Een goed hotel met een zeer goede service, met name voor het transport. Elk half uur kan je gratis van/naar het vliegveld worden gebracht. Je kan later uitchecken (1 uur) en de shuttle brengt je ook gratis naar het centrum als je wilt. Op de kamer misten we alleen een koelkast en een micro wave. verder prima!

Heel comfortabel en prima prijs. Eten (behalve ontbijt) in dit Hotel is ons minder bevallen. Er zijn in de buurt ook niet veel mogelijkheden. Zeer goede service richting vliegveld.
Ligging.
Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort ligt heel handig vlak bij de luchthaven in Noord-Phoenix in Phoenix, dicht bij Piestewa Peak, Wrigley Mansion en Arizona Biltmore Country Club.
Resortvoorzieningen.
Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort heeft een volledig uitgeruste spa, een waterpark, 8 buitenzwembaden en 5 spabaden. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze 3,5-sterrenaccommodatie zijn onder andere een businesscentrum met 24/7 toegang, vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en een technische helpdesk. Dit resort biedt diverse eetgelegenheden, zoals 3 restaurants plus een koffiebar/café, een bar in het water en een zwembadbar. Het personeel kan op verzoek hulp bij excursies/tickets, een huwelijksservice en een cateringdienst voor evenementen regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een healthclub, een kinderzwembad en een kinderclub. Parkeren op locatie is gratis. De accommodatie beschikt over speciaal daarvoor bestemde rookruimtes.

Elke kamer heeft een patio met uitzicht op de stad, het zwembad of het binnenplein. Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort heeft 573 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van iPod-dockingstations en een (laptop)kluis. Alle bedden hebben een pillowtop-matras met een donsdeken en premium beddengoed. Een kussenkeuzemenu is beschikbaar. Bij betaling van een toeslag kunnen gasten op de kamers gebruikmaken van een snelle internetverbinding (draadloos of via kabel) . Elke kamer heeft een lcd-televisie met premiumkanalen via kabel/satelliet, gratis filmkanalen en de recentste bioscoopfilms. Elke kamer beschikt over een bureau, een gratis weekkrant en een luidsprekertelefoon met voicemail. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een bad/douchecombinatie, designer toiletartikelen, make-up/scheerspiegels en een föhn.
Elke kamer heeft een koelkast en een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een videogameconsole en een strijkplank/strijkijzer. Noordelijk Phoenix is in hoofdzaak residentieel, met hier en daar commerciële activiteit. Met name de Desert Ridge Marketplace heeft 110 are aan winkels en dinergelegenheden in de open lucht, een relatieve zeldzaamheid vanwege het woestijnklimaat van Phoenix. Buiten Noord-Phoenix kunnen beginnende en ervaren wandelaars de flora en fauna van de Sonoran Desert verkennen dankzij een netwerk van paden in het 2900 are grote Cave Creek Regional Park.

The staff at Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak was wonderful. They were so helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for everyone. The pool area is a lot of fun for kids and adults alike and if you want quiet, there are other pool options too.

"Great Pool"
The pool was awesome, great for families. The condition of the rooms were dated and not real comfortable, but the resort was in a good location and enjoyable. Restaurants were expensive.

Nice hotel and water park. Would have been nice to have a phone book in the room as there was none. i guess they only want you to eat at their restaurants.
"Pools overcrowded"
You have to line up and race to get a lounge chair at any of the pools. They charge fees for everything. Rico's rest. Is way overpriced and service is horrific.

"Pretty nice place"
This place is pretty nice. Has great amenities. They lack in keeping pool area clean and pool lacks # of servers. Easy place to hang out especially with kids.
"Need to work on the poolside chairs"
The hotel needs to figure out a better system for the use of the lounge chairs by the pools. It was very frustrating to visit the pool at 9 am only to find all chairs 'reserved' with tools, but only 25% actually being used by people. "Amazing for families!"
So much to do! Pools with slide, waterfall, volleyball, basketball and lazy river. Plus mini golf, tennis and basketball courts! Friendly staff! You can't go wrong with this resort.

"Spring w/ the Fam- 5,7,and 9 year old"
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and liked being able to visit the water park for some action and then go back to the pool near our room for a more relaxed time. We thought the food at Rico's was good. a short walk is aunt chilada's and that was also excellent. only negative was the uncomfortable pull-out but that always seems to be the case.

We had a great time staying at the Pointe Hilton. The food was great and the pools were very relaxing, whether we were floating the lazy river or lounging around the pool. I enjoyed reading the paper by the pool every morning.

"Phoenix Resort - Enjoyable stay"
We stayed at the Pointe Hilton and enjoyed it very much. Since we saved up to be able to splurge on this vacation we were a little disappointed at the extra fees we encountered (ie WIF was $8.95/day, additional fee for use of the tennis courts, restaurants on site were expensive...). The concern I have about this hotel has to do with the Hole In The Wall Restaurant. We were a large party (seven of us) and a service charge was added to our bill (which I understand completely). However, upon receiving our check (more than once) it was printied at the bottom of the check "gratuity not included". This leads you to to think the gratuity […] and the service charge are two differnt things. I ended up paying the service charge and the gratuity. Not right and should be corrected. This is a beautiful property in a central location in the Phoenix area. It is adjacent to Paradise Valley and the Biltmore neighborhood. The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. The bed linens are of superior quality (I love my 600 TC sheets and down duvet at home and these were comparable). However, the TV service is sparse (36 channels......you […] can get more channels in a hotel in Cuba) and the surrounding neighborhood lacks a Starbucks or anywhere else to grab a latte (yes, I'm a Seattle-ite). "Very kid friendly"
We stayed in this hotel for some baseball spring training and were very pleased with the experience. The water park within the hotel is great. My children loved it. The only downside to our stay was our dissatisfaction with the "hole in the wall" restuarant. The menu was not very big and the food was not that great. "Great resort!"
The standard rooms are great! Divided into a living space and bedroom. Comfortable beds, and very comfortable for a longer stay, especially with younger children that go to bed earlier. Our fridge didn't work (which we realized after packing it and then waking up in the morning to room temp food), but maintenance had a brand new one for us within 1/2 […] hour of calling. "Great place to stay for any spring training games"
Our youth tourney team stay for one night, about 6 families before heading back from Tempe fields to Calif. the boys and families loved the waterpark and the hotel. Next year they want to stay here even though it's a half hour from the fields they play at! See you next March!
"Good for a day or two getaway"
Onsite waterpark is small but friendly and makes for a nice short getaway. Food options on site are not great... pretty average hotel food and the room service doesn't run very late into the night. I'd say this is good for family getaways, but I would avoid as a business location because the internet is TERRIBLE and over the 7 days we were there was […] down more than up. Yhe Hotel is fairly old but has very nice rooms plus very good service. I was dissapointed in the restaurants and bars. The "Hole in the Wall" is fairly good and the bar tender and wait staff were wonderful but for the size of the Hotel and number of guests there should be a "Fine Eatery" restaurant and larger bar in the Hotel. Also the Hotel's telwphone […] had such small print on their keys that I could not read hoe to use. Also the "Hotel Info" was outdated and had wrong TV Station info. Lees meer
Needed to have microwaves in room without charge. Gates into the pools needed to be oiled. Way too hot in the gym. Outside area very well kept clean. beds in room very comfortable. Workers very friendly. Cleaning ladies need to be a little faster

"Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort - nice getaway"
We had a really nice stay March 3 -6. Room was clean and comfortable. Grounds were quite nice. Pool area was pleasant. We don't have kids, but it looked like there was a lot for them to do (lots of families were there Saturday afternoon and evening). The only issue was the breakfast was too long being served at the Hole in the Wall restaurant - but […] then they picked up the tab, so it was all good! Highly recommended! An excellent hotel for families. Exceptionally clean, quiet & comfortable. Riccos & Hole N The Wall restaurants offered delicious food. The ammenities were to numerous to mention. Prices have gone up, but it was worth the money. Definately plan on staying again!

Great place for family vacation. We had a small birthday party for our grandaughter and the staff was most accomodating. The kids had a great time on the Lazy River and water slide and in several of the pools. Excellent resort at a reasonable price.

We loved our stay at the Resort. While it was off the beaten path, there was plenty to do while we were there and not too far away from other attractions when we decided to venture out. Overall, it was great and we're already thinking about our next booking there.

The first time I stayed her I was 17 years old and loved it. I am now 27 and got to bring my family with me and I loved it just as much as the first time that I went. Not only was I extremely impressed as usual with the wonderful staff that they had but they were more than wonderful to my dog as well. The room was really clean. Grounds are beautiful & maintained, however The Villa was specifically booked for the advertised kitchen facility. Unit housed a microwave & fridge only. How does one cook, eat, etc without any utensils, dishes, pots etc in a kitchen unit without these amenities... very disappointing.

My sisters and I spent a long weekend in Glenndale. This hotel was roomy and nice. It is close to many great restaurants and shopping. Only negative was a two-cup coffee maker in a Suite that has the potential to sleep 6 to8 people. We just ran down to Walgreens and bought one for the room. "Not your average hilton"
This Hilton is isolated and more lacking than most Hiltons. Challenges: No taxis are allowed to park out front. You must use their car service or phone for taxis. Car service did not know where they were going and rates were either higher or vague. Restaurant was not open until 8 AM due to construction. Only a coffee bar option for those who are going […] to work. Wake up service never rang one day -- luckily I was up. The room/furniture is not up to Hilton standards and I was upgraded to a nicer room when I checked in. TVs did not work first night. Outdoor courtyard entrance -- not always preferred by women travelers. Recommendation: Stay at the Embassy Suites downtown where there is lot happening.
