Best Western Dulles Airport in Sterling

Excellent hotel service and complimentary shuttle to Dulles Airport. Decent room, comfortable bed, powerful shower.

Staff of hotel were excellent and very helpful. Shuttle was quick. Room was best of the Best Westerns I have stayed in.

Only one place to eat. Dont care for hotels in industrial parks

Miserable pillows. Unresponsive staff and housekeeping contingent.

As you might expect from its location this hotel had all the facilities needed for our first night in the USA. It was easy to find after picking up our hire car as we had satnav - would have been more difficult otherwise. All the standard things were available and the breakfast was adequate - basic 'continental'.

My accomodations were fine but the breakfast was less than desirable. Cold cereals, etc., only one hot item offered each morning. Considering the amount I paid for the room I expected a little more. I've paid less at other hotels and received a GREAT breakfast. (?)

We stayed at this property for one night after a long plane ride. It was clean. The rooms were on the small side. The free breakfast was not all that exciting, so if breakfast is a big deal for you, then this would not be the place to stay. There are no restaurants around the hotel, so you are kinda stuck there. The noise of the air conditioner was as loud as the engine of an aircraft. If you can manage without air conditions then it is the noise of the highway. However, hotel staff was great.

Would stay there again the only complaint I really had was that the door to the outside was allowing cold air to get inside. But the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

The room was okay and probably worth the price, but the tourists from the buses came in late, apparently with small children. As all parents do, when dealing with numerous and small children, they seemed to be yelling at the top of their voices, something other than English, both late at night and early in the morning. Quick easy check in. Room was nice and comfortable. Great Irish Pub Rest. next door.

Old, worn out rooms. Room doors open to the outside and have poor seals, allow balcony smokers' smoke to come into your room. Below average housekeeping. Noisy Heat/AC. Lots of low-budget travelers and teenager tour groups. Lobby and breakfast area were OK. I stay in lower priced, Dulles area hotels every week. I will not stay there again.

Nothing fancy; but very close to Dulles. Everyone was very nice.

The staff here is great. The location is dissappointing as there was nowhere within walking distance. The rooms were clean but the TV kept cutting off. No amenities here. Tube TV and no wireless in the rooms. Overdue for a remodel.

This hotel represents pretty good value. The rooms are nice and clean, free high-speed internet (the speed was actually really good!) and free decent breakfast. The only thing that I didn't like so much was that the rooms are motel-style accessed from the outside. Used the hotel as a stop over for Miami and was great! Picked up at airport (complementary), dropped off in the morning (same). Obviously it's a bit far from DC, but the staff told me to get a shuttle to the airport then grab the 5a bus all the way there, which took 35 mins. Breakfast wasnt bad either!

My husband and I travelled to Sterling, VA to visit our granddaughter who was turning 4, and stayed at the Best Western Dulles Airport Hotel. The room was clean and big. For the price was great it has everything do we need for the night. Include breakfast in the morning. No complains at all

Nice clean hotel with full breakfast and good internet connection. What's not to like!

All was fine at check in and the shuttle service to the airport was great. The room was just fine. The problem arose because we parked our car in their long term lot to be retrieved when we returned from vacation and they promised a shuttle ride from the airport to their site. After 2 phone calls with promises that "the van will be right there," and […] waiting 45 minutes, we had to take a cab from the airport to their site to retrieve the car. Ok hotel. was good location for me. OK restaurant close by.

We stayed twice. two nights each stay, during the past two weeks. There are fancier hotels but for the value I give it 5 stars. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities. Breakfast was good and oh those cookies available at the front desk were too tempting.

Best Western Dulles Airport is a fine place to stay before an early morning flight. It's 5-10 mins. from the terminals and a shuttle is available all the time [sometimes shared with another hotel]. One restaurant bar is next door an Irish-type place at the Holiday Inn. I got a good night's sleep and checked in early for my flight. I'll keep it in mind […] next time. Lees meer

Due to some issues with my dog's crate, I was unable to fly out on my original flight and so I was in need of a place to stay for the night that was pet friendly. The Best Western by Dulles went above and beyond to make me and my dog feel welcome! Everyone was very nice to us both and they even helped me resolve the issues with my dog's crate, which […] allowed us to catch the next flight out the following day. And for this I am extremely grateful!!! In addition, the hotel room was very comfortable, plenty of space for myself, dog and luggage. The room service I ordered was delicious; ordered at a nearby restaurant that delivered and was able to charge it to my room. There was also ample grass area for my dog to run around. And I was very impress with the complimentary breakfast. I must admit that I was a little hesitant to stay at a 2 1/2 star hotel but the service they provided was definitely 5 stars! There was no airport shuttle to pickup. No phone number was given on confirmation note. After waiting for 30 minutes at 11:30 PM I called them. Person at reception was told me to called earlier as airport pickup is on request only. He suggested to board some hotel shuttle. They refused to pick me up. After 45 minute I took taxi. Not very fancy but clean and in a good location. The only downfalls are its outdated gym and exterior room access.

Great place to stay if you're going to IAD

Easy to get to from the airport and also easy access to the roads I need to go around the area to visit my clients. I will stay here in the future.

Nothing fancy here, just the basics BUT the staff is very helpful and accommodating. Great business hotel bargain near the airport.

We stayed with our dog and found the hotel clean and well kept. The desk staff was pleasant and accomodating. We found it hard to find but then again tring to navigate anywhere in Northern Virginia is a adventure. We will stay there again the next time we visit the area. We stayed here before moving abroad with our cat, and yes, this is a pet-friendly motel. The staff was enormously helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice. The hotel shuttle was very accommodating and the driver quite friendly.

It was a nice quiet hotel what we didn't like was our neighbors went outside to smoke and we could smell the smoke very strong in our room but other than that it was nice and relaxing

My husband and I had attended a concert in Alexandria and were heading to Houston the next day. After the concert we were tired and having trouble finding our way to the hotel.
