sunday brunch was exceptional ("Best beef roast I've had in years!" - my wife.) Only complaint is distance of many rooms from the lobby, and absence of a Sunday New York Times.

This hotel/motel is a huge facility located in a beautiful and quiet area. The hotel itself and the surrounding grounds are kept extremely clean and well cared for, and one would think he had paid a great deal more for the overall quality of the facility. And sometimes, if you get the right "deal," you can get even breakfast during your stay (not "continental" […] -- a full breakfast) on the house. The only "problem" is the shear size of the location because it is a two-three story facility that appears to have been stitched together over time with corridors-full of rooms zig-zagging in different directions that seem to extend forever; so those who might have trouble dragging luggage to rooms and walking long distances to their cars and/or to the front desk (restaurant, snack bar, etc.,) might find this a problem - as well as also contending with an occasional odd staircase in the way as well). So try to reserve a room close to the exits. But, otherwise, a beautiful place at a great price. Lees meer
