FANTASTIC LOCATION! GREAT HOTEL, WONDERFUL SERVICE. WE HAD A GREAT 4 DAY STAY! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOVELY HOTEL.

This hotel has a very good location. The atmosphere of the hotel is friendly and staff ready to help you. The interior has everything you need for a short stay and the hotel room is comfortable and answers to your needs. I would strongly recommend this hotel in one of Rome's cutest area.

The Hotel Condotti takes you back to a time when service was important. You can't get a better location. Just a couple of blocks from the Spanish Steps. Quaint cobblestone streets... too small for cars and people, but they do it anyway. Surrounded by incredible restaurants, artesian shops and all sorts of shopping. Be careful of some of the night tours...the […] one we took was awful. They hardly stopped at any of the major sights...just whizzed by in the bus. We spent a couple of nights in the annex building, and it was just what we needed. The room was attractive and clean and the price was very reasonable. We were able to take the train from the airport, switch to the Metro, and easily walk to the hotel from the Metro station. The hotel is also in easy walking distance of plenty of good tourist stuff...food...sights, […] etc. The staff was pleasant and helpful...all in all...a good stay. Lees meer

The hotels location is great for walking to all the sights of Rome, and the reception staff are very helpful indeed. We booked a last minute deal and got one of the last rooms available. While clean and tidy it was not that great, however we did not book to stay in the room and had a great time helped by the staff. There are literally hundreds of places […] to eat from outside the front door to 3mins away. We felt the area was clean and secure and would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a short break in Rome without breaking the bank. Lees meer

NIce hotel, great breakfast, clean rooms, good location in Rome in the Piazza di Spagna neighborhood. Nice restaurant next door. Other than the mgr. being a little cranky and stressed, I would recommend.

The Hotel Condotti is a wonderful way to experience Rome. The hotel offers terrific service and the rooms are very romantic. Ours had a balcony overlooking a small very picturesque street. A wonderful experience!

First room very small. Second one was for 3 people so better. Very loud street. Hot as they had turned air conditioning off for winter.

Wonderful hotel, stayed there 3 nights. great location. Only drawback was the size of the room, very, very, small. I think they have bigger rooms than the one We had, and would ask for that next time.

This is the second time I've stayed at the Hotel Condonti and will stay at this hotel again when traveling to Rome. Very convienient.

they send us to another building not in the hotel we did not like it.

Great concierge

Very happy with the room and breakfast although the view out our room window was not so great and it does not have a sitting area in a courtyard. Called reception a couple of times, re shower curtain and bottle openner and they responded quite quickly.

They were not really interested in helping me with locating a means of transport to Mariana Malitimo on the coast to meet up with freinds... They struggled with the English language and a one stage i was told that they were not there as a concierge.. so i headed back to my computer with my tail between my legs, it did cost me a day of valuable time […] with my friends.. I thought that as a point of contact for a new traveller to Italy that they could have been far more helpful... Don't expect any assistance from the front desk...!!!! Lees meer

Hotel is in a great location. It is clean, but the room we had was a tad small and needed renovation. Bathroom was almost as large as the room. Overall I would recommend, but don't expect luxury, just convenience.

This hotel is very close to the Spanish Steps and easy to find. It's also within walking distance for Trevi Fountain and convenient to subway. Nice breakfast is included also free internet access & staff can arrange private tours of Vatican, etc.

We were in a room around the corner from the Main Hotel, No problems our bags were taken for us, very quiet ( as this is a busy area ) Walked around to Main Hotel for a very good breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Condotti. The staff were very helpful and we loved the breakfast buffet in the morning, which got us off to a great start. Since our daughter was with us, we stayed at the Condotti Annex right around the corner, which was very comfortable and a nice size room for the three of us. The location was the best - right […] near the Spanish Steps and close to all the action in Rome. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the Hotel Condotti to all our family and friends. Lees meer

The location is perfect and the rooms are what are promised. I added the room at the last moment as I arrived early and so paid an enormous amount. But I will say: free fast internet in my room, clean, comfortable bed, quiet. good breakfast, professional good English speaking staff. I was on a grant so willing to pay a bit more for location, but I still […] prefer the friendly mom and pop places where you meet others for far less money. Superb location, close to everything. Many good restaurants in the surroundings and the best shopping stores just meters away. Rooms are a bit small but this is common in Rome and with so many interesting places to see, you do not have too much time to spend in the room.

The hotel Condotti is a nice little hotel in a PERFECT LOCATION, literally one block from the Spanish Steps and minutes away from the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc. The rooms are small by United States standards but average size for a 3 star hotel in Europe. Paula was extremely cheerful and helpful with tips on places to see and eat, etc. & the price […] was extremely reasonable given the great location of the hotel. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome, as long as you aren't trying to fit more than 2 people to the room. Anyway, you plan to spend more time in the city than the room and if you want to be in a prime location to site see, then the Hotel Condotti is the place to be. Lees meer

The hotel condotti has Annexe accomodation in a different street to the hotel, so watch out! If you think you are staying in a hotel and you are booked into the 'annexe', you are in a hostel style accomodation.

Not the cheapest but certainly a GREAT location. Just a bock from the Spanish steps, felt very safe coming and going at night. Very clean and tidy, a well extablished professional hotel. Included breakfast was a bonus. Thanks very much!

Great location and a good, clean, hotel. Rooms are tine, made me feel like a giant. We had a great balcony but it was too cold to use it. Breakfast is utterly missable. However, great location makes up for everything else.

we enjoyed our stay in Rome the hotel was close to all the amenties there were plenty of cafe and restaurants nearby. It was a convenient location for seeing the the sight of Rome. The room was small but clean and adequate and the hotel staff were really helpful and pleasant

The price of the hotel room was excellent for the location of the area, but I didn’t know till after booking that I booked their Annex location. Hence the lower price, but my wife and I were very pleased with the Annex room for the price. When we arrived at the hotel, our room wasn’t ready yet, but the short haired woman (Paula (or Paola) not sure of […] the spelling) saw how tired we were and gave us a better room (this was prior to the check in time). Hotel Condotti is a charming hotel in a fantastic location. On one of the many quaint cobblestoned streets surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops, the hotel did not disappoint. The rooms are generous in size and clean. Literally steps from the "Spanish Steps"!! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!!

Angelo at the hotel was invaluable. We asked him about a gelateria, pizza place and he directed us to the best restaurant we went to in Sangalla. Anything we wanted he was there to help out. The guy downstairs with the daily breakfast was great too. The room was a normal smaller European room, but it was all we needed. It was clean and the bathroom […] was clean and very nice. The hotel is right around the corner from the Spanish Steps and the streets surrounding the hotel are filled with wonderful places to eat. The free morning breakfast was wonderful, homemade croissants, Italian breakfast cake, and the most beautiful cappucino's with a heart in the center.

The hotel is situated a street away from the Spanish Steps and a short walking distance to Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. The staff are pleasant, the rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

The hotel is very nice and charming. Location is excellent. Rooms are spacious and comfy. They have free WIFI. I could even find a space to park our car at a near by street paying only 8 euros a day. Angelo at the reception desk was a true angel helping us out with all our questions. I would definetly stay here again when I come back to Rome.

They were unapologetic about the elevator being broken. I was staying on the 4th floor and had to climb this everyday. They have plenty of time to alert guests but they chose not to do so. The room was also very small, bed not very comfortable. Good points was that shower was decent, location was good, and air conditioning was functioning. Breakfast […] was pretty bad. Canned fruit, coffee from a machine. Not worth the money to stay here, can find other hotels in same price range with much better rooms and services. Lees meer

We stayed in the annex around the corner. Hotel room was a bit small but perfect compared to other places I have stayed. AMAZING location. Spanish steps is literally half a block away!

I was nervous about traveling alone in Rome but I lucked out with Hotel Condotti. The location of the hotel was perfect for me with a lot of options for food and shopping nearby. The location of the Hotel Condotti is great!! Easy access to the metro and in a great area for walking. The Spanish steps are close by and there is plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was clean and well furnished -small as European rooms are. The bathroom looked like it had been redone recently. Our room was in the additional building […] not the main hotel and is was a flight of stairs up to the rooms - also typical in Europe. Didn't have a problem with the noise we had read about, but perhaps the time of year makes a difference. Would definately stay again. Might be on the small side if you were there for a week or more. My husband and I had the famous room 310 which is their smallest. It was not at all bad!!! The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good, the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The location is around the corner from the Spanish Steps which made walking everywhere delightful.More important since I stayed at the end of Aug. The AC worked […] great!!!! We were given a room in another building around the corner from the main building. It was up a flight of stairs to get to the room....no elevator. The staff was very nice and as accomadating as they could be. The breakfast was nice. The location is excellent. The hotel is old.

I would highly recommend Hotel Condotti. The location is great, just steps from the Spanish Steps. There are lots of great little restaurants and cafes surrounding the hotel. I stayed in their building which is a few doors away from the main hotel for a room with 2 beds and the option of a 3rd bed which is a futon. You have to walk up a flight of stairs […] (no elevator). I was happy to be at this location because it was a pretty large room for a european hotel and at a pretty low price (My friends were in the main hotel and had a very small room which is expected for the price). The hotel porter took my bag up for me so I didn't mind the stairs and appreciated the extra space. We had 2 people but could have fit in another friend. The air conditioning was really good which was much appreciated on a hot August day. The bathroom was very clean and updated and also pretty roomy. The hotel staff was very helpful. The included breakfast was a wonderful surprise. Freshly brewed cafe made by a lovely lady that sang in a operatic voice when she made our coffee. Good pastries, cereals, and meats and cheeses were available at the breakfast bar. I would definately recommend this hotel because very good value for the money and very comfortable. Lees meer

We have stayed in many hotels worldwide, would definately return to this one. Good breakfast, very clean rooms and friendly welcome, all in a lovely area.

O HOtel é super bem localizado em um lugar seguro, muito próximo da via Condoti a rua com as melhores lojas de Roma, a 100m de Piazza di Spagna e próximo de todas as melhores atrações. O hotel é confortável e limpo. Na minha opinião vale a pena.
