Good room service menu - day and night! Very comfortable bed, slept in for a getaway weekend. Pool area was very nice and the movie selection for pay per view was better than normal.

Relaxing weekend. Staff was amazing -- beyond courteous. Very comfortable room and bed. Enjoyed the lobby lounge and piano music. Food was excellent. Best Lamb Chop ever! Waiter insisted on bringing us an after diinner chocolate assortment for our Anniversary which was beautiful, romatic and delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Resort. The place does need some upkeep though. The carpets were really stained, and one hallway to the outdoor pool smelled horrible. We had to hold the handle of our toilet for awhile to get it to flush. The door handle needed some work to our room. It was very hard to get into. The bathtub and sink plugs […] did not work properly. The pools also needed some upkeep. But, the staff was outstanding. They answered every request we had. We felt very pampered by them. We even received a 3:00 Check out because we had to get our daughter to a late flight that afternoon. Can't brag enough on the staff, from the Cabana girls to the, Spa room staff, to the Bellboys, and front desk staff, everyone was as friendly as could be and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Would have like to have had a little better explanation on a pamphlet or something as to what were considered free ameneties and each restaurants menu, that was on the property, in the room also. Overall we would recommend this place to a friend if they were looking into staying in a high end resort. Lees meer

My girlfriend and I stayed I one of the Villa suites and the room was absolutely amazing. I had been on the road for the past three months and we couldn't have stayed at a better hotel. The staff was great with informing us on local restaurants and driving directions. If I am in Dallas again the Four Seasons will be at the top of my list.

Four Seasons in Las Colinas, is one of the best Hotels I've stayed. The staff was overly nice and receptive to all demands. Rooms were spacious, clean and everything else you need in Hotel room. It says "Four Seasons Dallas" but it is actually located in Irving so for those expecting to be close to Dallas, let me tell you that is not the case here. Aside from that this is a wonderful hotel. Members of staff are incredibly corteous. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a very posh and relaxed getaway. A+++

We spent four nights at the Four Seasons Dallas over Labor Day weekend. It is worth it to upgrade to a villa. Villa rooms are a short walk or cart ride from the main hotel, but much more quiet and with great golf course views. Our 2nd floor room looked right out to the 18th green and lake. We had a great time at the Four Seasons in Dallas; however, it is a good distance away from the the places we wanted to visit. We had dinner at Four Seasons and it was good. Room Service for breakfast is not something I would recommend. Wonderful stay - the hotel appealed to me and my children. The kids loved the spacious villa and the family pool/play area - I loved the spa. Best massage - EVER! The world-class TPC golf course is also amazing. Worth every penny.

I recently got married and chose to stay at the Four Seasons in Dallas for a couple of reasons. One being location and the other for its quite relaxing atmosphere. Upon arriving at the hotel the manager overheard us say we were just married. He upgraded our room (free of charge) to a villa suite with a balcony overlooking the golf course. After a […] quick trip via golf cart, we were in awe of the beautiful room. It's very nicely decorated with an amazing bed and the most comfy pillows ever! The bathroom was spacious with a large shower and tub. The room service was quick and delicous! The hotel congratulated us even further with chocolate covered strawberries and fruit. The spa is one of the best I've ever experienced and the pool area is beautiful. I travel extensively and this hotel is without a doubt one of the better hotels I've ever stayed in. If you just want a quick relaxing get away or for business I would highly recommend staying at the Four Seasons! Lees meer

I attended a meeting that was scheduled at this hotel. Although beautiful and upscale, I wouldn't recommend it to my friends, as it would simply be out of their budget. My family and I were placed in one of the villa style suites on the far end of the golf course. The shuttle service was very attentive but I would have rathered walked. I was unable […] to do so, as wearing heels, the rock surface was so uneven, I twisted my ankle numerous times. We had a turn down service the 1st night, which the kids were really excited about but that was it. However, they did enjoy the amnenities such as the pool, hot tub and gym. They visited the kids center and had fun there too, although there is a charge. The food provided to us for the meeting was very nice and although we would have loved to have attended the brunch on Sunday as we heard it was fabulous...at $40/person, I couldn't manage it to make this a cost reasonable stay for a family. For families where costs are no issue, the Four Seasons is lovely. For families that need to maintain a budget, not for you. Lees meer

Came to enjoy the spa, golf course and hotel during Super Bowl 2011. The weather was unseasonably cold and snowy, but we had such a great time despite it all. Great food, service, rooms and ambiance. The only way to go!

this was the worst Four Seasons, I have ever stayed at, had to ASK to get our room cleaned, staff was not friendly, place was old and cold, our room was never cleaned right or the right towels left and had to ask every morning for the coffee refills vs it being left and clean. From the reception area to the room this resort is immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed the pools! The lap pool in the morning to get the blood flowing was such a treat and then to lounge at poolside near the outdoor pool was so relaxing. We ate at both the Racquet Club Bistro and the Cafe on the Green for Sunday brunch. That Sunday brunch was one of the […] best meals we have ever had in our lives and the dessert room was AMAZING! We will definitely be staying here again and enjoying even more of what this resort has to offer. no obstante que solicite y pague desde antes de iniciar mi viaje una habitación doble con 2 camas, al llegar me asignaron una habitación con 2 camas individuales. logre que me dieran otra habitación con camas queen, pero me hicieron un cargo adicional por noche muy considerable

Muy buena , el hotel excelente cancha de golf y las instalaciones en general muy buena es para visitarlos, la limpieza de la habitacion es el unico problema pero que hablando se puede solucionar.
