Good place to stay. No Microwave or Refrigerator!

like it, but didn't have refri and microwave in room and bath tub not very good like 3.5 star... hope they change like it. Any thing it is find and i enjoy it..

This was a great hotel to stay at! The staff was very nice and attentive to all of your needs and rooms was wonderful for the price!! I will most definately stay here again and recommend this hotel to EVERYONE!! :-)

When we arrived the customer service people behind the counter did greet us and help us in a timely manner. One of them had a hickey on his neck, which I thought was unprofessional. When we walked up to the room there was chicken wing bones and dried, dark peperoni slices on the floor. We later asked for an extra blanket and they said they'd bring one […] up but never saw or heard anyone come and drop one off to us.. My stay at the Marriott Atlanta Norcross in Georgia was amazing! The hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful and very polite. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at a hotel that is close to everything yet the feel of serenity. Thank you!

The room we hit was great. Unfortunately, when I booked my room, I requested 2 beds. Well due to the fact that I didn't check in on time, they game my room away and my kids had to sleep on the floor. On top of that, when I asked them for extra blankets an pillows to lay on the floor. They told me I could only have three extra cuz that's all they allow […] per room. Lees meer

I loved this hotel. The staff was great. Only problem I had was the table in the rooom needed to be clean around the edges. And the phone needed to be wiped down. Othee than that the hotel was great.

my wife and i went just for a one night getaway. we enjoyed the lounge. the hotel was clean and warm feeling. the hotel was very easy to find and check in was pretty fast. the parking lot was well lit. i would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants comfort and pay a value rate.

The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good. Nice hotel. Beautiful. Spacious rooms.

This was my second stay over the Christmas holiday and just like the first the service was exceptional, fast check in and out. Rooms were impecable, staff was very courteous and professional. I recommend without any hesitation. your about 20-30 mins from D/town Atl. depending on traffic :-). Avoid morning and evening rush hr. traffic

The hotel and service was excellent. The only issues we had were with things we assumed were included. There is no free internet in the rooms, you have to go to the lobby or cafe for wifi. And there is $10 fee to get into the state park where the hotel is located. That would have been nice to know ahead of time.

The hotel atmosphere was very elegant. Rooms clean. Customer service great. However, for such an upscale hotel it was really different not having a microwave nor refrigerator in rooms. Not even an option. There was a convenient store-like area next to the check in desk that had a small microwave for use. The staff at this hotel were excellent. We liked the fact that they have a rate that includes the breakfast buffet as well, something that is not common in the Marriott chain. While all of that is all and good, the hotel is in need of a renovation, some deep cleaning, and much maintenance. The only problem we had was that our neighbor began to smoke […] and the hotel is 100% non-smoking. The smoke came through the adjoining door. However, we simply called the reception desk and they sent someone to put a stop to it. Their response was acceptable and they were always friendly and nice. Front desk was very nice and breakfast was acceptable. Room's sheets were stained (ink I think) and bed was like sleeping on the floor. Roach in the bathroom as well.

Very good hotel for the price

The water had an unusual color and smell.

Very Disappointed with Marriott, I traveled with 4 adults and 1 year old child and booked 1 room with 2 double beds through Hotels.com, and it is confirmed reservation. But when I reached Hotel after 10hr long drive, they gave me 1King bed room, which is disgusting. The receptionist was so rude that she says they dont have any information of 4 adults […] and 1 child are going to stay in that room, and when I talked to hotels.com representative, he confirmed that they have given full information and 1 room with two doublebeds was booked. I dont know how those people thought 4 adults and 1 child can sleep on 1 king bed? very rude receptionist, I have ever met. I will never recommend to any of my friend to book in Marriott anywhere. The Staff were efficient and courteous and check-in was a breeze. Rooms were clean and comfortable. everthing was just as requested by our reservation.

I stayed her on a business trip....I was covering the Aussie wildcard playoff tournament and booked a Marriot in Norcross. I LOVED the hotel. Later, I found out the pro tennis players were staying there, too. The staff was on point in every way possible. I will always book this Marriott when staying in Norcross, Ga.

The hotel's employees were very helpful and nice. Very good shuttle service. Nice and clean room which has all you need. The only unpleasant thing that happened to me in this hotel was that I went swimming and my eyes were red and burned for a whole day. The hotel reimbursed me for eye drops I bought, which was nice, but overall it was very unpleasant […] and I almost lost a working day due to this. Otherwise, very nice and comfortable hotel. We have stayed at this hotel in the past. Should have remembered....but the "price was right" It is in desparate need of upgrading. Room itself, fair, but just feels old.....bathrooms, are fair.....sinks are cracked.....needs some attention. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Everything is very nice and good at this place. I highly recommend

The staff was very helpful in giving directions to area attractions and even allowed us to check in early. The hotel was very comfortable and the surrounding areas were very quiet, clean and had some very nice restaurants. Only drawback was it was far from downtown Atlanta but the road system made it easy to get there.

We reserved 2 double beds, but there were none available. The 4 of us had to use a king room with a small fold out couch. King bed was very comfortable. Room very small and crowded. Room very worn but clean. Pool smelled funny and the hot tub was scummy. Drain on floor in the pool area very gross with hair and Band-aids. Every thing was very nice and clean and would recommend this hotel to anyone. My bill was messed up but they took care of it on the spot.

The only thing wrong with this hotel in my opinion was Pepsi vs. Coke. The vending machine was Pepsi products for $2.25 per bottle. Atlanta is Coke country! Right across the street at Walgreen's, 12-pack of Coke products, $2.50 on sale. I might have sucked it up and paid that for a bottle of Coke Zero, but don't like Pepsi enough to pay that much.

Well, where do we start, all the bad reviews for this hotel are true, (1) No Safety -- What the heck, someone opened my room with their Key and said .. Sorry. It was not staff but regular guest. (2) Sound disturbance - There is no sound barrier, people talking in the hall way at 3 am was as good as they talking to me next to the bed. I got up in the […] middle of the night thinking i had some one in the room. And no I'm not a light sleeper. After a long day of drive (Atlanta road construction on weekend sucks!) I was so tired yet, people in the hallway were loud enough to wake me up. (3) We booked / asked for two double beds and yet the cheeky person at the desk said sorry we are booked and we only have a king / sofa bed. (sofa bed was more like trampoline) -- Based on previous reviews, I can tell you they have most of the king beds and sofa and less rooms with double beds available to the guests. it was UNCOMFORTABLE. at one point decided to give it up and leave and find another one. Then you think of security, you can see lot of people hanging outside the hotel, its very seedy and would never recommend this place to a family. (4) TV - everything is highly priced - twelve dollars for kids programs really ? and the remote works sometime and sometimes it doesnt . Very frustrating. Its def. not a 3 star hotel, it should be placed between one and two so that folks dont get confused. Overall Experience is HORRIBLE. Wouldnt recommend this to any good soul who is looking for a good night of sleep/rest. Stay away Lees meer

My direction were horrible Helcomb bridge Rd is the key. The room was clean but no mic or frig with lowest rate. The walls are thin not much sound buffing. But over all 4 out of 5.

The room we book was for two double beds. The room we got was a king bed. There was three people. We asked for a roll away and were told there no more available. They also said that they did not recieve the information that I wanted a room with double bedsor that there were three people in the party. I find this hard to believe.

The hotel staff was wonderful--with directions and taking time to satisfy needs. The meals were great from room service to dining in. Great visit.
