The room was fine except I was surprised to find no air conditioning. Not a problem; the windows open. Unfortunately street noise then made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast options were excellent. Generally, I found staff responsive but rather detached, but I usually stay at smaller hotels.

I chose the hotel based on the price. I know Vienna is a city with an amazing public transportation system, so it did not bug me that we were not in the city center. As it turns out, we were about 2 blocks away from the metro, which is a quick walk. Also, near our hotel was a supermarket (Sparmart, I think) near an Indian restaurant, as well as some […] small cafe near the metro. The rooms were big & comfortable. It was quiet at night. The bed was comfy. If I stayed there again, though, I would bring my own pillow. The wi-fi in the lobby worked, and there was a computer for public use on the 1st floor. I would recommend this hotel. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. My safe did not work and they transferred me to another room within minutes, even though the hotel was booked due to a conference. I forgot some personal valuables in the room after checkout, phoned them from the airport and my stuff was in a tracked shipment the same day. No in-room thermostat A/C control, had to keep windows open during the night due to heat. Wireless internet slow and hard to navigate beyond "accept conditions" screen. This hotel is at a very convenient location from the conference center (2 metro stations away, 20 min walking distance) and a few stops away from downtown Vienna. One problem is air-conditioning that is not quite good. I was lucky that July 2011 wasn't so hot, but during one day that was, it was somewhat uncomfortable. If you are looking for a hotel in the city center this is not it. But it is in a convenient location, shops and restaurants within a five minute walk. Under-ground (subway) about two blocks away to all tourist locations. The subway in Vienna is very easy to use. The hotel staff was very helpful with all questions. This hotel, while clean and comfortable, is out of the way. You have to walk out a couple of blocks just to get to the subway. Parking is in front of the hotel, but you have to get two hour tickets from tobacco shops between 9 and 10 and then after that you can park on the street without having to pay. Hotel was nice, staff was helpful, Only negative is that I did not know there is no air-conditioning. Was not a real issue as the weather was cool during my stay. Hotel is only 4 blocks from subway station which is good as there is only one restaurant in the immediate area and it is next to subway entrance.

While this hotel was easy to find and close to the train I felt it was over priced. First of all it is not in the heart of Vienna and takes a train or bus ride to get anywhere.The exterior of the hotel is very modern but the interior was a bit worn and out of date. This hotel was big and roomy. Clean also. Close to metro like 2 blocks away. Area around hotel is dead not much restaurants nor nightlife. But then again we were out sightseeing so we didn't stay in hotel often except to sleep. However close to convenience store to get water.

The hotel was close to downtown and all the sights. Local transportation was close. 25 minutes to airport.

quiet neighborhood away from most tourist sites but good for convention center access.

good hotel, not obvious how to get there from U Bahn station but very close to station and city centre and quite quiet

Very nice hotel but the air conditioning was really poor. Small vent in top corner of the room which didn't emit much cool air and was very noisy.

Et super godt hotel, med god service og komfort. Der er ikke langt til nærmeste U-bahn, ligesom afstanden til city ikke er mere en en frisk gåtur (ca. 1,5 km.) Desværre kan man ikke spise på hotellet, og nabolaget omkring hotellet, er ret kedeligt, mht. spisning findes ikke det store udvalg, kun to restauranter, hvor den ene er en slags cafe, og den […] anden, tysk/italiensk. Wir waren absolut zufrieden, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, ruhige Lage, nicht weit von der U-Bahn gelegen - lediglich das Frühstück war uns zu teuer, wir haben in der Innenstadt in einem gemütlichen Kaffeehaus um die Hälfte gefrühstückt.

Wir fanden das Hotel super gelegen ist, sehr sauber war und das Personal überaus freundlich!!! Ach ja, das Frühstück sehr sehr lecker! Wir hatten auch unseren Sohn mit 7 Monaten mit dem gefiel es auch sehr:-) Alles in allem, ein super Hotel wenn man in Wien eine paar Tage verbringen möchte, auch mit Kind!

Vraiment excentré, hôtel peu accueillant, service perfectible au restaurant pour le petit déjeuner, beaucoup de personnel, mais peu efficace et vraiment pas tourné vers le client. Le buffet propose néanmoins un large choix. Tout est en libre service, même le café. Chambre surchauffée, vieille TV, une couette qui ne recouvre pas la totalité du lit ! Schlechtes Bett, schlechte Kissen, dafür vom Putzdienst um halb 9 geweckt. Sehr unzufrieden.

L'hotel si trova vicino alla fermata della metropolitana che è a 4 fermate dal centro città. Anche l'autobus di città passa a poche decine di metri dall'albergo. Il quartiere non l'ho visitato perchè non sembrava interessante, ma la zona è piena di verde, tranquilla e silenziosa.

Tutto veramente bene da discutere i cuscini in camera da letto a mio avviso molto scomodi il prezzo per una colazione un po troppo alto considerando che generalmente nel prezzo globale della stanza dovrebbe essere inclusa ottima la posizione con una sola fermata di metro si e in pieno centro e vienna fantastica prenotate e buon viaggio

Schade ist, dass das Frühstück nochmals 15 Euro pro Person kostet, was es nicht wert ist.

The hotel is close to Donau, and you find both a grocery store and several restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are very ordinary hotel rooms. For internet you get a cable to plug in (no wireless except in the lobby). The bathroom has a bathtub and the toilet are seperate rooms. All in all we were satisfied with the hotel.
