Ligging.
InterContinental Milwaukee bevindt zich in het centrum van Milwaukee, dicht bij Pabst Theater, Bradley Center en Kunstmuseum van Milwaukee. In de buurt liggen ook Discovery World en Charles Allis Art Museum.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
InterContinental Milwaukee heeft een healthclub, een turks stoombad en een fitnesscentrum. In openbare ruimtes is een draadloze snelle internetverbinding gratis beschikbaar, terwijl de accommodatie over een werkstation beschikt. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze 4-sterrenaccommodatie zijn onder andere een businesscentrum met 24/7 toegang, vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en audiovisuele apparatuur. Dit hotel voor zaken biedt diverse eetgelegenheden, zoals 2 bars/lounges en een restaurant. Het personeel kan op verzoek een huwelijksservice, een cateringdienst voor evenementen en zakelijke diensten regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een conciërgebalie, meertalig personeel en een cadeaushop of kiosk. Gasten kunnen tegen betaling parkeren. Dit is een rookvrije accommodatie.

Elke kamer biedt uitzicht op de stad. InterContinental Milwaukee heeft 221 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van iPod-dockingstations en een (laptop)kluis. Een gratis snelle internetverbinding (draadloos en via kabel) is beschikbaar. Elke kamer heeft een plasmatelevisie met kanalen via de kabel en betaalfilms. Elke kamer beschikt over een bureau, ergonomische stoelen en een telefoon met meerdere lijnen met voicemail. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een bad/douchecombinatie, badjassen, designer toiletartikelen en een föhn.
Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een kluis en een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker. Bovendien wordt dagelijks een huishoudservice aangeboden. Op verzoek zijn voorzieningen als een telefonische wekdienst beschikbaar.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag worden aangerekend.
Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een borgsom in contanten of creditcard voor te leggen.

"Great location, professional and discreet staff"
We had a lovely stay in a standard room. Large comfortable bed, good in-room coffee set-up, nice sitting area.

"Great hotel close to everything worth seeing!"
This hotel was super nice... The most comfortable beds I've slept in. Staff was very nice and helpful, food was great, there was even a complimentary chocolate bar! In walking distance of almost all the bars and restaurants in the downtown area. Highly recommend! Well worth the price!

"Milwaukee"
Great location and very nice. Parking was an added expensive of $25.00. Keep that in mind with the price of the hotel.

"Better than we could have imagined!!"
We had a special night planned with a concert at the Pabst Theatre. The InterContinental was the perfect compliment to an amazing evening. The service was great and our room was fantastic. It was clean and comfortable with the most amazing view of Red Arrow Park and Water St.
"INtercontinental Milwaukee"
The room seems dated but was clean except in the sitting area of the room where the two couches come torgether there were a lot of crumbs, a hard area to clean unless you vacuum it out. Although there were a lot of pillows they were all like rocks. The last thing I will complain about is the toilet, all the better places I stay at as well as all new […] homes now have the higher toilets which are the standard today and are not a big deal to change out. "Four star potential - 1 star service"
Only stayed one night, for good reason....ran out of towel and after two calls to front, still no clean towels. Can't imagine a four star hotel running short of towels, but apparently thats the case. 1st call at 6:30 pm and next at 3:00 am. Next morning, still no fresh towel. What a let down. "Great Staff"
I enjoyed my 1 night stay there. The bathroom was nice (great shower) and the bed was comfortable. If you have to be in Milwaukee in the middle of winter like me, this is a great place to take your mind off of it.
The Intercontinental was PERFECT in every way...the restaurants were superb..the bars were fun and exciting...and for a theatre lover it was connected to the Milwaukee Rep and Pabst Theatres..GREAT weekend...

the hotel is very beautiful and in a great location. however, walking into our beautiful upgraded suite, we found a french fry on the floor! kind of put a damper on things...
Great location for attending concert at Bradley Center; short walk. Right off Old World Third Street with its restaurants and bars. Hotel has no parking lot of its own; $25 per day at next-door lot. Street parking is available though. Rooms are HUGE, but bathrooms are skimpy in size. Had very unusual loud noises - very intermittent but rhythmic that […] drove us nuts. Front desk said Security could not find source, so they comp'ed our parking and gave us free breakfast. Must have crossed a black cat on our way to the hotel; on top of the noise issue, in the restaurant for our free breakfast, when pushing chair back to stand up, the leg of the chair broke off! "no hot water"
The lightbulb in the bathroom was out and on both occasions when I went to shower it took at least 10-15 minutes before the water warmed up. Also, even though I didn't want to weigh myself, there was a scale in the bathroom that didn't even register a 0 when I stood on it.
"Walls seems non-existent."
The walls were as thin as paper. No privacy whatsoever. It was shocking how audible the people on either side of our room were. Not going back.

When we arrived our room smelled of bleach, I notified the staff and they went out of their way to accomodate us. They moved us to another room. The staff of this hotel is exceptionally friendly and provide excellent service.

The bell man remembered my name and addressed me by my name for the entire time. I only met him once and was very impressed

Could not have asked for anything more. Great location--walking distance to most downtown attractions. Hotel was nicely kept, staff was friendly and efficient. Valet parking was only $5 more than self park, and valet service was extremely efficient. Room was quiet, clean, well appointed, and comfortable.

We stayed there after attending a concert one evening. Upon arriving in our room, we immediately noticed some sort of fruit pit (or some other unrecognizable chewed up food product) on the main chair. When we went to look in the hotel guide book, the first few pages were ripped out. Overall: room not very clean or up-kept. Hotel check-in raved about […] the chocolate bar later that night, but all we found was a very rude staff member serving old fruit and pastries with disgusting chocolate. Next door to the Pabst Theater, which is great. Close to key places in downtown. Hotel service and staff were terrific. The brunch is the best deal I've seen in a long time. Hotel interior, while a bit dated, is just fine. The room was in pretty nice shape. I couldn't access the wireless connection but it wasn't a real issue anyway so I let it pass.
