Het is inderdaad een uitstekend hotel, ook al had ik maar de "city view" het was memorabel. Mijn beste verblijf ooit in een hotel en het is dus wel echt de 5 sterren waard. Duur ja, maar dat zijn ook heel wat andere hotels en dat met veel minder kwaliteit. Heel wat bezienswaardigheden in wandelafstand. Ook heel mooie reductie via hotels.com.

The boston harbor hotel is a little pricey, but absolutely worth it. one of my top 3 hotels i've stayed in worldwide

The Boston Harbor is a special hotel. The service across all the areas we interacted with was just superb. Over and above this they are located in special surroundings - at the Rowes Wharf

I can not say enough positive things about our stay. We came to watch the Pittsburgh Penguins play the Boston Bruins and ended up in the midst of the city being locked down. It made no negative impact on our trip though. The hotel was beyond accomodating, from the pleasant doormen to the concierge that found restaurants nearby that were open despite […] the lock-down. The hotel rooms were cleaned twice a day; the views were spectacular and was walking distance to every site in the city. No need for public transit. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The gym was wonderful as well. The trainer brought ice-cold water soaked towels for us to put on our necks during our runs on the treadmill. Lees meer

Great hotel, one of the best and most comfortable rooms I've had in a while. Didn't know it would be a suite, which was an added bonus. Very convenient to waterfront business district. Not sure how it would be for a tourist. Would recommend it highly.

everything at this hotel was done just so right. My wife stated that it was the best hotel outside of Asia, that we have ever stayed in and I have to agree. Classy furnishing, lovely location and attentive staff.

Although this hotel is in the Financial District, it's still within walking distance to the Back Bay area, and very close to the North End. We were in Boston for the AFC Championship, so the fact that it was a short walk to South Station to catch the train to the game was a bonus. The hotel is beautiful, and our king room had a large, beautifully furnished […] sitting area. The bathroom and dressing/hair/ make-up areas are separate and very spacious. We stayed over Thanksgiving holiday, the hotel and staff were exceptional. They were helpful and surprised us for our wedding anniversary with champagne and some goodies. We would definitely come back the next time we travel to Boston.

This hotel is excellent. The staff make it superb. Everyone single one of them is professional to an extremely high degree. I was alone and dined in the restaurant a couple of times - they almost immediately picked up on my needs and the level of service I wanted. The only problem I had was that I found the wifi unreliable, particularly in the bar. […] For a 5* hotel, I'd expect better quality wifi. However, once I pointed this out to staff (together with the TV not working properly) I was almost immediately moved to a new (bigger and better!) room. There can be no where better in Boston to stay. Excellent service in a high quality hotel. All rooms are well equiped and have city or harbour views. The hotel appears much larger than it is and so ables to offer that personal service. Staff are utstanding and nothing is a problem. Concierge Team say "consider it done".

I had planned a trip a few weeks before at a different hotel, spent twice as much, and it wasn't even half as nice as The Boston Harbor Hotel. Wish I had booked that trip here. My boyfriend and I came to stay and just have a few days in Boston, this hotel couldn't have been more perfect!! We don't have tons of money, but this hotel is worth every penny. The […] staff is super nice and accommodating. We felt very welcome. Our room was super nice and clean, awesome bathroom with his/hers toiletries. We had a great view of the harbor. The TV was small, but we didn't come here to watch TV, so that was OK. Room service food was a little pricey, we didn't indulge in room service, we were so close to awesome restaurants we didn't need to. We didn't try any of the hotel restaurants or bars, but they did smell good and seemed to have good crowds. Room came with a fridge, total plus!! The pool and spa were great as well, with fully equipped locker rooms. Security after hours so not just anyone can walk into the hotel, or on the elevators after midnight. Very nice! Totally close to everything, walking distance to North End, Aquarium, Quincey Market, Chinatown. Parking was very close and reasonable. My only "complaint" is that the elevators smelt of "old lady perfume". Could have been an old lady in there before us, who knows. Not a big deal. Overall, a great place to stay and enjoy your time in Boston. It's a great place for couples, business people, and families. Lees meer

The Boston Harbor is in a great location and is not far from all the things to do in Boston. It is away from the busy centre which is a benefit. Easy access to all parts of Boston.The hotel ambience is excellent but be prepared for expensive meals. When looking for a hotel location is also important and this hotel has it all. Not only is the food, service, and quality of the staff important but the location to access all forms of transportation was excellent. Boston Harbor Hotel made our Boston vacation excellent. The location was very good from the water taxi access to/from the airport, the nearby convenience of tour trolleys and water tours, and the nearby access to the subway to popular destinations. The biggest help was the friendly, informed staff at the concierge staff. They booked tours, restaurants, […] theatres, etc for us. We took their phone number with us around town and would call to say "We're in Little Italy; where should we eat dinner?"! And the comfy bed was the perfect place to rest after busy days of touring! Boston Harbor offered a wonderful location for us to explore the city an it's history. The proximity to the wharf made it inevitable that we would Akers to the sea. From the boat as we left the harbor for the whale watching trip the hotel was a landmark on the sea front as it must be for those arriving by boat from the airport. Loved our stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel! The (deluxe harbor view) room was very spacious, clean and elegantly furnished. Bed was extremely comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful touches designed to enhance guests' comfort, such as providing packets of laundry soap and stain remover - also antiseptic hand wipes, handy for use while out & about […] during the day. Twice-daily maid service was great, concierge staff went the extra mile to provide assistance, we felt very pampered throughout our stay. Meritage Restaurant was very good. Location of the hotel is perfect for tourist activities. It wasn't cheap but I definitely felt we got our money's worth and would stay here if I returned to Boston. Lees meer
