Aanrader voor iedereen. een appartement van huis weg. Heerlijk buiten op balkon gegeten. staat van onderhoud is uitstekend. Innkeeper erg vriendelijk. Wij hadden de Inn voor ons alleen en t was fantastisch. goede service. alles schoon. Wij komen terug. Vlakbij centrum van indianapolis en in het historisch district. prachtig!!!!

Dit hotel ligt vlaak bij een snelweg en er is voldoende (gratis) parkeergelegenheid. De opzet is vrij ruim. Kamers zijn erg groot en zijn bijzonder schoon. Punt van kritiek is dat mijn badkamerdeur tot 2 keer toe vergrendelde en ik er van buitenaf niet meer in kon. De dienstdoende concierge sprak onverstaanbaar en gaf mij du schuld. Bij de 2e keer ging de deur helemaal niet meer open en kreeg ik midden in de nacht een andere kamer. Het overige personeel was erg vriendelijk.

"The Hampton Inn Castleton, IN-great experience"
I expected issues when checking in because that is my typical experience with other hotels. We had no issues checking in. It literally took less than five minutes. The only reason I gave the overall experience a "4" is because their was no meat provided for breakfast. No bacon. No sausage. I have stayed at other hotels with better continental breakfast. "Helpful staff"
The hotel is not exactly in the garden spot of Indy with being at the interesetion of an Interstate and major East West street, but the front desk staff really went out of their way to give us directions, open-up the doors on the pool wall, and to call the 1-800# for Hilton for us to check on a question with regards to my Hilton Honors card.
"shopping in Indy"
Good hotel. We had a suit and the AC unit was in the "living room" area. Without a fan to circulate the air the living room was cool and the bed room was kind of warm.

"Great locaton, nice place"
We stayed with our children for the weekend. The room was well maintained and clean, the pool was a bit cold buut after talking with management the water temp was increased. All the fast food you could want was a few minutes drive from the hotel and a nice burger place is only a few feet from the front door. The breakfast area was well stocked and kept […] clean. If you want to be in the Castleton area and stay in a nice, clean place, the Hampton Inn is a great choice. It has been recently renovated, and looks and feels great. I highly recommend.

The indoor pool was like ice water, the price was too much for what the hotel had to offer. We had 3 people with a sleeper sofa and a king bed. The sleeper had no sheets or blanket. We requested these items and had to call back and waited over an hour being told they didn't have any clean and had to wash some and then bring them up !!! What??? I have stayed here in the past during the Indiana State Fair for 4-H and the staff is always very nice and I noticed that the rooms have been updated and I like the layout of the room better with the closet (wardrobe) attached to the desk. "For the money"
Hotel was OK for a lastminute stay. Breakfast was ok for being free so i will never complain about that. pool was clean and staff delivered fresh clean towels when the pool area ran out.The hotel was next to the highway so that made it nice to get in and out of the area which had lots of shopping and places to dine. Location was great for getting to our locations. Easy access to bypass and other inter-states. Short drive to shopping centers. A little noisy due to location right next to the interstate. But very convenient. Front desk was very courteous and helpful.

"Nice pool"
The pool room looked like a fun place to be--I didn't have time to use it, but it was a nice sort of atrium-style room with tall windows. The breakfast area was nice and roomy with plenty of tables and elbow room. It wasn't the most compact hotel--I checked in at one end and had to walk down two separate halls to get to my room. "Concert Night"
Love staying at this hotel when we are in town for concert. Convient location and staff is very nice. Bed spreads were "lumpy" but all in all nice stay!

"ok for the money"
it was a fine hotel, but when somebody used the blow drier at night the breaker for our room blew and we were in the dark. they couldnt get it turned on because no staff there was capable of doing it so we had to get all our stuff in the dark and switch rooms. kinda a pain but oh well.

The only thing that would have made our stay perfect is if the room had not had its odor. It was like the carpet had just been cleaned and it wasn't dry yet. We kept the air conditioning turned on in an attempt to circulate the air and dry it out.
