Ramada Limited Salt Lake City Utah in Salt Lake City

A huge feeling and need for scratching my head awoke me at around 2:15 am and could not go back to sleep for another 2 hours due to this. At around 3 am, I called the reception and told them what had happened insisting that they should check the pillows and bed in the morning because I think they might have a bed bugs problem. All I heard from the reception […] was that "it is weird because we have never experienced this problem before on any room" (obviously they will not confess if they did have a bed bugs problem before). The overall cleanliness looked decent, but I think this hotel is a 2 star at best, not a 2.5 or 3 star. I will definitely not go back to this hotel due to what I experienced. Lees meer

the hotel was nice. the pool was pretty old and needed the bottom cleaned, stains from the drain. rooms were nice and comfortable.

When I saw the price for the hotel, I was pleased. But the location of the hotel was not great, neither was the actually hotel itself. It just had a very cheap, dirty feel to it. I did not feel safe or comfortable here. The staff member assisting us had trouble checking us in and checking us out, and had to call other people to help figure out what […] to do. We had wanted to swim and sit in the hot tub, but the pool smelled so strongly of chlorine that I didn't want to get it. The hot tub was lukewarm and looked extremely dirty. The pictures on the website are much nicer than the actual hotel. I could have stayed atthe red lion or little america for 20 dollars more.

Traveling with work often I have seen a wide variety of hotel offerings. This Ramada had a great breakfast, very helpful staff, nice rooms, too many pillows, and a good price. This is not a posh resort for 500$ a night, its a good priced hotel with excellent staff and everything you could need.

Ramada Limited is not to be recommended, bad service from the management, very bad service.

Rooms are bare. Neighborhood is questionable. Hotel feels outdated. I stayed here on a recommendation from a client. I would not choose this hotel again.

The overal experience was good. However, most of the staff were not friendly, and the cleanliness of the swimming pool was very poor!

We were very disappointed in the service. The room was clean and in a good location (right next to interstate and we were traveling thru). About 5:30 a.m. the people above us were running water and it started coming up the drain of our bathroom sink and flooded the bathroom. We called the front desk to report the problem and they told us to just throw […] towels on the floor to absorb it. They only had 1 person at the front desk and couldn't leave to see if they could resolve the flood. When we checked out at 6:05 there were two women at the front desk and when we had called we talked to a man. Also the TV would not switch channels - we were stuck on TV Land - good thing we were just wanting to sleep there! Basically because of the flooded bathroom we weren't able to use the bathroom facilities and were very disappointed in the hotels response. Lees meer

We stayed here the night before an early morning flight. The neighborhood was not the best but it was right off the highway, so convenient. Friendly and helpful front desk. They responded to our request for a crib promptly. Free wifi. Good, standard hotel breakfast, open early. Bathroom could use a touch up, but comfy bed and good space.

With an awesome free breakfast and free internet, the room was well worth the price we paid. The service was great. We only had one problem with someone next door shouting at 2am but that was quickly taken care of and could happen anywhere. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The only complaint I have, and it's kind of a big one, is that my room was insanely hot and despite turning on the A/C full blast, it never kicked on and as a result I got almost no sleep at all. I could have slept better in the cold, out in my vehicle.

Wonderful place to stay, the staff was so helpful and were there to help us with every need we had. We would stay there again if we had a need to go to Salt Lake City in the future!

Condition boarders on a bad neighborhood. Friends were surprised we were staying there and stated that if we heard gun shots to move out and come to their house.

desk personel very helpful & nice. Even though there was no in room refrigerator staff offered to refrigerate anything we needed. Breakfast was sufficient, nothing fancy but good. Room was comfortable & very quiet. Would return & recommend.

We got there 4 hours before regular check-in time but the front desk manager was kind enough to get the room cleaned and ready and let us check-in early, which we greatly appreciated since we had 3 small children in our party. The room furniture seemed a little miss matched, but that didn't really matter. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom […] was awesome, and the size of the suite very sufficient. The hotel staff was always very kind and willing to get things done in a timely fashion. The location was very convenient for what we wanted to do. Everything about this hotel was GREAT! The bedds where Sooo Confortable that as soon as you sat on them tou would fall asleep right away! the Staff was very friendly and would go out of their way to acomadate you in any way they could! The hotle just had Great rooms for the money we payed.

We upgraded to a suite one hour before arriving - at a very reasonable price! It was less expensive to get a suite with an extra (sofa) bed and roll away bed than to reserve an additional room, which was just what we needed. Staff: Thank you for your professionalism and stepping in as photographer so we could take family pictures by the fireplace.

This hotel was just off the freeway, so was good for the tired driver not wanting to figure out how to get to the hotel. KFC next door was handy if you like that sort of food. Neighborhood was iffy, so no outside exercise for us. Jacuzzi was functional but not hot (98?) and breakfast was adequate. Bed was usbstandard with one thin blanket. One of the best hotels we stayed at during this trip. The location is convenient to downtown and while there was some freeway construction going on, it did not disrupt us. Also, we did not notice freeway noise even though the hotel is right next to it. Room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was excellent with yogurt, fresh fruit, muffins and […] cereal. Also there was a spacious lobby in which to eat it, something not always present in some hotels. The only thing that could have made it better was a refrigerator in the room. I booked this hotel by accident, instead of the airport Ramada. I will say, though, that upon arrival, I was checked in and in my room within about two minutes. Checkout a few hours later was just as painless. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly; a great place to stay if you happen to need a hotel in that area of town.

The hotel is older and not in the best area. The room they gave us had not been cleaned but they corrected it immediately and followed up to make sure our new room was clean. The beds were very comfortable, water pressure in shower was great and pool was warm but could have been cleaner. Very doubtful I'd stay there again due to condition and location […] of hotel.
