De service was erg goed (we kregen namelijk onze kamer aangewezen wat een niet roken kamer was maar waar wel in gerookt was hier werd geen probleem van gemaakt en we werden zo overgeplaatst). De locatie van het hotel is ook erg prettig. We konden met de bus zo naar DisneyLand toe, lopend was het ook wel te doen hoor. S'morgens kon je lekker ontbijten in het hotel (in een buffet vorm)

My friend and I stayed one night after a local wedding, and enjoyed the complementary Happy Hour, the pool and hot tub, and the delicious prepared-to-order omelets in the morning. The hotel was quiet on a Saturday night, though there were many other guests. I found my bed to be a bit too hard, but still comfortable, with very nice bedding. The air conditioner […] worked well (they always make noise.) The staff we met were all accommodating and friendly. I asked about a train, and was told that the train is on an irregular schedule, not passing daily. We did not hear a train. Though spendy, for the free drinks, the hot tub and clean pool, comfortable room and bath/shower, and the full breakfast (real eggs and fresh veggies in my omelet/ ham and cheese in my friend's), I think it was a very fair value. This motel was a little over 5 miles from the Fairgrounds. We arrived around midnight from the LA County Fair. We were given a room and noticed that it had only one Queen bed. I thought that this was a mistake, because I always get two Queens. I called the desk clerk regarding this. She went ahead and gave us a room with two Queens. I found out when […] I got home that this was an upgrade because I was the one who made the mistake when I booked the room. I had a complaint about something that had taken place with breakfast in the morning. It was handled very promptly, unknown to me. When I found out it had been addressed, I told the desk clerk to tell the staff person that it had never happened. I liked the staff's attitude on the matter. The only suggestion that I have is that they put the breakfast menu in plain sight, large, on the wall or something. Other than that, all was beyond good. The Comfort Inn Suites in San Dimas is on a main road but the quiet rose gardens in the interior patio/pool area are an absolute California dream. The blooms in mid-November were spectacular although the year-round inhabitants don't know how exceptional it is to those of us from the Northwest.
