Netjes, keurige badkamers, vriendelijk personeel, prima ontbijt

Excellent hotel... wonderful stay. Good value for money. Very clean.

My husband and I (late 20s) loved the hotel. Decent variety of breakfast, coffee/tea in the room, good size closet, hardwood floors, cute bathroom- more spacious than most European ones. The concierge was very helpful. There is wifi and computers just past the lobby. The beds were decent- not too hard but not soft either. The hotel is by the tram which […] was very convenient, but it was still rather out of the way. About a 20 minutes ride to the metro stop where you switch to get to the city center. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel but if we go back to Milan we agreed we would rather pay the extra money to be closer to the city center since that's where we spent most of our time. Lees meer

Our hotel bath(shower)leaked water every time we showered,causing water everywhere in bathroom area. We asked hotel to organise taxi to Malpansa a/port & also asked if other people going to a/port that day that maybe we could share. It was a cost of 90euro!!($130approx) We were told "no" not possible. When we got to a/port we found that there were several […] other Aussies that had also stayed at our hotel that were on the same flight as us. Great Hotel for the value. Breakfast is great. Service and accommodations are fantastic. However, far from city center and city life. Nothing to see by the Hotel.

Myself and my girlfriend have just returned from a 3 night stay and cannot say more than that the reception staff were fantastic, very friendly and very helpful.The hotel was very clean and modern,continental breakfast was really nice,we managed to get a room change after 1st night to a room with a jacuzzi (free of charge) house keeping even moved our […] luggage while we were out sightseeing.The location was excellent too, trams nd buses stopping just outside hotel, to most attractions. Room, service, and service were quite good. Location is suburban commercial/industrial. Hotel parking is not conducive to in and out use. Need to have transportation (public or private) to access any of the major sites in Milan.

This hotel is easy to get to if you know how. Take the train from the airport to the Cadorna station. Get off here and go out the front door of the station and go down the stairs to the subway. Take the green line 1 stop to Lanza, (buy a tram ticket at the tabaco shop-an all day ticket is 3 euros) and go up to the street level. The #14 tram stop is […] right outside of the station. Look for the structure by the tracks on the side of the tracks by the station. Take the # 14 tram 3 or 4 stops passed Piazza Firenze. The hotel will be on the right hand side and the entrance faces the way the tram is going. The stop is right across the street from the hotel entrance. The ride on the tram from the hotel to the tourist sites in Milan is about 20 min. This is a nice hotel with a good breakfast buffet. It has free wi fi but you have to ask at the desk for the code. We were given 1 hour of wi-fi to start. We had to go back down and get more time. We asked for 24 hours and this was more than enough time as it tracks how long you are on. Be aware that if you have and early morning flight out of Milan that the tram does not start until around 6 am. We had a 9:30 am flight so had to take a taxi to the train station so we could catch the airport train that leaves every 30 min. The taxi ride to the train station was 27 euros. There is a nice Italian restaurant across the main street from the hotel and to the right. It is next to a take out pizza place. It was open every night even when others are closed. We were the only tourists eating there and we saw many family groups come in to eat as we ate there several nights. Lees meer

Hotel is clean and reasonably priced, if not hugely spacious, it is in an ok position with easy access, via trams to main railway station. Staff helpful i.e. assisting with directions and organising taxi's etc.We only stayed for a short break but impressed enough with what we saw, to write a review, definitely worth considering.

The Hotel was very nice. You need 15-20 minutes to the city center, but the price was very good for a 4 star Hotel. The Hotel was very clean, very nice and frendly personel. You can park on the street without paying anything. Public transportation is also not far away.

Very good value for money. Rooms very clean. However, a little bit far from the center of the city. You need about 15 minutes with car.

Directions to the hotel were difficult: it was hard to find a tram / subway map in the main railway station. Once there on an overpriced taxi, it is easy to negotiate. You need to get the Number 14 tram which takes you right to the door. While the location is not great, about 30 minutes by tram from the centre, the hotel itself is definitely worth returning to and we will go back. The hotel is good for its price, however not so impressive as a four star hotel. Anyway the service is quite good, and helpful. This hotel is a great value for the money. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The tram was right across the street, and could take you downtown. There were some good restaurants nearby. The rooms were even pretty large, and beds comfortable.

I could hear my neighbors breath.

My family and soon to be wife were stopping by Milan to take care of some paperwork for our wedding in Italy. This Hotel was in a perfect location and the staff was amazing. The made several phone calls and faxes for us and did not charge a cent. They were extremely eager to help out in any way. Our room was clean and was very affordable. Checked out of hotel mirage in milan, italy and wanted to leave our bags to see city. they said no problem, we'll store them in back. we came back and the inside of our bags were dishelved as if someone had gone through them. sure enough my friends ipod and my shaver gone. spoke to the front desk and they said they wouldnt do such a thing and that they […] couldnt help us. call the police is what they had to offer. we left because our train was leaving. We stayed at the Mirage for 1 night as the last leg of our holiday in Tuscany. The hotel itself is situated right at the tram stop which takes you into the heart of Milan. The journey took around 30mins but was pleasant enough. If you have a car with you, be very careful where you park it outside as our car was lifted by the Police (the no parking […] signs are not very clear for all to see). Our room was spacious enough and v.clean with a good comfortable bed. Our room at the front of the hotel was a bit noisy so If I stayed there again, I would definitely ask for a room at the back of the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly too and helped us out a lot re getting our car back from the pound. The breakfast buffet was great and had something for everyone. The only downside to the hotel are the prostitutes who 'walk' the street but keep themselves to themselves. As we were only walking from the tram stop to the hotel this wasnt a problem. Lees meer

We really enjoyed staying at the Mirage. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The breakfast was wonderful. The tram stops in from of the hotel and takes you straight to Duomo.

A little bit away from the center of the hotel but good price for the amenities including breakfast. The rooms have been modernized and worth the trip

The service at the Mirage was outstanding. All of the front desk staff was very helpful and curtious. Most of them speak English, which is a huge plus for English only tourists. Vi var 8 venner på tur til Milan for shopping og fotball. Meget fornøyd med hotellet i forhold til prisen vi betalte. Hyggelig personale, og god service. Ligger 5 km utenfor sentrum av byen, så det er ikke mulig å gå til sentrum, men med trikk og taxi fungerte det bra for oss. Rent og fint på rommet. Anbefaler hotellet.

Mycket trevlig hjälpsam personal.

Meget bra hotell, i gangavstand til San Siro, 40 min. Hyggelig betjening, rent,god frukost. En del trafikk i området rundt hotellet, ellers har man både et stort kjøpesenter og massevis av lokale pizzarestauranter rett i lokalmiljøet. Perfekt om du planerar fotbollsresa till San Siro, gångavstånd ca 2 km. Spårvagnen till centrum och el Domo går precis utanför Hotellet. Hotellet säljer dessutom dagsbiljetter till spårvagnen. Vi fick bra rekommendationer till restauranger. Alltid hjälpsam personal dygnet runt. Rekommenderar hotellet varmt.

Ottimo servizio reception, gentili e disponibili. Otttimo ristorante esterno ma vicino, molto ben posizionati per la fiera Milano City e Milano Rho e l'autostrada.

Buona posizione per la Fiera Milano Rho. Confortevole e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo...... Consigliato .

Hôtel agréable et bien tenu. Personnel affable mais très éloigné du centre et d'un métro. Il faut compter plus d'une demie-heure en tram ligne 14 pour rejoindre la place de la cathêdrale. Si le tram est en grêve cet hôtel est coupé du monde.

Hotel muy comodo, habitaciones comodos. Muy buena relacion precio/calidad

Hyffsat nära San Siro. Det går att gå vilket tar lika lång tid som att försöka byta spårvagn på olika platser. Det samma gäller tunnelbanan, Anslutningar till flygplatser blir en dyr taxiresa. Hotellets utlovade fasta pris stämmer ej med taxibolagens.

Prisvärt och lagom hotell. Mycket fin italiensk frukost. Fina små rum. Nära spårvagn direkt till city. 45 minuters promenad till san siro, vilket var vårt mål med resan. Bra service i receptionen.

Mycket trevligt, personalen väldigt hjälpsamma och serviceminded, rent och fräscht överallt. Frukostbuffèn var toppen. Har inga klagomål. Kan varmt rekommendera detta till andra.
