Prima hotel met ruime appartement suites (dus echte keuken in kamer), wel veel geluid (in gebouw en op straat). Weinig licht in badkamer, verder prima kamer. Ontbijt wat beperkt maar zeer vriendelijke staff!Midden in het veilige oude centrum, dicht bij musea etc.
Ligging.
Bogota Plaza Summit Hotel bevindt zich in het zakendistrict van Bogota, dicht bij Park 93, Parque Del Chico en Andino Commercial Center. In de buurt liggen ook Hacienda Santa Barbara en Unicentro.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Bogota Plaza Summit Hotel heeft een healthclub, een spabad en een sauna. Een draadloze internetverbinding is gratis beschikbaar in openbare ruimtes. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze 4-sterrenaccommodatie zijn onder andere een businesscentrum, vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en secretariële diensten. Dit hotel biedt diverse eetgelegenheden, zoals 2 restaurants plus een koffiebar/café en een bar/lounge. Gasten krijgen elke ochtend een gratis ontbijt. Het personeel kan op verzoek een conciërgedienst, een huwelijksservice en een cateringdienst voor evenementen regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een spa, een fitnesscentrum en meertalig personeel. Gasten kunnen tegen betaling gebruikmaken van een luchthavenshuttle (op verzoek). Elke kamer biedt uitzicht op de stad. Bogota Plaza Summit Hotel heeft 190 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een minibar en een kluis. Alle bedden hebben een memoryfoam-matras met lakens van Egyptisch katoen. Een kussenkeuzemenu is beschikbaar. Een draadloze snelle internetverbinding is gratis beschikbaar. Elke 32-inch lcd-televisie heeft kabelzenders en een videospeler. Elke accommodatie biedt een bureau, een gratis krant en een telefoon met directe buitenlijn. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een bad/douchecombinatie, make-up / scheerspiegels en een föhn.
Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals hypoallergeen beddengoed en een telefonische wekdienst. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag in rekening worden gebracht.
Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een borgsom in contanten of creditcard voor te leggen.

"Great Hotel but bad location"
Great staff, very nice and quiet rooms, decent gym and fantastic breakfast. They were very creative in inventing additional taxes and contributions (even on the telephone bill) which I succesfully refused to pay. Be careful with the telephone, it costst a fortune. "Bad Service"
I tried to get my key from the front desk, and after showing credentials, she gave it to me AFTER telling me that I told her the wrong room (I repeated it at least 5 times). She continued to argue with me about it, telling me how and why I was wrong until I finally said, "so I was wrong, can I have the key now". -- Bad food, bad service, all for a […] 5-star price... During breakfast, the food was not very good at all. Poorly prepared and tasteless (even the bacon was tasteless and possibly rancid !). - The sliced bread for toast was white, and VERY stale. I asked for wheat bread but they did not have any OR any freash white bread. - Every cup of coffee, was only poured after asking several times...never offered by wait staff. I was only there for one night but the service was excellent, the employees friendly and helpful and the bed and pillow was the most comfortable I can ever remember sleeping on. I asked them the next morning if I could buy one and take back to Canada with me :) The buffet breakfast that was included was outstanding as the food and service were excellent. Un buen hotel con excelente servicio en una localidad muy segura y cerca de restaurantes, centros comerciales, y entretenimiento. Segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel. De cuatro hoteles que e visitado durante los dos últimos anos, este es la mejor opción y el lugar donde me quedare la siguiente vez. O hotel prima pelo bom atendimento. Todos os funcionários se esforçam por atender aos hóspedes com educação, presteza e muita cordialidade. Os dois restaurantes existentes no hotel atendem muito bem e tem cardápio variado. O café da manhã é muito farto e serve frutas variadas, especialmente as regionais com sabores exóticos. Bodde på Bogota Plaza Hotel sist gang jeg var i Bogota. Er veldig godt fornøyd med hotelloppholdet og kan absolutt anbefale det til andre. Ingen ting å utsette noe. Topp service, bra beliggenhet og overhode ingen problem. Bare en liten taxitur unna park93.
