Room was nice, but dark wood against wall darkened room greatly. Rooms elegant, beds very firm, bathroom nice and clean. Breakfast wasn't as nice as I hoped and was cramped due to the construction. I'll probably try another location in Grantville next time.

Had issue with kids yelling and screaming at 6am, It be nice if you seperated families with children and couples. Also on Sunday morning it was difficult to get breakfast.

This hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. There were only two small things I didn't care for: 1) Breakfast buffet - too many loaded-with-carbs items and not enough protein items; and 2) From the hallway, you could hear people talking inside their rooms. Other than that, everything was lovely. Would stay here again.

Very clean, newly renovated hotel only 6.5 miles to hersey park with free self-serve breakfast( hot food ) included .

Stayed at this Hampton Inn to save some cash for our family trip to Hershey, PA (its about 15 minutes away). Loved it here! Great breakfast, easy checkin/check out, and a very clean room.

Arrived in town early and called to see if we could possibly check-in? I spoke with Diane at the front desk, and although they had been completely booked the previous night, she seemed to move heaven and earth so our room could be ready in 30 minutes upon our arrival at the hotel... hours ahead of our scheduled check-in time. Now, THAT'S customer service!! […] My daughter and I were extremely appreciative, (thank you Diane)! This is a very nice hotel, and close to Hershey Park, so we will definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Hershey! Lees meer

There are a few small things about this hotel that just make it feel like it's not quite a Hampton. The only small thing worth mentioning is that the chairs in the room are not comfortable for desk work so if you need to spend a few hours sitting at the desk don't plan on it here...find someplace else. Our stay at the Grantville Hampton was wonderful. The staff was excellent. The only negative thing we found was not having a bench somewhere to go out and have a cigarette. A bench on the side of the building would not harm anyone. I can understand it not being in the front, but the side would make everyone happy.

This Hampton Inn did not seem to be worth the relatively high price that it cost, especially for a weeknight rate. I've stayed at many nicer Hampton Inns that had more to offer or nicer amenities than this particular one. Other than the high price, everything was good... but not great!

We stayed there one night for a one night family getaway. The pool was clean. The service was great and the bedroom was spacious. Having a small child, we appreciated the mini fridge to store milk. Great hotel for the price. Very clean even the indoor pool. Staff was friendly, they did not mind the kids and we had nine altogether this trip. The breakfast was great especially the freshly made belgian waffles. Very close to Hershey Park, only a 7 minute drive and you don't need to take the highway, it is pretty much a straight shot from the hotel. […] Will definitely be back. Lees meer

Everything was fine about our stay, except that the TV picture was distorted the next morning. When we told the front desk, the woman said that the TV just had to "cool off." It worked fine before we went to bed, and had all night to cool off. We went to breakfast & turned the TV on before checking out & it still didn't work. We told the clerk again […] when we checked out, but she didn't offer to reduce our room rate or supply any compensation for the inconvenience. Was in Grantville for a conference. Otherwise, there is really nothing else in this area. Arrived at night with barely anything open in the area. Hotel looked new, was very clean, and met our needs. Having breakfast at the hotel was convenient.

For being a well known chain, the rooms were cheaply made. We layed in bed for over an hour trying to go to sleep, but were kept awake by the adult activity going on in the next room. If it were not for the pictures being bolted to the wall, they would have been on the floor. Also could here complete conversations in the room. Very thin walls.

We enjoyed our short stay at the Hampton Inn. Room was very inviting and comfortable. Bed and pillows were so soft. We enjoyed the large hot breakfast.

Very clean room. We arrived after the pool closed and the staff allowed my children to swim anyway. The pool and hot tub was very clean. Breakfast was great.
